We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. This company takes care of their clients that’s why I signed up for their monthly subscription to get my water heater descaled every year. Will definitely recommend to friends. I praise them for their quality of work, professionalism and very good communication. Two thumbs up with all the excellent work done! Thank you so much!

This is my second time using this company. This time, I had them remove a cast-iron tub and put in an acrylic tub, 3-piece acrylic tub surround that attaches directly to the stud, the rough-in, valve, shower/tub fixtures, and drain. The team is very friendly, professional, and polite. Because of the way prices worked out, they also threw in a toilet install and a vanity sink install for free with some other benefits. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I really appreciate that they let me do a lot of the work myself and save some money so that they could do the parts that I wasnt comfortable doing myself; they let me do the demolition of the tiles and wall and do the flooring. They also let me buy the items (the valve, the trim for the valve, the showerhead, the showerhead arm, the tub, the surround, the toilet, the vanity, the faucet, the tub spout, the tub drain, the sink drain, and the tub overflow); a lot of other competitors force you to buy expensive, not ideal products from a catalog. They worked on the project for two days and did a great job.

Newwrx is VERY VERY VERY expensive. Yes, I could of said no to the quote and sent him on his way, but I needed the work done. Way too pricey for me.

This is a great plumbing company! While in escrow on a property, we needed estimates on a list of plumbing-related items. Since it was such a big job, we requested three estimates. One was from Newwrx. They were friendly, professional and prompt. They communicated better than most and kept me informed every step of the way. One thing that really impressed me was their written estimate. It was easy to understand, well presented and very professional. Lastly, their prices are very competitive. I will be inviting them to consider providing service for the clients of my property management company.

David Lopez is a total lifesaver! We moved into our new place in South Lake Tahoe and were hit with a bunch of plumbing and hot water issues, plus some funky shower valve problems. David came in, diagnosed everything quickly, and got it all sorted faster than we thought possible. On top of fixing our mess, he was punctual, worked clean, and was just a great guy to have around during the chaos. I knew I had a leak stemming from my dishwasher, but I wasnt sure if the problem was the plumbing or from the dishwasher installation. I wanted to have a plumber check it out first as I was seeing some damage to my kitchen floor that looked like a traveling leak, even after I stopped using the dishwasher. After getting a referral from the manager of the park I live in, I called Newwrx. They were so responsive and I had an appointment to have someone come out right away. Jason and another technician, Luis arrived right on time after letting me know their ETA. The first thing they did was to put on booties to protect my home before coming inside. I was very impressed by this. They inspected the problem inside, then went outside to crawl under my house to further inspect. They were very knowledgeable and confident in what they were seeing. Luis as it happened, had tons of experience with dishwasher plumbing and he found that it was the dishwasher connection and no plumbing leaks were found there as verified by the under-house inspection. The slight swelling of the flooring was caused by the recent heavy rains and the moisture collecting under the house. So there was no plumbing service required, and there was no charge for the inspection! But what really blew me away, was when I mentioned that I had a problem with my kitchen faucet water pressure and thought I would have to buy a new fixture, Jason said let me see if I can do something about that. He found that there were some clogs of particles in the cold water supply line, flushed those out, and voila! that was problem was solved! And again, there was no charge for this. I cannot tell you how much goodwill that created! I feel very confident about this company and the way it is managed. I interacted with 3 of the staff either in person or on the phone and was treated politely and considerately with good communication, and felt an honest purpose to help me as a customer from each. And they both seemed to enjoy their work and take pride in their service. Ive taken several business cards to give to friends, and I will be getting their yearly preventative water heater service done soon. Thank you so much!

Hands down the best plumbing company in Sacramento. Don’t waste your time talking to other plumbers. They’re responsive, friendly, honest and just want to do a good job. My mom had a clogged drain in her bathroom sink. The first company I called quoted $30,000 to do the repair. I called Newwrx for a second opinion. They completed the repair for less than $4,000 in one day. These are the kinds of people you want to do business with.

Tried Newwrx for the first time and was absolutely happy. They are quick to arrive to your place on time. You are always called ahead before arrival. I had a leaking tub spout and they fixed the valves and pipe that the spout is connected to. The leak has gone away. I had a leaky sink in our cabin that needed to be fixed quickly. I called Monday morning and was given the response of I will have someone there in an hour. Not even 20 minutes later the technician called asking for our gate code. He arrived and was very friendly and got right to work. He made the repair and told me if the problem persisted to call them back. It did continue to leak very slightly so I called back that afternoon. He wanted to come back that evening to repair it but I was not going to be home. Knowing I had to leave by noon on Tuesday he said he would come at 8am. Not only did the original technician come back but also his supervisor came to make sure everything was repaired correctly. He was very informative and explained to his tech why it was possibly still leaking and gave him the guidance to fix it. I cannot believe the level of customer service with this company! I will recommend them to anyone I know with plumbing problems. Whats even better is they also do work in the Central Valley where I live.

We had Newwrx come out at 11pm on a Saturday to fix a crazy leak that was getting out of hand. They were professional, friendly and fast!
