We love our Rain Soft system. I love how it prolongs the life of our clothes! We had RainSoft at our previous house out of state and unfortunately left it. ( we should have brought it with us!) Right away I noticed the clothes looked beat up and older after only a few washings. We now have the whole house system again and I’m absolutely loving it! The service department is great. Steven was great! He quickly changed out my filters, put in a new motherboard and helped me set up the app!

Great customer service. Very friendly reminder that the system needed to be serviced, our technician Stephen arrived on time, was friendly and provided helpful tips on making sure we get the best performance out of the system. Stephen explained what he was doing, asked if the washing machine or dishwasher was running (good thing too because the washing machine was running) before turning off the water. The entire appointment took about 45 minutes and couldn’t have been an easier or more friendly experience.

Appreciated so much the willingness to work along with our schedule. Field service rep Kevin and his is very courteous and professional as well. They finished the job on time.

It was actually nice to receiving a courtesy call reminder from Shane to change our filters. Then after making the appointment and given the window time for arrival, we got a call earlier than our original time (which worked out for us) but he let us know when to expect the technician. Stephen showed up exactly on time and kind enough to wear booties for his shoes when coming into the house. He was professional, very personable and info. Great associates and company as we have not had any trouble/issues with our “good water” system since adding it approximately 4/5 years ago.

Choosing this system when I purchased my brand new home 6/2022 was another one of the best decisions I made! Before this system I was wondering my me and my families skin was dry, breaking out, peeling etc and even though I had filters in my fridge for years it didn’t seem healthy. Now my son who is CKD sodium levels are always steady and our skin feels amazing. Hands down going from renting and no control to owing and all control I will recommend this 10000 times. Also the added benefit of not needing to service my tankless water heater that came with the home because this system does it another plus. Steven my tech who came and did my annual filter change was super professional, amazing and down to earth. Reminding me of the Benefits I forgot about that saved me from hiring a plumber to come and service the water heater for maintenance. What a great experience! If you are looking for a whole house treatment system this is it. We even got the RO which has been such an improvement to drinking refrigeration water that only has the tastes filtered out of it. For those of you that dont know your refrigerator water filter is only just a small carbon filter for taste. Which means all the junk that is still in the water that your local treatment plant cant pull out such as calcium, magnesium, sulfites, prescription drugs and everything else is still floating in there. But not my water! Its as clean as aquafina bottled water water! And its the same water I shower in and wash my clothes in! RainSoft is a great water treatment system and highly recommend getting one.

We had a whole house purification system installed with the reverse osmosis drinking system. The whole process went smooth and we love our system! I was so surprised to get a follow up call weeks later saying that they had a technician in the area and since our system was just installed, would I like him to come out and make sure all is in working order. Steven came out and helped me hook up my system to Wi-Fi, I didn’t have it yet when they installed, and walked me through everything. He could not have been more helpful and respectful.
