This group did an amazing job. I had 76 year old failing cast iron waste pipes and they replace all of of them in just 2 days. Price was fair, everyone was easy to talk to and very personable. We had a drain problem and because of what I read on Premier Rooter and plumbing’s website, their reviews and ratings I called them. With in two hours of me calling them Alfonzo called and was checking out our problem. He was so polite and informing. We ended up having to have a new line put in, with two clean outs in the main line and then epoxy put in the other lines. They had to dug in the yard in a couple of places and when they got done, you couldn’t even see where they had dug it up. On top of working in the drains, which is bad enough it rained for most part of the several days it took to do the job. Francisco did the major part of the job, with help from Adrian and Nathaniel. Everyone of them were polite and friendly. The told us what they needed to do, how long it would take. Also took lots of pictures and videos, which they sent to us. They never high pressured us gave us options and answered our questions. All their work is Under warranty. They said if you have any drain problems in the future to them. I am very pleased with my decision to call Premier Rooter and plumbing and will recommend them to anyone that has a drain problem in the future. Thank you so much. I just want to give a shout out to Premier and rooter services. I have had a great experience with them. I went through so many other companies and they have never exceeded the experience that I had. I called the dispatch Mr. Brandon he was so professional and pointed me to the right person to help me with my problems.I had a root damage in my main sewer line that they gave me a couple of options on how to resolve. I put it into their hands and told them that they know what’s best. I have read plenty of reviews from this company and all I hear is nothing but good. The company came out and snaked the line, Hydro dreaded and did a camera inspection showed me all the problems I had and let me know the best option to proceed with this job Mr. Nate and Mr. Adrian proceeded begin to explain to me the value of epoxy and a liner and that they can also dig up the yard and replace the old clay sewage line I went ahead and replaced the line to ABS sewage pipe and oh my God I have the most beautiful front yard and I was so worried about the dig but Mr. Nate and Mr.Adrian sent over the best guys I have ever met a special shout out to.AlfonsoEddie.FranciscoMr. KonThese gentlemen kept me up-to-date and kept me in the loop about every single thing what was going on the whole time. After talking with these gentlemen, they immediately went to work removing grass and rock and getting the job done. They put every single thing back like nothing has ever happened. I was so amazed all I can say is I will be using you guys again best company in the world. Great job premier. You got my vote.

The only thing I didnt like is the person I called on the phone couldnt give me any kind of estimate, but this was the second company I called so I supposed they are all like that. scheduling was easy. if i had another plumbing issue i would call them again.

I am a retired plumber and ran into a SERIOUS PROBLEM with my sewer at home. The sewer was under concrete and well established landscaping. Everything about it was another complication. It would have been many thousands and a long time with no sewer. The Premier crew arrived and were totally professional, courteous and helpful. In a short time the sewer was located, a clean out was installed and the sewer was cleared. After a video of the inside of the pipe we agreed the sewer would be very problematic. They used their CIPP process (Cured In Place Piping) and the sewer is cured for many decades. I was VERY impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism and high quality of work. I VERY MUCH recommend this company and their staff. There were many benefits to the CIPP process. Avoiding the liability of large open trenches, the minimal concrete removal, the speed of the repair AND THE QUALITY OF THE REPAIRS was phenomenal. I have done all types of plumbing and I cannot say it loud enough, this company is beyond exceptional

Premier Rooter and Plumbing were lifesavers! It started with my sink backing up and I hired another rooter company to snake my lines. Only to discover my entire ABS sewage pipes were recalled. The pipes were cracked and leaking. I asked for a bid to replace my pipes in my whole house. Several days passed and i never received a bid or even a phone call when to start the job. Luckily I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing and Adrian came out the very next day to do their inspection. I was already 10 days without being able to use my kitchen and washer. Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent out his crew Konstantin, Alfonzo, Francisco and Eddie. They quoted me 5 days to complete the work but his crew got it done in 2.5 days. They communicated well and very respectful. They took photos of all the work completed, emailed them to me and even wiped all the pipes down since it was dirty under my crawl space. I highly recommend Premier and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

We reached out Nate Because we needed a water leak sensor installed within 24 hours otherwise our insurance was gonna cancel us. He sent his technician out the next day and was able to get the sensor installed that day. I recently bought my home and this is my second time I used Premier Rooter & Plumbings service... and they have been amazing! I want to thank Nathaniel - He has gone above and beyond - definitely leads by example and its no surprise that his team is the same! Sunday morning at 6AM I heard dripping.. I got up and found that my ceiling (under the sink upstairs in my master bathroom) was leaking! I reached out to Nathaniel, on a Sunday morning.. and he had his team out by the noon the next day. Adrian and Evan came out... and they were extremely thorough and knowledgable - they diagnosed the problem and helped me in more ways than they realize! Tuesday, Kon and Evan came out first thing in the morning and got it done... Kon and Evan are freaking awesome - so personable, kind and just overall awesome! I originally reached out to premier about replacing my shower valve. For reference, my home was built in 1957. Once they gained access to my valve it was decided they wouldnt replace it because the galvanized pipes were so corroded it could possibly cause more damage. Con and Alphonso were very thorough in explaining why they couldnt do it and called Nate so I could discuss a solution. I agreed to a whole house repipe where each step in the process was explained to me and why it needed to be done since I had such old plumbing. The entire team was very professional and identified and corrected any issues that came up during the repipe to ensure I wont have to worry about plumbing issues for years to come. Id like to thank Nathaniel, Adrian, Con, Alphonso, eddie, Evan and Francisco. I will be recommending this company to a friend that needs a repipe due to having galvanized pipes as well.

I’ve had 6 different plumbing companies come to give me an estimate of this specific job. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and decently priced company, then look no further. I am so glad I found Premier Rooter and Pluming. My gas line broke right before Thanksgiving, and my gas was shut off. I called a company that came out and gave me a quote for over $9,000. I was so upset and knew I needed someone here quick. Then I found Premier Rooter and Pluming. Nathaniel had the best customer service, and right away, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He really cared and said he would make sure I had gas so I could cook. He sent an amazing plumber named Konstantine Nathaniel himself, even pitched in to make sure it was done on time. Nathaniel helped me get financing, which really helped right before the holidays. He even helped me on his day off with the paperwork. Talk about dedication! Not only did they do wonderful work, but they also charged 5,000 less than the other guys. It was the little touches that really meant the most. For instance, they put shut-off valves in two places in case of an emergency. They even went out of their was to color match the paint because we thought we had some left, but we must have run out. Talk about going above and beyond. The gas company sent the same guy out to turn on my gas that had shut it off. He even was very impressed and made a comment about what a pristine job they did. Theres an $89 service fee if your technician needs to diagnose the problem. If you already know what the problem is, the estimate is free. Adrian was kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and more importantly, he took the time to explain the _why_ of the thing--why the water likely looked the way it did, what was likely causing it, and varied ways that we could treat or mitigate the issue. He wasnt in a rush to leave, and he clearly demonstrated that helping us was his top priority.

We lived in our house (that Jack built) a little less than a year and were in the end stage of a kitchen remodel when master shower backed up Thursday night causing hall tub that shares same wall to also backup. Monday Home warranty company sent plumber who tried to snake it and gave up telling warranty company company it failed. We asked warranty company to send a different plumber but they sent same guy who said we need a shower cleanout to be installed outside the crawlspace. He peered into crawlspace and then said goodbye. He gave us no confidence so we googled plumbers and found a review similar to our problem so we called Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Adrian showed up one hour later and crawled under the house to diagnose the problem.Adrian showed us pictures of the pipe configuration between the 2 bathrooms as well as the old galvanized piping. The fact that our house is over 50 years old (and we had an electrician clean up the electrical mess shortly after moving in) and wanted no more sewer problems, we decided to repipe the sewer lines. Best decision because they found a longtime leak in 3rd bath wall mounted toilet (old wall mounted toilets are costly to fix or replace). The plumbers dedicated to repiping (Konstantin, Eddie, and Francisco), worked tirelessly often until 7 or 8 at night to ensure we had at least one working toilet and shower every day. It took a week to complete the sewer repipe job by digging and cutting in the cramped crawlspace of our 2800 sf home. They provided before and after pictures as well as some of the disgusting corroded and broken pipes.Because we wanted to replace the leaking wall mount with a floor mount toilet and because the old metal water pipes were in the way of cutting a hole in the floor and moving the sewer pipe over, we decided to repipe the water lines as well. This repipe process took a little more than a week. They cut sections of drywall to access all water lines inside the house and spent several more days in crawlspace to attach new pipes and cut and remove old pipes. Again they worked long hours to make sure we had at least oone workind shower and sink each day.Things to keep in mind when repiping:1) These guys are professional plumbers and they know their stuff and what they can’t do well, so they do not reattach drywall - but they know a guy who can do it well.2) If redoing water lines, you might want to also get new faucets and maybe wait untill after the new water lines are flushed before installing faucets to keep any rogue debris from clogging new aerators.3) If they provide shower valves, be sure to describe your style and color preferences up front for shower heads and valve covers if they are provided by plumber.We trusted Premier R&P to recommend a remodel contractor for third bathroom (remodel contractor did excellent work at great price and worked seamlessly with plumbers during repipe). If we have a future need for other types of contractors, we are confident these guys will send us honest and reliable people to give us honest estimates.

Lets be honest, needing to hire a plumber is never fun. While attempting to dig some post holes we ran into a layer of concrete underground. While trying to break it up we accidentally drilled holes through 4 pool water pipes that were hidden under the discarded concrete. “ lots of holes all the way through. .Our pool water instantly dropped several feet and both ours and our neighbors yard began flooding. We needed it repaired right away because we had guest coming for a pool party in a few days.I have to say this experience was excellent from beginning to end. Instant communication ! Seriously, like within minutes of me putting in a request, I got a call and Nathaniel came out the very next day. HRV assessed our problem, which was much more complicated than we even thought it was going to be and very very difficult for even the most experienced plumbers. Nathaniel then gave me a quote on the spot that was very reasonable considering the complexities of the job. He then brought in the team of very nice , very well trained and knowledgeable guys and even though it took 3 of them the remaining day into the evening, they got it done! The whole time he was very clear and communicative about what would need to be done. I plan on using them again in the future. If all of their employees are as good as Adrian, you cant go wrong.
