We had an unusual request: to connect our homes hot water line to an old clawfoot tub to make an outdoor soaking tub. Id previously reached out to three or four other plumbers and they either never called back or just laughed at me. Jeff from Miracle Works came out to the house, looked the situation over, went into the crawl space, and laid out our options. He was not only enthusiastic about the project, he told us exactly how he could get it done! His helpers, Gene and Junior, worked hard all day digging the ditch for the new pipe. I really appreciated their efforts to do the least damage possible to our landscaping. Jeff installed an insulated hot water hose bib right at the head of the tub and also figured out a straightforward way for the tub to drain. Its perfect! Were looking forward to many years of enjoying our new outdoor soaking tub.

We had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running and my partner’s repair attempts didn’t work, causing a leak. Da’Marus was so helpful, kind, and professional. He was very informative about options for repair and was able to complete the repair quickly. He had the necessary parts with him and the pricing was reasonable. Once he left we had a new, functioning fill valve and the leak was gone. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic company! I needed old angle stops replaced before installing new toilets. It had to be done within a day to stay on schedule and Miracle Works made it happen! I couldnt be there myself, so I left a key, instructions and it was done before I got home. Experienced, Friendly, Fast, Reliable, Honest, Trustworthy and Affordable. Theres nothing more you could want.

The first thing is that Miracle Works responded to my inquiry swiftly while others took 5 day or not at all. I was given a reasonable quote for the work on a Friday and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Two techs showed up for the work and went to town to complete my 5 plumbing jobs in about two hours. Jeff and the other tech were both very personable and very easy to speak with as the job went on. All jobs were explained to my satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending Miracle to others.

This is the second tome Jeff has satisfactorily completed a job for me. He quickly identifies the problem, provides a quote and completes the job. The job is priced at plumber rates but is more competitive than some other companies. I called in the morning and the job was completed in the afternoon. Will continue to call this company as the need arises.

Charles was extremely nice and came right away to check out the problem and quickly gave me a much lower estimate. The repair was done quickly and the whole process was easy and I will definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Miracle Works Plumbing numerous times in the past. They are always friendly and caring. When I had a leak in the outdoor water line, they worked hard to find the least expensive way for it to be replaced. This appointment was just for a clogged drain, but Kristopher Smith took the time to go over some things that I could do to prevent this from happening again. I have nothing but high praise for this company and I have enjoyed talking with their entire staff from the plumbers and the team in the office.

Where do I start? Well why do you call a plumber? I had a problem with my plumbing under my kitchen sink that was leaking and the pipes would come apart when bumped. I called Charles and miracle plumbing and drain works at about 8am. He told me he’d have a guy out to me by the end of the week. I was happy with that. I get a follow up question asking if anyone was home right then. My wife was home. Manny the service tech was there within a couple hours later and had his booties on before knocking on the door. He quoted the job before starting the work and he stuck to that estimate. When I saw the finished work I was impressed. Great job guys!!!

I called this company after every sink and toilet in our building started backing up. Crystal answered and asked if we had any working drains. When I told her no and that it was urgent she made a call and called me right back to let me know she’d have someone to me in 1-2hrs. Robert showed up right at the hour mark and got to work identifying the issue. It ended up being a pretty severe blockage all the way through he line and he called in the owner Charles for reinforcement. Charles got there pretty quickly as well and they got to work fixing it. Very impressed with the level of service they provided. From the promptness, to explaining what all was going on and showing me, to the fair and clear pricing for repairs, it all went very smooth. As someone in a different construction trade I can tell you it takes a lot to provide very fair prices and a very high level of service. They’ve definitely earned our future business and recommendation.

Charles came out to provide an estimate, Mary handled the scheduling and even gave me a heads up when their technician was on the way, and Jeff came to complete the work. I contacted Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain to perform service on my tankless water heater, as I hadn’t had it serviced in over 5 years. The day before the appointment, I received an email confirmation. The next morning, I was promptly met by Jeff, who was wearing a face mask and plastic boots and he was ready to work.When I took him to the water heater we noticed that there appeared to be a leak, as it was much more than the typical amount of water due to condensation. He did a thorough inspection, contacted Rheem and was told that the system needed replacement. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, so Jeff made all of the arrangements and rescheduled an installation date.On install day, Jeff contacted me to let me know that the manufacturer sent an internal tankless system as opposed to an external, and it was going to be shipped up from Bakersfield. He apologized profusely for the shipment error and stated that he would wait until he had the tank in his possession before rescheduling and would make it a priority. Keep in mind, that I was never out of hot water, so it wasn’t anything urgent, but Jeff made it his top priority.Less than 48 hours later, I have a newly installed tankless water heater that is also up to current Yolo County code with the addition of an expansion tank.All in all, the company did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment.

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue weve had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didnt feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didnt mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.The price was reasonable and I didnt feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain came out to help me twice. First they replaced both my outdoor and indoor faucets and switched the water tubes under the bathroom sink.Then they came to install a water heater outside my house and put a cover on it. They made sure all the hoses and connections were right and they made sure everything was installed up to city code. They did the permit process for me and I didn’t have to be there when they did the inspection. I was at work watching from my cameras. They did really good work and I will use them again when I remodel my bathroom.Great service from all the representatives.

He even came back an extra day free of charge to clean up any debris. Ive been dealing with a clogged sewer lateral for about two years; I eventually bit the bullet and started looking into getting this repaired.Charles came out right on time and gave me an incredibly detailed walkthrough of what his plan was for investigating the pipe. He also explained to me what he was doing each step of the way.When it came to scheduling the full work, it was easy and stress free.The team (Jeff, Chris and Bubba) were all incredibly nice, thoughtful and very hard workers. They got here on the day of the job and were literally finished within several hours. They came back the next day to verify the inspection and complete the backfilling.Could not have been happier with their service. Theyre not only hard workers, but down to earth. I enjoyed talking shop with them and they all taught me a lot about what they were doing and why!Will absolutely use them again if I never have plumbing issues!
