Called in for a service and it was Mike who answered my call. My 1 year old dropped a Hair Catcher inside my drain from my shower stand. It is one of the pieces of the Shower Shroom that stops hair from going to the drain. Mike was my first choice unlike other plumbers that I called for which they asked me to pay them first to get to my house before they start working, not going to happen. So I reject them and Mike showed up and start working. The service was quick, it was only like 5 minutes because he was able to vaccuumed out the Hair Catcher. I thought it would take longer to solve my plumbing problem because my wife was in the middle of a shower early morning along with my daughter so I thought the hair catcher would go farther in to the the pipe of my shower but it wasnt. Im giving a great review for the service so thanks again Mike.

I was in a bind and didnt know what to do, my toilet was completely backed up and tried 10 people and nobody was available on a Sunday. Honestly, this guy Mike needs to be recognized for how amazingly fast, honest, and affordable his work was. Not only did he offer to wait a long time to meet my time restrictions because he was available right away and I wasnt at home, he even cleaned my toilet and fixed the sink as a courtesy! I will always recommend him! Thanks Mike!

Mike is amazing. Small single man operation that is quick to respond, punctual and beyond reasonable in price. Checks or Cash (I paid cash) and seems to work with you, especially for quick fixes. Would not hesitate to call again. His information is saved in my phone and I will gladly refer everyone to him. Thank you again!!

Awesome service! The water supply valve to the toilet fell apart when the toilet was removed by the contractor for floor work. I decided to replace it on my own. After I install the new valve, I realized that the old compression ring and the nut cant be reused. Ran to Home Depot to get a puller. In my haste, I did not take a closer look at different brands for comparison and grab the first one I saw. And, of course, I picked a cheapo puller that did not work. By the time I realized my folly, Home Depot was already closed. As I need it fixed ASAP, I called around and was able to connect with Mike from Sac City Plumbing. It was near mid-night but he still came out to my house within 30 minutes and replaced the valve at a reasonable fee.
