We hired Armstrong to replace our fresh water pipes and install a new water heater, and we were impressed with the quality work and especially the customer service we received.The estimate process was easy to set up, and the technician was thorough in explaining what the process would involve, and answered all my follow-up questions, including those I texted later.When it came to the service itself, Mo and Fabian and their team were professional and thorough. Mo or Fabian communicated each day what they were doing, gave a progress update around mid-day, a summary of the work done at the end of the day, and discussed what the next day would be like. They showed their work, and I was able to see and answer questions when I had them. They worked with my schedule so I was able to access what I needed throughout the day (I work from home). And they took the time to clean up well at the end of each day. We are very happy with the work, and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Fred from Armstrong Plumbing was very kind and efficient while checking on two issues at my house. The garbage disposer he was able to fix a minor issue and showed me and my daughter how he did it. The bathroom floor problem he inspected and let me know who to contact for some specialized inspection and resolution. Very efficient.

After the sprinkling system watered my front yard early this 12th day of August, I heard a loud hissing sound from the front yard. The sight of water shooting 30 from the water pressure unit alarmed me. My first call was to Armstrong Plumbing.A friendly, experienced plumber arrived in two hours despite their full schedule. I was met with consideration and empathy. I had an agreeable estimate in minutes and a better repair than I asked for.When the job was complete, I asked for an estimate on a leaky garbage disposal the plumber gladly took a look. Friendly, knowledgeable, plumbers came to our home twice in the past week and did their work well. (Their pictures on Armstrongs website were too tiny to identify them.) Armstrongs new artificial intelligence phone answering system is creepy. I wish we could talk to real people when we call Armstrong rather than a realistic, chirpy, bobble-head robot.

After examining the water heater, he explained to me what needed to be done. It took a while to get the parts he needed; but once he got the parts he was able to repair the gas water heater and got it to work. All the while, he was courteous and made sure I knew what he was doing. He left the work area clean. I have done business with Armstrong before and, from my experience with Donny D., will continue to use their services.

I have used Armstrong Plumbing several times over the years and have always been very satisfied. Peter Chappell specifically has been very helpful. He understands the nature and plumbing of old homes and is able to find the right solution. I once hired a discount plumber referred by a neighbor. The plumber told me the only way to fix my leak was to create a hole in the wall in the room behind the bathroom. I declined the service and called Armstrong. They were easily able to fix the leak without construction. They may not be the least expensive on the surface, but saved me a lot of money and disruption with their experience. I highly recommend them.

I was doing a small job for a client the day before thanksgiving and she had a clogged drain in her kitchen so I called Armstrong plumbing because they are very reliable and in about an hour Carlos showed up and knocked the blockage out of the pipe and I got to finish up my work! The guys that came to the house were very nice and respectful though, so I appreciated them for that. I’m a licensed general contractor and I was having an issue out on one of my jobs and I called Armstrong to troubleshoot my project. Milton, one of their technicians was quickly able to troubleshoot it. The company also answered the phone, the only Rinnai tankless water heater listed certified technicians on the Rinnai website to answer their phone. The Person answered the phone was great too. I truly feel this company is an honest company and they deserve an honest review.

Our Technician William Wilcox did a a great job. We had little to no water pressure in one of our faucets. After I tried everything I could think of we called Armstrong plumbing to help. He was able to figure out the issue was a clog deep in the faucet elbow and with a little resourcefulness on his part he was able to clear it saving us from having to get a completely new faucet.

The night before my husband’s shoulder surgery we realized our toilets weren’t flushing and the shower was backing up. The next day, as soon as we got home from the hospital, I made a call to Armstrong’s. They were extremely helpful and sent someone out the very same day. Corey and his partner were very thorough. They were able to get our toilets working again but detected a larger problem: tree roots in the drain line. We’re so grateful for his thoroughness and determination to get to the bottom of our plumbing issue. We definitely want his crew back to solve the bigger issue. This is the third time I’ve have Armstrong provide me service this year. I strongly recommend their annual service plan as it covers the service charge for coming out plus 10% off their services. Having an older home I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth for the cost of the plan. They are a great company to work with.

He asked great questions, was professional at assessing our situation and booked a return appointment the next morning for the work that needed to be done.So far, very happy with the way this business works.Return appointment-Corey came back to hydroflush the system and camera inspect to see how the pipes were holding up.Corey was super respectful, called before his arrival to let me know he was on the way and VERY informative.Because I know nothing about plumbing, I really appreciated Corey because he was never patronizing, he explained things thoroughly and answered my questions so I understood what was going on.Both he and his teammate Kyle showed me on the camera the problems we had as well as potential solutions. I feel well informed with enough information to make my decision going forward.Unfortunately, more work needs to be done but with the experience I’ve had with Corey and Armstrong Plumbing so far, I feel safe to continue business with them and continue this work.Final visit-Isa and Sylvio worked on the final part of our project. They arrived early were super clean and respectful of the space. They got right to the job and performed it seamlessly. It’s scary when you have to break up cement, dig out old falling apart pipes and roots and have it all replace but these two got the work done quickly and efficiently. I should have taken a picture of the broken pipe because it was a mess, but their workmanship is evident in these shots.Isa was great about explaining what was happening and she was awesome! These two never stopped. They did a beautiful job cleaning up and making sure their work area was spotless.

I wanted to pay a huge compliment to Nate and his team Beto and Adrian. I have a big tree in front of my home with the roots running by the main sewer line. This has caused me distress as my neighbor had the roots from her tree break her line, causing a backup and damage to her home. I’m not experiencing any issues with the drainage or backups for mine but I wanted to avoid what happened to my neighbor and be as proactive as I could.I called about ten plumbing companies with high ratings. Armstrong was among the few that actually had a live person answer. Armstrong plumbing came to my home shortly after I called regarding a water leaks outside my home. Kyle Answered my call with Cody both showing up and accessing the situation and how to approach the repairs. Prepared invoices on cost of repairs and how many hours it would take to repair the leak. The water was turned off. As we turned the water main shutoff water was coming out of the broken water pipe. They used new coppers parts and PVC for under ground repairs .Cody and Issac did an amazing job. Checking to make sure pipes has no water leaks and giving pipe 24 hours monitor before closing the hole with dirts. I’m very happy with the results and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I have used Armstrong Plumbing for many years, across multiple properties. They are fairly priced and most importantly do not try to upsell you. Just honest troubleshooting at a fair price. My MIL hired a plumber to look at a leaking expansion valve on the outside of her house. She called Gilmore Plumbing and they told her she needed a new water heater with expansion tank at a cost of over $6k. I told her “no” and called Armstrong - they told her she didnt need the expansion valve because the hot water tank in the garage already comes with one installed (her house is an old style with the expansion valve piped to the outside). Cost to remove and cap the pipe, ~$500. We are happy campers!Update: Here we are, a few weeks later and needed a repair at one of my rental units. Armstrong came through again with timely service at a reasonable price!

Milton from Armstrong came out, was on time and got right to work, understood the issue and found that the initial H/C lines install were correctly installed but due to the configuration of the faucet, it appeared that the H/C lines were reversed, but they werent. The faucet had come loose and Milton tightened it an was done after half hour.

Booking the appt for a plumber to come out to our home to assess our wobbly toilet and possible shower head leak was very quick and easy. The rep on the phone was super nice, and very accommodating with my schedule. The plumber who came out (I apologize, I dont recall his name) was very nice, he took the time to explain the potential problems and then the necessary fix. He offered solutions that we could do on our own to save money, and he also fixed the toilet problem, complete with pictures of what he saw and did. He explained things in a way that made sense, which is a big plus for someone like me who is very clueless about these types of things!! Overall, a great experience from start to end. We continue to call Armstrong Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues that arise, as we feel confident in their abilities, and we trust and value their professionalism and courteous nature.

We called Armstrong to help us complete a project. Our garage is being converted into an apartment and after 80% of the work was done we had to part ways with our original contractor. I tried my best to describe the job the dispatcher at Armstrong and although I think I didn’t get it quite right, she was very patient and professional with me. She repeated all the info back to make sure she got details right which I appreciated. The tech Cody came out the next day within the time frame given. He actually arrived earlier than I thought he would for a 4 hour window so I was happy with that as well. He was also very professional while speaking with us. He even offered to put on shoe covers in the space which is a great touch bc I have had to personally tell others to do this and it drives me crazy. Anyway, we gave him the run down of the job and he got right to work with solutions and where to start. He was knowledgeable and communicative and HONEST about costs which is where we ran into issues in the past. He will be coming back after we get some materials but so far, he has shined a good light on himself and Armstrong as a company and I would recommend.

I still feel that the price they charge is outrageous 600.00 w a discount for service is unheard of, it’s service not installing a new appliance. FYI I feel that your workers should always carry a test kit !!!! Just in case your customer is asking to test your water don’t rely on what the water softener tank states.

Arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, he provided advice and explanation of upgrade to valves. He had to go a little deeper into the project than he initially expected, taking about an extra hour but still charged what he gave as the initial estimate. So far, no leaks and life is back to normal. Will be our first choice for any future plumbing needs.
