I recently had a new AC system installed by Clarke & Rush, and I couldn’t be happier with the service, especially given the extreme heat we’ve been experiencing (100-115 degrees). The technicians, Tobiah, Joseph, and Brayan, were exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and communicative throughout the entire process. Their efficiency was impressive, completing the installation in just one day, from 7am to 2pm. They were knowledgeable and professional, and I truly believe they deserve higher pay for their excellent work.I paid $11k for a new AC system (compared to other companies that were charging $18k+) , and the brand they recommended was Carrier. My old AC system was about 20 years old. The only downside to my experience was the quoting process. When you call for a quote, they don’t give you a price over the phone. Instead, they send someone out to inspect your system and spend about an hour discussing their company and the brands they work with. It felt unnecessary, especially since the salesperson already had the quote amount written down on a paper before arriving.Despite this, the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the technicians made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Clarke & Rush for their outstanding service.

My family had been customers of Garick A/C for many years. When, due to a serious family health issue, I had to take over many responsibilities including home maintenance, I called Clarke and Rush for our AC Tune Up and Heater Maintenance Service. Not only were the same outstanding employees like Warren and Kurtis from Garick still there, but my phone conversations with Jennifer, Gwen, and Michael were all very pleasant and informative!Our technician for the AC Tune Up and Heater Maintenance Service, Ray, had a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was extremely kind. professional, and even took time to explain what he was doing during the service. Ray did a terrific job and recommended additional work (with zero pressure!) which would ease the stress on our heating and cooling units and extend their lives.All in all, Clarke and Rush provide excellent service with a very positive and supportive staff! Clark and Rush replaced my AC heater a few years ago and I was happy with the new unit. Ive been lucky to have Ray Walker (repair technician) come out twice now for a concern with the AC unit. Ray is a real professional with a great personality. He found and fixed the concerns, is very thorough with the explanation of what he found and the best way to solve it.I would highly recommend Clark and Rush for a replacement unit or for any maintenance and repair, especially if Ray is doing the job.

Clarke snd Rush called to let me know I had free service inspections remaining for the heat pump and air handler system they installed a year ago. Gwen was most friendly and took the time and effort to answer all of my questions when I called to inquire about appointments. I got a prompt call back from Julie about adding the thermostat phone app. The service tech Jordan was cordial and accommodating, and provided helpful advice for our system, which works great. We have found that Clarke and Rush offers the perfect combination of kindness and competence in all their work over the years.A couple weeks later another friendly service tech, Javier, arrived for an appointment to check on the AC system including the new Mitsubishi heat pump outside. After checking it out and finding good readings Javier showed me how to spray down the unit with the hose a couple times a year to keep it free of dust and leaves, for both efficiency and longevity. If we take care of the unit and change the filters every three months, he expects the system to give us 25 years of service!

We are so impressed with Brandon and Bills service today. We called in a clogged drain shortly after 9:30 a.m. and they were here around 1 p.m. They unclogged the drain, which was deep in a pipe below the house, tested their work and left the bathroom clean for us to use. I would recommend Clarke & Rush for any plumbing work. We are super satisfied!

We contacted Clarke & Rush to get a quote for a new water heater as we were unsure if it would be better to take advantage of rebates and switch to electric, or if it would be better to stick with gas and upgrade. We ended up choosing.to stick with gas water heater. The installation itself took about 6 hours to bring everything up to code, and they even helped us out to make sure our carbon monoxide alarms were up to code as well!The attention to detail and professionalism with this company is immaculate, and I would 100% contact them again.Thank you Clarke & Rush!

I got home last night to find my house at 80°, the unit would turn on but it wouldn’t blow cold air. My friend Roger works as an HVAC installer so I spoke to him this morning and got his thoughts. He said call Clarke and Rush, that’s who I work for and let them know what’s going on.8am I spoke with Jennifer, I explained the issue and that I’m also dealing with major medical issues at the moment and if anything could be done today that would be amazing! She put me on hold and came back to say she has a slot for me between 3-5pm! I was so grateful to hear this!2pm Ray the technician called and said he’d be here between 2:45 and 3pm. He arrive promptly at 2, he took a quick look at the thermostat the. Headed to the unit in the back yard. He quickly determined it was the capacitor, he gave me a quote and I said done deal! He grabbed the part from the truck, replaced it, and put everything together again. He also took the time and washed down some of the yard debris that had been sucked in against the unit.Fast, friendly, reliable service! I will be using them again

Nacho was wonderful and very great at customer service. He took me step by step on his procedures and replace only a capacitor that measured bad and adjusted the Gas pressure that was high. Since it was an intermittent issue. He said to call back if issue arises. Heater is working now . Highly recommend the company bin the future for Heat, Air, and Plumbing.

Back in the beginning of summer May 2024 as the temperatures started rising I found my central air-conditioning wasnt working. I called and left a message after hours to get an appointment. To my surprise I received a call the next morning and said they could come out today. John Reeves was dispatched and arrived at the agreed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a non-functional relay in the outdoor air unit. John had one in his van, replaced it and the system is still working fine today. I really appreciate the quick service from Clarke & Rush Mechanical and the professional way I was treated by the dispatch staff and John the service technician. I will call them in the future if additional problems arise with my heating or cooling unit.

We recently contacted Clarke & Rush to get a second opinion about what was causing our AC to short-cycle. The first HVAC contractor we contacted had diagnosed the problem as a bad thermal-expansion valve, and gave us an expensive estimate for its replacement without providing us with an inspection report. Ray from Clarke & Rush, a Senior Service Technician, spent hours inspecting our heat pump system, and even called several of his colleagues to solicit their opinions about what could causing the short cycling. Ray decided that the problem probably wasnt with a faulty valve, and that it might be due instead to a low refrigerant level. He told us to wait for a hot day to see if the short-cycling continued, and if it did, to call the Clarke & Rush office so they could send a technician to measure refrigerant levels. There would be no charge for the second visit.Ray provided a detailed report summarizing his inspection. His thoroughness may have saved us thousand of dollars in unneeded repairs. We had not used Clarke & Rush before as our HVAC contractor, but because of our experience with Ray, were only going to use Clarke & Rush going forward.

Called Clark and Rush early Saturday and left a message since they were closed figuring Id make do until Monday. But, they called back shortly on Saturday, had a tech, Doug Smith, available because theyed ramped up staffing to ensure customers could be seen promptly and he was at my house in a couple of hours. He tested the unit, demonstrated what the problem was and had it repaired in a short time. He provided pictures of all that hed done. I felt well taken care of.

John was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. With the latest maintenance, we had an old smart vent that required a new damper motor. The technician Chris was able to quickly diagnose, order a replacement and replace this motor right before the summer season. We now have the benefit of using this smart vent at night to cool the house - and a huge thank you goes out to the C&R team (especially Chris).

Clark & Rush are EXCELLENT, I just had my yearly AC service done.They are complete on checking out the unit, cleaned the inside ( coils and removed any debris ) washed the coils out, checked amperage freon. They were here well over an hour doing the routine checkup.Left no mess around the unit after cleaning out the leaves and even dried it off.Just EXCEPTIONAL service.From installation I had done a couple of years ago.Also locally owed and the have their own installers and service people.Just an exceptional company

Clarke and Rush’s crew and staff are very professional. All my phone calls are always answered promptly, appointments are provided timely, and the technicians are professional, polite, and they covered their shoes before entering the home. They answer my questions and address my observations. Over the years, we also have two new water heaters, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, installed by C&R. We also have C&R repaired our broken clay sewer pipe (tree roots problems). Well, it looks like C&R is a good, reasonable, reliable one-stop shop, after COSTCO of course!

A Clarke and Rush technician came to my house today to perform one of two free inspections that came with the purchase of a new mini-split heating and cooling system that I made last summer. He removed, washed, dried and reinstalled all the filters, showing me how to perform this maintenance myself going forward and giving me an idea of how frequently I will need to do this. He inspected, then hosed off the two outdoor units. And finally, he tested each indoor unit to make sure they are operating properly (they are!). He patiently answered all of my questions and was just a pleasure to work with, just as the installers of this system were before him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! 07/2024. Well here I am again having issues with my antiquated Coleman hvac. Ignacio (Nacho) O., to the rescue. Nacho was very polite and professional. He checked out my unit and told me I needed about 3lbs of R22. refrigerant. We discussed how old the unit is and how R22 is going to soon be very hard to purchase in the near future. (2030) I have a dual system in a mobile that is a single built in unit. He mentioned the entire system would need replacing because he wouldnt be able to replace the coils. At this point I will likely just have R22 added and research a bit. Hopefully, I can get through summer and consider the replacement next year, if my old unit hangs in there.*********************************06/2023. Ed B came to service my a/c unit. I was surprised to see him in a Clark & Rush truck since Ive Garrick in the past. He explained Garrick merged with C&R. Ed was great. He showed me how to properly wash my outside unit and to keep my filters clean and how to get an oversized filter to fit. He checked my fan operation and wiring which I had issues with. And before adding refrigerant Ed discovered one of the screw on caps placed on my unit had no O ring which could have been responsible for a slow leak Ive had for quite a while. Ed was very thorough, professional and his years of experience shows. A very pleasant fella who doesnt mind my inquisitive dogs. Next time I need help Ill be asking for Ed at Clark & Rush. Start date was delayed slightly twice, but only @ 1 day. They came out with a team of 3-4 & did the whole thing in 2 days with ducts including debris hauling. Problem with thermostat not cycling, so they came out & replaced it. At first I was told that only commercial properties could get that but after calling Honeywell, they found a high end one that worked.Also, I was surprised that they wanted full payment before passing final inspection, which won’t happen for 3 months after a pressure test. I’d never heard of that before.

We had Clark and Rush install our HVAC system about 5 years ago, since then we have had them service our system twice per year. We have had no problems and the system has worked flawlessly. The technicians that service our system are always polite and professional, they have always arrived on time and called before arriving. Every time they service our unit they also wash it down with a garden hose, I really appreciate this as it keeps the unit clean and it is on our roof so I dont need to go up there. Recently they installed a surge protector so we wont have to be concerned when winter. Storms arrive.I would recommend Clark and Rush for new products and upkeep services. Don and Connie Uhl

23/9 1st review, but customer past 2yrs:-- Good, clear English speaking, office support staff who live answer main number handling scheduling and payments.-- Reasonably priced Spring/Fall routine two-service package, but does not include cost of replacement filter (though tech can do). [Note: their technicians get VERY busy doing repairs dead of summer & winter, so be sure to schedule months in advance for routine maintenance services.]-- Tech (by subsidiary Garick) has always been on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable. Wears shoe covering when inside checking thermostat & filter. Tech discusses results, and can also take payment at time of service. Receipt along with detailed report and pictures emailed by tech.>> Bottom Line: I highly recommend.
