As a former restaurant owner and now a manager overseeing equipment and repairs for 22 restaurants and other buildings on Sac State campus, I know how quickly work requests can pile up. Finding reliable vendors is crucial, but its truly all about customer service and seamless communication between the account manager, client, and on-site technicians. Special thanks to Richard Lindsey, Les Trisler, and their fantastic technicians, Michael and Kevin, who consistently do excellent work. I’m grateful our company gave them the opportunity to prove their potential. The service team at Cooper Oates has been wonderful to work with. Responsive, dependable, and quick with turnaround times for both service requests and proposals. They’ve handled everything for us, from evaporator coil and compressor replacement, custom walk-in cooler door replacement and various plumbing tasks. So far, their work has been top-notch, and I look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship with them.

Wish i could give 6 stars. I am a director of an upscale senior living community and the Cooper Oats team is amazing. They truly go the extra mile for you. They have taking care of so much for me I dont even know where to start. I have over 160 roof top units and they always deliver the best service. Rain or shine they are here when you need them and show up on time.. They make my job less stressful so I am able to focus on other things. I could never say enough about the COAC crew and you wont be disappointed if you use them. Their service is top notch. The techs are all very nice and respectful... and clean! thank you COAC, you guys are the best!!!

I have had nothing other than exceptional success and joy working with Cooper Oates company. First off, they take photos of whatever they are communicating to be a problem. Im not up on the roof with them, so rather than having to rely on their word alone, they are building my trust and confidence by taking images of any existing problem AND images after their repairs. This is exceptional. They are fast, efficient, courteous, pleasant and considerate. Personal connection and relationship-based business is becoming more and more rare. It is such a relief to find caring human beings who pick up the phone and dont route you through endless wasteful phone trees when you call them. At Massie & Company LLC, we highly recommend Cooper Oates Air Conditioning for their outstanding service, expertise, and professional team members. COAC is one of our top go-to subcontractors that we use on nearly every construction project! They are reliable, honest, and timely. Just earlier this year, their team answered our call on a busy holiday weekend. COAC showed up to the site within 2 hours and resolved the issue right away. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many technicians from this company. I have had a solid, timely, and knowledgeable performance every single time.We have a ton of HVAC used in controls for critical environments.10/10 would recommend, even over the manufacturers of the units, unless necessary for proprietary circumstances.I plan to use COAC for all HVAC and where possible environmental control diagnostics.
