I am an owner of a small business in Carmichael. Americas Plumbing Company came out to fix an issue that a lot of other plumbing companies didnt know how correct or werent willing to do it given what was involved. I am truly appreciative of their professionalism and how every employee I interacted with from the representative on the phone to the actual on-site plumbers went out of their way to provide tremendous customer service. Highly recommended.

I have a rental property and been using them for the last three years and I am always so impressed! I have an issue and within a few hours a technician arrives, calls me and provides a diagnosis, and shares with me pricing and they always are honest and not try to up their price and add in hidden extras. They are hardworking, honest, and have a warm demeanor when they interact with my tenants. Antonio and Tony have serviced my property and they are the best!

WOW!!! Leo and Lenny to the rescue!! I can’t say enough amazing things about these technicians! They came out and got a two day job done in one day!! Even when having to deal with a flange that did NOT want to cooperate! They did three bathrooms! They extended shower head pipes, added a new one, new valves, replaced a flange, etc etc etc! They did it all! I’m so excited about their handy work! They were both very professional, friendly and got in there and got the job done! You just don’t see customer service like this anymore!! Gerrit went above & beyond in his service! I needed a new flush valve in my toilet. I had gotten a replacement part at Lowes, but it wasnt the right part. Gerrit drove to a regular plumbing store & no one had the part because it was disconnected. He was so kind & helped me order the part straight from American Standard on my computer. When the part was delivered, he came back to install it. Did a fantastic job. He was great in every way & solely because of my experience with him & the girls who answer the phone, I will be using your company going forward for any & all plumbing issues. I had a plumbing emergency this morning involving my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Anerican Plumbing had someone out to my house by 1:30 pm and he did an excellent job, he had everything fixed and back in working order in 2 hours, and he helped to clean up the mess under the sink! I contacted American Plumbers that I found on Google after my plumber from our home warranty flaked. Right from the beginning they scheduled me right away. The receptionist was kind and precise and kept in contact with me. Leonard B Petersen was is the plumber that came out to help. He was very professional. He explained everything and was able to fix the problem that day. Cleaned up before he left and everything went smoothly. Jorge was very efficient, friendly, and treated my elderly grandmother very politely. She had another plumber out to her house and did not fix her leak and cause other leaks around the house. Jorge fixed the mistake made by the other guy and made sure everything was back to the way it was before. I always use Americas plumbing because all their techs are just like Jorge.

The techs arrived within the estimated arrival time. A shower pipe bust behind the shower wall. Because of unforseen obstacles they were not able to fix the problem. However, they explained what needed to be done. They were both approachable, sympathetic and answered all my questions. I put in an insurance claim. After the restoration folks complete their work, Ill call Americas Plumbing again to complete replacing the damaged shower pipe.

It was our first time working with America’s Plumbing Company and we had such a great experience. Gerrit originally made the call to our home and was kind and very courteous. He made careful and thorough observations and gave us a very fair quote for the repairs which consisted of fixing a broken flange, replacing the angle stop valve and replacing the wax ring as well as installing the toilet. Throughout the experience, communication and scheduling were excellent and very professional. Soon after, Gerrit and Douglas came to do the repairs and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely call on America’s Plumbing Company for any future needs.

I am the assistant mgr at a multi family property, we had an issue with a unit that had a leak in their apt and it caused, the ceiling in the lower downstairs laundry to collapse. I called Americas Plumbing Company for a quote. The folks taking the initial call was amazing. She let me do my panic I dont know what is going on thing. She listened.She got me an appointment with Alex G.He came out for the free estimate and when he found the leak he said he could get it done THAT day. The bill was under my deductible.From what I see on the website, theyve been in business for over 20 years and if needed financing, they take credit cards. They do so much, go look on their website!Alex was kind, answered other questions I had about other water issues for future projects. In my opinion went above and beyond to not only get the job done quickly, but also took good care of a nervous home owner.Americas Plumbing Co. is now my go to company for help.Thank you Alex G., for the customer service and knowledge you gave me to use as a home owner for future needs.I am so appreciative.

The technician that came out ( Austin Zimmer Duncan ) to remove our old toilet and install the new one was very professional and knowledgeable.A real professional at what he does.Would I use Americas Plumbing again? Absolutely not. I had hurt my back and leg other wise I would of done everything myself but I really did not have a choice. The estimate was $430.00. Let me say again the technician did a awesome job. The cost for this job was so over priced. I would never recommend this company, Americas Plumbing Company for any job.

Waterjet of storm water drains. George Morales was timely, professional and made every effort to clear my storm water. After an exhaustive effort from both ends of the pipe it became clear that roots were blocking the pipes and an alternative solution would have to be found.
