    I priced out every window company I could. The difference in price without sacrificing quality is big! Window World is literally 1/3 the price of Renewal and a significantly lower price than everyone else I priced. The owners, Reni and Todd, are fantastic and the installers that came out were great too: Dean, Richard, and Jason!

    Choosing Window World of Sacramento was a great investment. I would highly recommend you add them to your Windows/Doors vetting process. Once I met with Todd, I knew if there were issues during the installation, or down the road, he would address them personally to resolution.     We moved into a 2 story house with 25 year old window frames past their prime. After checking two other places we chose Window World because they gave us a bid that works with our budget. The installing crew was wonderful to work making sure we know how to keep them in tiptop condition for many years. We also had 3 doors replaced that are attractive and are a real asset to our house.

    I was originally recommended by someone who had used Window World and had only good things to say. I definitely did my own pricing before selecting a company, and let me tell you they were by far the better pricing. Todd was super helpful when he came to quote me and measure my windows. I had a small sized slider that they dont make anymore and he custom fit me a window that i LOVE! His crew was very friendly, they were in and out within a few hours (i had a big slider and the window installed) and left no mess. I’m 1,000% happy the upgrade looks so nice and makes a hige difference in the look of my house. Especially the window Todd custom fit. Ill definitely be calling window world when i get ready to replace the rest of my windows.

We recently had an issue with one window and their team promptly came out and reset it. Todd and Rene are professional, friendly, organized and the pricing is reasonable.     I chose Window World after watching tv and saw their advertisement. Todd was right on time for the estimate, and explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Reni’s knowledge and communication skills were spot on especially when submitting orders and scheduling appointments. Also, a big shout out to the installers, who arrived on time. They did a beautiful job of installing 5 windows and patio door in about 4 hours, and left my home clean and tidy. Definitely a top notch crew! I was surprised when Todd, owner of Window World, showed up to assist his installers and provide his expertise. Todd was awesome and a man of his word.     This company is great! Our new patio slider is a beautiful, solid door. The price was very affordable. Weve shopped around; Todds quote was the best. There was no sales pressure or trying to up sale, we were just given the information we needed to make a good decision. And the installation was so professional. The guys showed up on time, did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up afterwards.Dont hesitate, give them a call!

    Todd was awesome. Although he is an owner of the company, he was right there working hard with his installers and has a ton of expertise. Our last windows were done incorrectly and other companies declined to do the job because a retrofit would not be possible. Todd saw that right off the bat, but had a solution to use nail fins, cut back our stucco and add trim around to reseal everything correctly. Even though we did not buy high end windows, the install was definitely high end. The windows look and work amazingly well! And the installers who came out with Todd were equally hard working, super polite, and cleaned up everything so nicely that you would never know they were here. We would definitely recommend this crew to our friends or family!

He was very knowledgeable and helped usunderstand the different options and choicesavailable. We ended up replacing all the windows in our home including our 2 sliding doors. Todd helped us pick out black framed windows that matched our theme perfectly! It immensely changed the look of our home into a modern feel which we were looking for!I must compliment the crew that came to our home to install the windows. This was a 2 day projectand all the Workers and Installers werefriendly and very respectful of our personalitems. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned upeach day until the job was done.Window world has excellent customer service, they are affordable and they have a variety of options that help fit the customers needs!     Window World of Greater Sacramento is one of if not the best co I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The team that did the work of installing my windows were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and left the place clean. Todd the owner guided me through the process of buying my new windows and he sure did not disappoint or steer me wrong. Todd did everything he said he would and more. His service is the best. As fare as quality I noticed a difference in the noise that comes from a busy street was practically gone before the job was finished. I had to turn the thermostat lower immediately.     Todd and the entire staff were great to deal with. Customer Service goes a long way and they are on top of it. Great response time, great communication via email and phone calls. Everything went smoothly through the entire process. One window had an issue with the seal, and they immediately ordered a replacement and had it replaced within a few weeks. The windows look great and are a huge improvement over the original windows. And to top it off, their pricing was better than any other quotes we got. I highly recommend them!

    From start to finish, Todd (owner) and his crew at Window World of Greater Sacramento, did a great job. Todd came out a few months ago and gave us a quote. He brought out a sample window (they sell all types of windows but he likes Simonton the best) and showed us all the key features. We decided to visit the Window World showroom ourselves to get a “feel” for the windows, and Todd showed us further samples and the different styles we could get. The fact that they are a locally owned franchise sold us bc we knew we could get quicker customer service, rather than deal with Simonton direct, if something should go wrong. We absolutely LOVE our new windows (all 28!) and LOVE not having to deal with our original, 38 year old ones. The technology has gotten a lot better! We would highly recommend giving Todd a call for an estimate - you will be happy you did 😊.

    We had windows installed about a year ago and they did a great job. Recently the lock on the sliding glass door became disconnected, called them up they came out handled the problem immediately. Professional, courteous, couldnt ask for anything more.

The gal that answers the phone or returns calls is amazing as well, very helpful and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied!The installers, James and Ruben were super professional and quick. With Covid going on myself and my three children were at the house during installation and they made us feel very comfortable and informed us of every step along the way and my kids really enjoyed them especially my son he had a lot of questions and they answered them all and we’re happy to please him.I am going to call window world again when my husband and I are ready to install a door to our backyard in our bedroom.

    I contracted with Todd Dillon, Owner, Window World of Greater Sacramento to install 3 large (9 wide) windows and a French slider door. The process from start to finish was effortless. Todd came to the house and demonstrated the available windows and explained the differences. He suggested and I ultimately chose the option that would afford the maximum view. He wrote up the contract and explained it in detail. The windows were ordered and delivered in 3 weeks as they were custom made in Northern California. Reni, the office manager, coordinated with me every step of the way. The install team Andrei and Tim expertly installed the windows making sure they were level and insulated. They tested each window and door to ensure all the locks worked properly. They covered the floors and after the install cleaned everything up. Also note that Todd went above and beyond by reinstalling my 2 solar screens. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Todd and the staff at Window World of Greater Sacramento and highly recommend them for window replacement.

    I took a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the windows held up to time and the storms that we have had this past year. Todd and his team at Window World of Greater Sacramento did a fine job of installing 9 windows for my home in Roseville. The windows looked good, were of better quality than the original, reduced about 30 to 50% of adjacent road noise and has held up wonderfully to the several rain storms we have had--including the recent October 2021 record-breaking rain storm. I recommend them.

    Sixteen years ago our good experience with Window World in replacing one window in our Illinois home prompted us to recommend Window World to our family in San Diego. Now, back in our home state, we chose Window World to replace all the windows and sliding doors in our Grass Valley home. The 32 year old windows and trim were removed and replaced with beautiful windows that are Energy Star rated and have firezone glass. We are overjoyed! Todd and Reni were helpful, responsive and kept us informed of every step of the process. The window installers called each morning to let us know they were on their way. They expertly worked their magic and asked if everything was to our satisfaction.
