Highly recommend Ace Plumbing for all your needs! Everett came by four times to our home to fix issues we had and to install a new water heater. He was always incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I called ace plumbing and air around 8:45 am and on the same call was told that a technician would be at my place around 12p. I was excited to hear that I would get same day service. Chappy arrived at around 10:30 and inspected what was wrong. Because there were a couple of issues I was having he said he would search for parts or let me know I would need a new one. It was determined I would need a replacement. My heater is a gas fernace so I understood the need for a New one. Chappy left to go look for a new one and called me with the updates within an hour or so. He found a new heater unit and a would be back within a couple of hours.Customer service / dispatch also called to communicate any updates which I appreciated.Chappy came back same day to install and got it all fixed within 35 - 45 mins!I now have eat and am so appreciative of the service ace plumbing and air, customer service and Chappy provided! Over all 10/10 would recommend!:)

Ace was my 3rd estimate and what was quoted over the phone was significantly less than the first two and in person estimates are free. It turned out that either of the first two estimates were based on a plan that would not have fixed the problem, would have made a huge mess, and would have literally cost 3 and 4 times the amount I paid. John W and Ken were awesome. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Initial attempts to snake the line were not working, but the technician Everett stayed until the job was fully complete. My husband was killing himself buying tools, snaking, several times a day we were dealing with this and not knowing where to turn or who to trust. He remembered seeing Ace Plumbing trucks driving around our neighborhood and called. He said the Customer Service lady was very nice and helpful and we got a fast, same day appt.The two technicians, Ryan B. and David arrived on time and were very knowledgeable, fast, efficient, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. What my husband was impressed with, was that every step of the way, they explained thoroughly what they were doing and why. The problem was... a huge, disgusting amount of tree roots and leaves over the years had clogged up the pipe which required taking off the toilet and more.Bottom line, we were thrilled with how professional Ryan and David were and grateful they were able to fix it! Ace Plumbing is great!! I called them to get estimate to replace water heater. Joe & Rudy came out the same day to give me estimate. Joe informed me about all the rebates available for electric hybrid water heaters. They kept me informed through out the process. Joe & Rudy were able to remove the gas water heater, install new electric water heater, and with help from electrical technician run new electrical line for water heater all in the same day!! When they needed a hand they called for back up and other technicians showed up quickly to help so Joe & Rudy would be able to finish the job same day. We will definitely be using Ace Plumbing in the future!!

Had a great experience with Ace Plumbing. They were the third company I had come out to check out a major leak in my shower. I have a tight crawl space but Todd was able to handle the leak and explained everything that he fixed and tested that there were no more leaks. Todd and his assistant Daniel were friendly and did a great job in letting me know everything that was going on. The estimate they gave ended up matching up with the final cost which was lower than the other companies I reached out to by a couple hundred dollars - which during this time of year was significant to me. Overall Todd and Ace Plumbing were trustworthy, informative, and reliable. And they guarantee their work for a year which is great assurance.

Ace plumbing sent out their “A Team” when I made an appointment after receiving the “leak letter” from the City of Sac., because my water usage had doubled in a month! The “Brandon Carper and Tim Team” they sent to my rescue was the Best!! Despite cold and rainy weather, they arrived right on time , were polite, considerate, professional , competent and quickly spotted the major leak in the main valve and another minor leak. Both issues were quickly resolved despite the nasty weather. Brandon also pointed out a couple of other plumbing issues that I had and he and Tim resolved them, as well. Well into the evening of the night before Thanksgiving our bathroom drains and toilet started backing up. I tried my best to solve it myself, but we needed professional help.Stressed and frustrated, we called Ace (we love Ace) and a little bit later we Everett arrived at our house. Everett was cool. His manner was even and friendly. He immediately had a game plan and got to work to diagnose the problem. About 30-45 minutes later he solved it and he was on his way. He was great and we will ask for him again.Ace is not necessarily the least expensive plumbing group out there, but after owning our home for some years now weve realized you get what you pay for. Ace plumbers are always professional and weve never had to put up with any BS from any of them. Most folks should know what that means.

It had been a few years since I needed them but when our garage sink backed up Issac Rubio from Ace came over and did a great job! What was supposed to be a quick snake job turned into a longer job. Todd Roberson was great and his kindness was appreciated. My water heater needed to be replaced and up to code I live alone so he made sure it was safe. Then the next day my ac started to leak so he fixed that in a quick manner and did a good clean job. He also checked my stove because I was worried and found a small leak and tightened it up free of charged and even fixed my sink so water runs correctly free of charge. Tested water free of charge too. I feel better and safer in my home now. Thank you Todd and Ace plumbing for coming out so quickly and fixing everything. Good company for emergencies.

Aaron has maintained my HVAC system for years. He is polite, courteous and solves problems. I have an upstairs loft and in the winter I was very hot with the heat rising. Aaron solved the problem by rerouting some duct work and now it is just right. After doing the work the technician John Z. recommended we schedule a hydro Jet clean which would give our pipes a lot better flow and a longer life. ON a Sunday, a DIY garage sink plumbing project went terribly wrong. With water shut off, I immediately called Ace Plumbing the next morning and by 10am, John arrived and began the emergency work. Two hours later, the plumbing was fixed at a reasonable price. Impressed, I asked about Aces other services. John ended up also fixing a leaking toilet, plumbing the garage sink and serviced the tankless water heater. Joe arrived the following day and serviced the A/C and heater units. My mother in law was having issues running heat into her home. I’ve called Ace as they’re who installed the hvac. The first two times we were sent the same tech twice and first encounter he manage to get the heat going and told us it was not the unit itself. Second time was due to loose wiring behind the thermostat unit and again, the unit outside was not the issue. My mother in law was without heat for a few days. I called Ace and requested another technician and expressed my frustration with the previous tech. They offered Chappy and expressed how knowledgeable he is and one of their best. If we could give Chappy 10-shoot 20 stars, we would! He came on a rainy day and found it was the unit but couldn’t work further due to the poor weather which was understandable. The moment we got a break from rain, Chappy calls and says he would like to come over to work on the unit… ON HIS DAY OFF. We protested but he wanted to do the job so my mom will have heat. This man goes above and beyond for her. Very compassionate, professional and overall a pleasure to have worked with. There were definitely things that needed to be troubleshooted but he thought it through and even put the equipment together to allow for ease of access for future work to be done if needed. I appreciate the forethought, planning, and coming up with different possible solutions upon speaking with me. It is very easy to be on a single minded track once youve thought of a solution but I was glad to see he was open to ideas/suggestions in how the work could have been done and different materials that could have been used. Their pricing is not the cheapest but thought it was fair. I would recommend them again. They do offer discounts, just ask.

I have never been disappointed. I have kept ACES magnet just in case thru at least 3 moves. I have a warranty on my house but they sent me 3 separate contractors who couldnt/ wouldnt do the job. The last one that was sent to me actually was at my house for less than 5 minutes and determined that I needed a special clean out installed to unclog my sink and my warranty company denied the claim all together! I called ACE because I have used their services for several years at a few different houses and have never been let down. Within less than two hours of my call they sent Adrian out to my house. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the sink 3 other contractors couldnt in less than 1 min. Thank you ACE! After calling multiple plumbing companys in the Sacramento area, Ace was the only one to actually follow through with the promise to have a technician call us back in the allotted time. I dont know what to contribute this to because if you offer an emergency/ 24/7 service, especially at an increased rate, you should still deliver the normal service any one else would get regardless of the time of day. Our plumber, Dominic, was beyond helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue was or could be and tried every option he could from the ground up until it didnt work. On his second visit we narrowed down everything it could be down to two last options and the one he suggested first turned out to be the fix for our Locked up water heater. All in all, great service, reliable and very friendly. If I unfortunately need to call a Plumber again, I at least know who I will be calling from the git-go.

I immediately sent an email to Ace Plumbing advising them they could come out on Monday, because I thought I could stand the heat for one day. We was having issues with our central air not working. We had two technicians come a few times to fix it, all unsuccessfully. Martin came by after hours (8:30pm) & saved the day. He was so thorough, and looked at every piece of equipment inside the machine, couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He then looked at the breaker box, took off the cover and barely touched the wire to the ac switch and it came off. He tightened up the wire to the breaker, and also checked and tightened every single wire in the box to make sure they were all secure. He then went inside the house and tested the vent to make sure the cool air coming out of the vent was at the correct temperature and flow. He crossed all the T’s & dotted all the I’s. It only took about 40 mins. for them to get to me. It was a tough job. I live in an older house and years of corrosion made for real challenge when it came to releasing a valve that probably should have been replaced years ago. Gerry, the technician, didnt grumble. He was super friendly and approachable. No mansplaining from this guy. Just professionalism and courteousy from start to finish. He even helped replace a P-trap for free because my amatuer work had a small leak. Comparitively good price compared to Armstrong (who I also like, but theyre not available on Sundays). I think Aces job was more of a challenge and took longer, but the final cost was about the same.

I had an emergency the other day, when an old water pipe in my yard burst, and I had a torrent of water being sprayed into the air, from an old abandoned sprinkler line. I had the City shut off my water,then I called Ace for two reasons: 1)I had used them before several years ago to do some pipe repair in my bathroom, and 2) because they are local, and I figured they would be much more reasonably-priced than places that advertize heavily, such as Bonney Plumbing.Lupe came out the same day I called. I explained what was going on, and he quickly assessed the situation, and re-did my faucet so as to eliminate unnecessary T intersections that led to old abandoned pipe. I then asked him if he would have time to fix a leaking shower faucett, and he did. The overall price was very reasonable. Lupes manner was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Plumbing to anybody who needs professional plumbing done.

Needed a gas line modification in order to install a new range. Ace Technician James quickly and professionally reconfigured the line to accept the replacement range. On the same service call, James also quickly and professionally cleared a clogged bathtub drain in the adjacent rental. Were very pleased with the responsiveness, quality, and fair price of the work performed.

We discovered our AC was not working on a Saturday night. We called Ace and set up an appt for Sunday AM, as the attic was way too hot for any person. Dennis came out on Sunday and was very efficient at discovering the problem. He came back the next day with the part and all is working well. I appreciate the call 10-15 minutes ahead of his arrival. I had a leaking toilet and BRET PIERSON of ACE PLUMBING came to the rescue. He repaired the toilet and also drained the water heater at my request. He identified the need for new cooper pipes to be installed as rust has impacted the water flow through the home. He provided me with an estmate. Bret was thorough and professional. I have been a customer of Ace over these past years and have an annual service contract with them. I recommend ACE PLUMBING without reservation.

Madine R, FranklinAugus 1, 2014, I called Ace Plumbing and repair around 8:30ish and advised them my air conditioner unit was out since yesterday July 31, 2014. I requested if a technician could come out today and the representative said yes she could have someone out between 9am and 10am. I received a call from the technician Dennis at 9:45am letting me know he would be at my residence at 10am and he was. Dennis detected and ran diagnostics right away and resolved the issue in no time, he replaced the part right away and was on his merry way. I will be following up for a maintenance agreement soon.Thanks Ace Plumbing Heating and Air. Most of all thank you Dennis for your knowledge and quick repairs.

They (actually Aaron the Technician) has been to our house every six months to check heating and cooling system and has been a straight arrow when it comes to telling me whats wrong, how to fix, and how to keep my HVAC to live longer. I came home from out of town to no hot water. Dont know about you, but I quickly realized I CANT LIVE WITHOUT HOT WATER. I remembered a review I had read recently about ACE Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Service...specifically Laird Latko. Laird was awesome from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, well everything I could have wanted from a technician. Laird not only worked on my problem, but also talked to tech support (who had a strong Southern accent - lol) for a long time. If you ever need plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, please get on the phone and call ACE. You will be so glad you did. Sounds from the other reviews I read here they have a lot of wonderful employees, but my recommendation is to ask for Laird who has 30+ years of experience. Thanks Laird - you are the best.

So, I figured out who to ask for when you call ACE Plumbing. The guys name is Laird. Looks and speaks like Vin Diesels older brother. He has been at it 30 years....a master plumber. When my (not my neighbors) tankless unit went down a day after my neighbors nightmare, Laird got the assignment. He stuck to the job, kicked butt on the machine, stayed on the phone with tech support and their engineers forever, got parts ordered, then found some locally and came back that night to give my family hot showers again!This guy rocks, so ask for him. The other guy from the other review is a nit-wit, but do not know his name. Just get Laird.

Called left message, in about 5 minutes later, Sharon call back and said, she had a tech in the area and would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later Dennis show up, pleasant, all business. Took care of the issues, up and running, check a few more things out.
