The weekend tech, Samuel, has saved me twice. The first with a multi unit apartment and a backed up sewer line emergency. And the second, a broken hot water line which runs along the top of the units. Both were Saturday emergency calls and the return calls were quick and the service taken care of quickly. Same day for one and first business day for the other as it was a more involved repair. -
