We are really excited to now have a whole house fan installed in our home! We had a consultation with Zach, who was very professional and friendly. We were sold immediately! They were so accommodating with scheduling a date and time that worked for us! On the day of installation, Erich called and asked if he could come a little early (we were scheduled for 12 noon on Saturday), so yes, of course, lets get this beautiful day started! We met Erich and Billy out front and were quickly comfortable with them. They got right to work and were very clean and professional throughout the whole job! So now you can bring on the summer heat because were ready!!!

The Whole House Fan Company did a splendid job. The pricing was great and the service exceptional. They replaced an existing whole house fan that was large, loud, and outdated with a new, smaller, and much quieter one. We have been using it everyday since the install and it has made a huge difference without all the loud noise. Because our last one was so big and the new one so much more compact and efficient, they had to patch up the ceiling with new sheetrock. They did a great job with this too! I would highly recommend them!

I simply cannot say enough about this company. We had a whole house fan, a garage fan, and an attic fan installed. We broke it up into two installations, as we needed to install a dormer before the attic fan could go in.Not only are we very happy with the product, their customer service is second to none. We felt like family. The gentleman that came out to do the estimate discovered that our builder had put insulation over our attic vents. Before we agreed to any business, he spent an hour removing what he could.The guys that came out to install the fans were great and played with our pups a bit (passed the real test!). They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after the work.We also LOVED working with Karla. We had some logistics to sort out with multiple visits and Karla and I would message each other daily, and sometime multiple times throughout the day. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were just so far beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, we bought just about every fan they have...so we wont have occasion to do business in the foreseeable future. But you can, and my wife and I strongly suggest that you do.

We first heard of The Whole House Fan Company at the Lodi Home Show. I did not phone them to set up an appointment until about three months later.We met with the salesman Frank on Monday, liked what he said and the price was lower than his competitors so we had the fan installed the next day. The installation was completed in approximately 2 hours. Originally I thought that I would need a garage fan too. Frank had looked at the house and said the garage fan was not necessary that the whole house fan would solve my problem. Frank was right and he saved me over $1100.00. The price for the same fan was also cheaper than their competitors by at least $500.00Mike and his coworker did a professional job and left the house clean.We have used this fan every night for the past 10 days since the fan was installed. We are more than happy with the performance, quality, price and the 15 year warranty.Our 2700+ square foot single story house is so much cooler and more comfortable during the evening now. We no longer run the air conditioning once it cools down a little outside.I would highly recommend The Whole House Fan Company and have already recommended them to a friend.

They arrived on time and installed everything the same day, which included a new house fan, attic fan, and attic insulation. They patched the previous location of the house fan and recommended a tape, texture, and paint contractor. I believe our job was more difficult than most with four individual attics and a old house fan at the middle of our staircase about 20 from the ground floor. Everything was just as expected which is not common these days. We also believe it was a good value based on other quotes for parts of their total bid. I would highly recommend them!

Ive been considering a whole house fan upgrade to my home for some years, and decided this was the year to do it. I reached out to the Whole House Fan Company for a quote through their website. Within a day, I received an email from them with pricing information. After expressing my interest to move forward, they sent a technician to my house to inspect the attic and to answer any questions I may have. I decided to go with the Quiet Cool Stealth 4.8 model even though its rating for a home bigger than mine. This would maximize efficiency and allow me to move plenty of air even at the lowest settings.Within a week of the initial visit, the Whole House Fan Company was able to schedule the install. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in so soon given this took place in mid-summer when everyone is probably looking to install one of these. Their technicians came on time and installed the fan over the course of a morning. They cleaned up their work and even vacuumed my entire living room area!I believe a whole house fan should be on the top of every home owners listed of upgrades in the Central Valley. The fan cooled down my home throughout the night and my HVAC unit didnt have to kick in on most days until after 2pm. As the night cools down, I can open the windows and cool the house down to 75F right away even if the outside temperatures are at 86F (this is what my living room thermostat read after turning on the fan with the outside temperatures at 86F)!Im very happy with my new house fan and the service I received from the Whole House Fan Company. The installation was so smooth and it looks amazing. Performance: it is the quietest fan. Our house stays cool with out the use of our AirConditioning until about 1:30pm. The attic fan works amazing pulling out lots of hot air. The master closet is so much cooler as well as the master bed room. We are super happy with our purchase.

What a Great Company! I had them put a whole house fan in for me in 2005 and I loved it. It saves electricity by not having to turn on the AC when it is cooler outside than inside by taking cool air from outside and pushing it into the attic cooling your attic temperature down significantly. Also, if you have cooking odors in your home it clears it out in minutes. When I moved in 2015 I had them come and install their whole house fan in my new home. Jessica is very friendly and their 10 year warranty is an added plus.

First I’d like to say that everyone who works at this company is very nice. I hired them for a WHF and to replace an old broken gable fan. I was a little peeved because instead of removing and replacing the broken fan, they installed the new fan on the opposite gable, leaving the broken fan in place. This concerns me a bit, because there are some one-way, flap style louvers in front of the broken fan that are now hindering the air flow into my attic. Other than that they were great and cleaned up after themselves.

We absolutely love our whole house fan. We didnt want to invest in air conditioning since we really only wish that we had it maybe 10-14 nights per year. I have 5 small whole house fans through out the house. I was interested in having one put in the garage to help cool the garage and attic during the day. I figured now was the time to do it thinking that at this time of year installers of the fans might not be very busy - I was right. I called a couple of places (Whole House Fan Co. being one) to get quotes for installing a garage fan. Whole House Fan Co. gave me a quote over the phone (the best price I found) and had someone available to come out the next day to check to make sure my garage was good to go for installing the fan. I had a ventilation hole in my garage ceiling they said they could patch (replace the sheet rock with a piece I already had - no taping or mud) that for me as part of the installation of the garage fan. They were able to book the install for the next day. The fan was installed and the hole patched in around 2 hours. Remote switch was attached to the wall in the garage and I was shown how to use it. Everything looks good! All the people I talked with at Whole House Fan Co. and the installer of the fan were great to work with. I have to wait for the summer to find out if the fan does what I hope it will do. I would recommend working with the Whole House Fan Co.

Great service and quality installation work! I’ve been asking my husband for a whole house fan for years, and I took matters into my own hands. Frank made me feel confident I was making the right choice and Sally worked with me to schedule installation. Everything looks and runs great! Best choice and husband isn’t mad at all!
