Maurice came out on a Saturday responding to my call to Zoom Drain. He snaked out the sewer drain line under our house and the sewer line from the exterior of our house to the street. He cleared the blockage under the house and snaked out a root thatch somewhere in the outside line. He explained everything clearly to me and showed me the video evidence of the cleared lines in both directions. Great job!

We were was referred to Zoom Drain by BZ Plumbing here in Lincoln. The young lady on the phone was professional, upbeat, and scheduled us promptly. The technician, Maurice, diagnosed the reason for the backup and took the necessary steps to remedy the situation... all the while informing and showing us the problems and the progress. Nothing but compliments for a job well done!

I wish I went to Zoom Drain first! You should to save time and money. I know who I will call going forward.I used another business before for something else, while they were good and had 24/7 availability, they charge $95 just to come out. Zoom Drain offered to come out and look at my yard pipe (there was water build up from all this rain and it just seemed a bit clogged) without any charges. And it looks like I’m just at the cusp of their service so I’m super glad I found them.So with my pipe, with all the rain there was some water build up. It didn’t seem too bad so I went with the cheapest quote (should have known better) since I figured it’s just to snake the drain/pipe. As soon as that other person/business came out, it went from $93 to $250… then they told me they couldn’t do it, and I had to hydro jet for about 3 times more the cost than Zoom Drain! Or to replace my pipes altogether for $8000!!!!!!! Given they had very little review I wanted a second opinion and additional quotes. I know Zoom Drain would come out free of charge so I immediately contacted them and they came out the same day! Literally just a couple of hours after I contacted them.Maurice came out and he was professional, patient, just super duper nice. He explained why there was water build up and how it’s normal! Basically my drain for my yard pipes is just too high up on my front yard, and places like San Francisco even drill holes into the sidewalk to drain. But as long as I’m not flooded anywhere, there’s no issue. He checked everything and even if I needed to hydro jet it was about 1/3 of the cost the other place quoted me! He didn’t even offer to snake my drain since the other business tried but “failed” and told me I needed to replace my pipes. 😒😒I did end up asking Maurice to run diagnostics, he tested all my drains and everything was working normally. And that’s it. Saved myself a whole bunch of money. Would have saved myself a lot of time/stress too if I just went to them in the first place. Lesson learned.All I can say to Zoom Drain is: thank you thank you thank you! And a big thanks to Maurice!

I had a really good experience with this company today. I called this morning regarding a kitchen sink issue and they were able to help me same day.Tanner helped me over the phone, and was friendly and helpful; took down my contact info and gathered some diagnostic information efficiently. There was clear communication. Maurice showed up on time. He was respectful to me, my mother, and my home. He put on shoe booties to come in without me having to ask, and the workspace was left clean. Although what I was experiencing was not a clogged drain, Maurice troubleshooted to help us figure out the issue, and even went above and beyond to help me locate the sewer line and dropped some knowledge about drain maintenance. To me, that means more than anything; someone who is genuinely nice and helpful, and takes the time to educate me to help prevent issues. He had nothing to gain, other than being a nice person and helping me learn. He has a strong work ethic, and it shows in the interaction we had and the work that was performed.Its hard to come across good service nowadays, and i cant say how much I appreciate this interaction and service. Im happy I made this phone call, and i will absolutely contact them for any future help.

Making the appointment online was easy and convenient. The technician Tyler arrived only 1 hr into the 4 hr appointment window and I got a text ahead of when he would arrive. Tyler was courteous and helpful in explaining what the issue was and shared photos of the pipes under my house. Fixed my clogged bathtub quickly. Provided an estimate to replace old pipes that had a small non-urgent leak but was honest and said a general contractor or bathroom renovation company might be cheaper. Overall great service.

They were professional from start to finish. They kept me in the loop via email/text all the way up to the time Tyler showed up. Tyler was absolutely AWESOME and Id hire him in an instant if I was a plumbing contractor! ;) He was professional, honest, hard working, low-pressure, and highly knowledgeable! He used a camera to detect root blockage in my outdoor drains. He then used their hydro system and all roots are now gone. He was able to show me exactly where the roots invaded my pipes, so I can contact a landscaper and do some more preventive maintenance. He even found a few more drains that had been covered up by our ground cover, making them useless until now. Day after Christmas....calling around, none of the Drain Cleaning places were even answering the phone. Drain plugged with roots.....in bad shape. Considered renting a powered root-cutting snake (more later) but made one more call. Zoom person picked up himself as Lucas and asked how he could help me. I gave him the details and he said that Id be getting text messages on updates. I received a text immediately noting the start of the process. A few minutes later, I received a text from the technician that he was 55 minutes away and included a phone number if I had any changes. Maurice arrived in a clean and very well equipped truck (after seeing all the items that he either pulled out or used from the truck mount, it was like having Batman clean the pipes). He noted that I may have had success cleaning the sewer on my own, but that I could have broken that snake off on a root and had a host of new problems on a day that I needed none. Yay me for not trying this myself. Maurice identified two clogs - one on the house side of the cleanout and one on the street side. He offered me two options - to simply clear the drain or to cut the roots as well. I opted for the latter (more on THIS later). Maurice processed this pipe like a doctor - cleaned everything going in and out, checking and double checking, confirming correct work with the Camera (sharing some of the results with me). Honestly, my first thought was why is a smart guy like this out here cleaning sewers? followed by thank GOD that a smart guy like this is out here cleaning sewers!. He cleared the pipes, the roots, ensured that the upline feeder pipes to the sinks, toilets, shower and washing machine did not get plugged as collateral consequence of the original plug......a good thing, as the shower needed to get re-cleared post repair. A professional, systematic, friendly job. High regards and ratings for the system and the people just on that.I was even happier with what did NOT happen. There was no up-sell for additional services (outside of the very reasonable choice he offered as to whether I wanted the pipes just de-blocked or if I wanted the roots cut as well, two different tools, times and prices). I was not offered a quote for a new sewer lateral (one company two years ago wanted me to get the $17,000 lateral replacement option. In and out....and on to the next job.Anyone that thinks that they are overpriced has no idea what they are talking about. Travel time for my job was 55 minutes in and I assume the same time back. They were on site within an hour (try that with most plumbers....youre lucky to get same day). His truck was well equipped including a large (separate fuel motor) water pressurizer with remote speed control, TV and camera, cutters, etc. Worth double what I paid.Zoom....thank you thank you thank you.

The phone was promptly answered by a courteous and helpful guy who scheduled someone to come to our Lincoln home within the hour.Maurice arrived, used booties and a mask, provided a quote which we ok’d and got to work. He resolved the problem within an hour, charged us $100+ less than the quote and was good-humored, quick, professional, and very tidy. We would highly recommend!

Once I decided, he fixed the issue, called me in to check and make sure it worked, and then he was off. My job took about 45 or so minutes, he was very cordial and professional. Tanner really cared about our plumbing emergency and connected us to Kyle. Kyle has strong work ethics. He literally worked 6.5 hours without any break. We had a horrible backed up sewer line that flooded our master bathroom. He came out and worked endlessly. I had an issue with my toliet not draining 2 weeks after another plumber “fixed” it. The same toliet was not draining again but this time it happened on a Saturday. After my home warranty plumber agreed to come Sunday morning, they no showed. I called Zoom Drain because we needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday. They called me within 15 min of my email! I received a same day appointment. Kyle came within 2 hrs of my initial call. He took the time to explain what was missed by the first plumber. He showed me that there were rocks and sticks in the line that caused the stoppage. After he finished, he took the time to show me the pipe on the video to show all of the rocks and debris was removed. Kyle emailed the photos and video of what he found in the pipe with a receipt. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy, reliable plumber to help me in a desperate situation!

I highly recommend Zoom Drain.My shower drain was clogged and I called a few plumbers who couldnt come out in a timely manner or who didnt answer their phone.I came upon Zoom Drain and called them. Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. While googling how to clear a deep clog, the name Zoom Drain popped up. The website said they were fast and efficient at exactly what we needed; a cleared drain pipe. I submitted an inquiry online, and much to my surprise they had availability right away (availability shows on the website….which is so helpful for planning my day). Someone from Zoom Drain called and left me a voicemail (I was busy putting the sink back together) and followed up with a text. I text back asking for any time slot today. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process. I could not be happier with how this whole process turned out. I was stressed over the plumbing and Zoom Drain made that stress go away. Thank you so much! I had a sewage backup which flooded outside of my home. Called Zoom Drain very customer friendly. The plummer Kyle T. whose very professional and helpful. Explained the process and also showed us what caused the backup in the sewage drain. View the problem through a camera he inserted into the drain. The issue was the tree roots grew in between the joints that caused the blockage. Explained to us our choices to tackle the problem. Very happy with the results. Kyle T. did an excellent job. Ted, the field representative, from Zoom Drain did an extensive job diagnosing my problem with a backed up toilet and shower.I’ve had 7 different plumbing companies over the last few years at my house telling me that I had plumbing problems or needed to use 1 ply toilet paper or replace my toilet. My lines have been “snaked” and “scoped” but no one ever offered a permanent solution to the ongoing problem.That changed today. Ted spent 2.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. The culprit is tree roots in a crumbling pipe system. He was able to remove the majority of roots and suggested a plan to replace the pipes that are crumbling.Excellent service from a new company. Patience, kindness and professionalism is was what I took away from my encounter with Drew and Zoom Draining 12/12/2020. I was calling on behalf of my senior parents who discovered a water leak under their kitchen sink. Drew informed that with the information I gave him I probably would need just a regular plumber.
