I ordered a new range and the first install crew didn’t have the right gas supply line.Second crew came and told me it’s the shut off valve that needs to be replaced and that I should call a plumber.Called two companies for an estimate and when Dylan from Gilmore came took his time to check on the issue.Not only did he check the gas shut off valve, but also the new range and the supply going into the house to ensure it could supply the range adequately.He told me that everything was fine and confirmed that the provided supply line was indeed incorrect and there is no need for a gas shut off valve replacement. The other company wanted to immediately get going to swapping out the valve at $285 for what they called a 20min job. In the meantime the delivery crew came and the new range works as expected.On the basis of Dylan’s honesty and professionalism I can’t recommend them enough. Even though I didn’t need the service that day, should I have a need for HVAC or plumbing in the future I know who call.Many thanks guys.

My brand new AC/heating is working wonderful. The only problem is the hole you guys left in my food pantry after shoving the Heating unit (food pantry is right behind the heating unit). It was install on June 10, 2024. Its september 14 2024 and I called about 3-4 times to get on drywall schedule repair list but no luck yet. Have not recieve a call yet.

Update: Another manager reached out and they did make this right. The second tech Nathan was solid.All the reviews you read are spot on on yelp, because my experience has pretty much been the same.Im a tenant and my landlord has had them come out 3 times now to fix a no heat problem from 3 months ago. Still not fixed, manager Sam acted helpful on the phone but hasnt followed up yet again.Wasted a lot of my time at this point, canceled one window and was late to the last two windows. Both technicians they sent didnt test the system fully (cycle it several times) before leaving. Still at the same problem. Dont use this company.EDIT: To the owners response, not surprised there. They were suppose to create a tenant profile. Im on the account under notes. Sent an email regardless.

Gavin, the Gilmore technician has inspected yesterday all the plumbing in our house. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything as we went through the process. He gave us a few pointers how to go about not frequently used plumbing units and how to clean a garbage disposal, among others. As a matter of fact when we have mentioned that a garbage disposal just stopped working he kindly took a look and magically unstuck the unit! We are very thankful! He provided estimates on necessary future repairs and replacements that would prolong the life of the plumbing system. We are very satisfied with the service.Thank you Gilmore team!

They have been incredible! We called late at night with an urgent need for AC since we have a family member on hospice. Dane answered the phone with compassion and asked many thorough questions to help find the root of the issue. Then this morning right as they opened they gave me a call to schedule a time that worked best for us with a very impressive 12 hour turn over, especially in this record heat wave. We will for sure be going back to Gilmores!!

Cameron Hill came to service my AC system and all is now working great. Cameron is very professional, on time and courteous. Cameron answered all my many questions. He explained all the items he had checked off the Cooling Evaluation form so I understood what the items mean. Cameron took his time in explaining his answers to me. He sent some 23 pictures of my system and what he has done for verification. Cameron is so much more than a A+. Thank you to Cameron and Gilmore. I want him as my Gilmore Service Technician.

We had our semi-annual maintenance check. As always, we received a phone call from Gilmore informing us that the technician was on the way and the technician arrived on time, as scheduled. She performed a thorough check of our system, shared and explained her findings and gave us a copy of her detailed report that shows that everything is functioning properly.

Shower drain plugged. 5 star interaction. appointment next day. on time. Chase very easy to talk with, good answers and advice, and very patient til I was out of questions. Blockage gone so far (4-5 days) and I expect for some great more time but not there yet. Would recommend for sure. Bill a little high to me $444 but Im not up on plumber prices (except in the jokes).

This company is 100% reliable and my tech, Alex, was friendly and efficient and confident and did everything he could to help rescue my 30-plus year old air conditioning unit which sounded like a rusty cement mixer when I called Gilmore. I was expecting the worst news. It wasnt inexpensive, replacing the fan motor and capacitor, but he NEVER tried to upsell me to a new unit. Everything is working perfectly nowAlex called it a rescue operation and he was 100% correct. Also, I appreciate a company that has marked Company vans and uniformed technicians that show up exactly on time, and an efficient dispatch and office staff. They were in constant contact with me due to a couple of weather and illness related hiccups that were nobodys fault over the five or six days I was without AC. I am 100% satisfied. The invoice was detailed and accompanied by photographs. Ive never seen that before. Use this company with complete confidence.

Let me say I usually dont leave reviews, but I definitely had to make mention that being without air when outside temp is 105 degrees is definitely not fun. But despite my frustration the employee Bonny @ Gilmore made my experience as a customer a pleasant one. I felt heard and understood She was nice, professional, helpful and empathic to my situation. Everything she told me she was going to do she did. She was patient and Im pleased to say she went beyond her duty. Its hard to find good customer service, now a days, but not with Bonney. I was really impressed. I also want to make mention of Greg, he came out to my house spoke with me, explained everything step by step. He was so polite , professional and thorough. Thank you Gilmore for having wonderful emplyees. Hopefully I wont need to call anytime soon.

I was very impressed with Mack today, meeting him for the first time. Very professional, honest, showed me on his tablet all the phases, areas he checked and cleaned on my AC part of the unit.This was a first for me, to actually see inside and learn how all this works together.I am 100% satisfied that Mack fulfilled his maintenance duties, keeping my unit running smoothly into the future. I will be requesting him again. The Red Carpet Service is for real! Today, I needed a high ceiling light bulb replacement and a screen door repair that he could do quickly. I’m a very satisfied Gilmore customer—since 1973!

We have used Gilmore for over 20 yrs. Regular maintenance of heating and air. We had them replace our system about 14 yrs ago. We also had them replace our insulation and duct work in the attic. They came up with a redesign which greatly improved getting A/C in the master bedroom. The technicians have all been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and always take time to explain what work they performed and alert us to any potential problems. They even take pictures. We are very satisfied with Gilmores service.

The plumber that showed up was very helpful. I believe he was trying to sell me on changing several supposedly bad areas or potentially bad areas that could go wrong???? I decided on two bib replacements. Bottom line is I believe Gilmore plumbing is way over priced and if I had a chance to not do the work I would have done it myself!!

Mac came to our cabin and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC as a failed fan motor. While it took a while to get the replacement fan motor (older AC unit). Mac came out right away to install it. When Gilmore sent him instructions they were off slightly and he could not find the Hide-a-key to get into the cabin. He drove several miles away to get cell phone reception and explained that he couldnt find the key. I gave him proper instructions and he then returned to the cabin, entered and set the AC on cool as we needed to have done. His attention to the issue and willingness to drive a ways to get instructions then return to set the thermostat was truly an awesome piece of customer service. I would recommend Gilmore Plumbing and Heating to anyone!!

So I actually called Gilmore for service to my great grandfathers house. He is healthy enough but not always extremely sharp. The technician fromGilmore could not have been any more helpful, patient and understanding. He made some simple fixes to the equipment and even called me from the appointment to make sure I knew what was being done and how to help my great grandfather going forward. A 30 minute appointment probably took him 3 hours due to my great grandfathers questions but he still was nothing but sweet and supportive. I can not recommend Gilmore enough!

My son hired Gilmore to replace his Heat Pump, AC & pool pump. He was very happy with their service, price & installation so when I wanted to have my gas heater maintenance done in the home I just bought, he said to call Gilmore. He said they are very professional, honest & the customer service is beyond great, not to mention they really know what theyre doing. So, I called Gilmore and everything was just like he said. The technician was super polite, professional & followed all the Covid 19 safety precautions. He showed me pictures of the inside of my heater & said it was in good shape but could use the blower to be cleaned of dust.Its such a good feeling to have someone I trust, to call when I help. I will definitely call them whenever I need any service or replacement.I highly recommend Gilmore Heating, Air & Plumbing.

Gilmore never disappoints in their committment to service. We have had multiple instances of urgent issues and Gilmore has always made us feel our concerns matter. I will share two situations. The first was in the Summer during 110 temperatures. Our AC went out and Gilmore brought us a mobile air conditioner to keep us cool until they could look at our system. I should add, the hvac system we had was not from Gilmore. It wasnt a hard decision who to go with when we had to buy a replacement.The second is recently. Our heater went out the day before Christmas Eve and we were expecting guests. They were able to get someone out to help us on Christmas Eve. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I cannot say enough about Gilmore...they are best in class.

Chris y is a professional when it comes to central heating and AC. He is also very polite and very friendly. He had to trouble shoot the problem that I was having with my central heating unit in my home. He diagnosed the problem with in 1 hour. The heating unit which is manufactured by TRANE required 2 parts that needed to be replaced. Gilmore heating and AC company has very high Tech testing equipment which they supply for all their technicians. Choosing Gilmore heating and AC is the number one choice that you should go with. I am a very happy customer.

I could tell right away that Mac was professional, intuitive, and resourceful.Mac explained what he was going to do to service our downstairs HVAC system. During his maintenance process he told us what he found, with pictures and videos as needed. Ours is an older unit which will probably be replaced in the next year or two. The two workers spent over two hours on the older system as well as checking on our four mini- splits upstairs.I would request Mac for our next service call. He is respectful and helpful in weighing the pros and cons of the older HVAC.

The technician was very professional and showed me all the problems. He crawled on the attic took pictures of my ducts and explained I was lucky that it quit working before having a fire or a carbon monoxide issue. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our less than 1 yr new system died. The Nest thermostat said no power to the Nest so it wouldnt kick off. Greg came out and determined power to the ceiling saver switch was lost when the installers cut a hole in the drain pan and didnt insulate a wire that wore through the jagged edge of the hole thereby frying the switch. Gregs ability to troubleshoot and bypass the switch until a new one was ordered in, was swift and accurate. He was professional, on time and able to determine the problem in a short period of time. Excellent service with a great attitude.

Capacitor went out and DW wanted it fixed right away! Gilmore was able to be here the next day and on time. Macarthur N. was very professional and took the time to explain what went wrong, my options, and the repair. As part of the service he also check on my heating unit. It wasnt cheap but he got it done and AC is working once again shielding us from the current heat dome over the west.Add: My unit had a booster as part of initial installation. Thought that wasnt necessary but it was integral of how mine functioned. As part initial work, I elected not replacing it. Wrong! Mac came back the next day and put one on! Great service.

These two were meticulous in their installation of the HVAC system I purchased. I was always taught to leave an area cleaner than when I got there. The technician was very professional and did good work. Found the the drains needed cleaning and that was very expensive - $160 for about 5 minutes of work. I was disappointed in scheduling the appointment. I called for the $59 HVAC special in April and they were booked until the end of June. Took the appointment. The day of the appointment they called and had to cancel due to an emergency that they technician had. When asked to reschedule they said not until first week in August since they were so busy. It was their fault that they canceled the appointment and should have worked us in within a few days. As I said, the work was good and we will continue using them but if changes in appointments and expensive services continue we will look elsewhere.

Josh was very professional and friendly (too bad hes moving to NV). He cleaned bees out of my drain pipe and checked out my whole AC system, finding one part that needed to be replaced. He showed me pictures on his iPad of the readings on his meters. I will continue to use Gilmore for heating, AC, and plumbing needs.
