    Our repairman was exactly the level of professional and expertise as I needed. Spent weeks attempting to troubleshoot a fancy but broken Italian oven. Not many service providers work on this oven due to its complexity but this guys saved the day not only once, but twice. It’s not too often you just get truly exceptional service where you can sit back and let the experts just do their job well. Thanks for helping us out

    I was pleased with the service provided by Same Day Appliance. They did need to come back a 2nd time to make a further adjustment to my washing machine, but were prompt in doing so, easy to deal with and our service technician, Chris, was a good guy, friendly and efficient. I’d use them again.

    WOW! Had amazing service from start to finish. Chris is an incredible technician. He was so polite and determined to fix my old microwave / oven combo unit. He fixed it! The team went above and beyond to find me the parts for this old unit. I really can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. I thought I needed to purchase A whole new unit.     Had my Bertazzoni oven blow up with a bad thermocouple a few days before Thanksgiving. I contacted Sameday Appliance and they were 100% on their game. Diagnostic completed the following day with a complete fix finished a couple of days later after ordering the part. The repairman, Chris, was professional, competent, friendly and super fast (like within 30 minutes) in finishing the job. Additionally, all my communication with Shivani in their office was spot on, efficient and professional.

    We have used SameDay appliance twice now through our home warranty. After submitting the work orders through our home warranty we received a call within two hours scheduling an appointment along with a text confirmation. Both times their tech Alberto was sent out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, arrived in the time frame given, answered our 20+ questions, and did a great job both times. I can not recommend enough!

    Fidelity National Warranty dispatched SameDay Appliance & Electric to respond to a claim. I saw the claim go through on my FNW account and within a few hours someone from SameDay called me to schedule my appointment. They dispatched a Technician named Noel and he was right on time. He was very knowledgeable without being arrogant. Very kind. He took his time answering and explaining every question that I had and taught me a few things about what to look out for and preventative things to do with my GFCI circuits, which I appreciate as a homeowner. He was responsive, timely, respectful and courteous. I highly recommend his expertise!

    SameDay Appliance Repair was the 3rd repair company to look at my dishwasher which was not heating, cleaning and ran for 3+ hours. The first repair company said it was a plumbing problem. The plumber said it was a dishwasher problem. Neither could get it fixed.SameDay Appliance sent Larry out and he diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. He ordered the part and had it fixed quite quickly. It has been running perfectly ever since. He was prompt and professional.I highly recommend SameDay Appliance Repair as they will send out someone experienced and professional who will get the job done.

    They were professional and informative. He replaced the belt and pulley on my dryer within 3 days because he needed to order the correct parts. He also explained how the belt and pulley work in unison and why you need to have the correct parts in order to have your dryer run properly. My dryer was up and running again within an hour. I would highly recommend this company because they have a “ get it done right the first time” philosophy.

Roger was a pleasure to work with...he quickly zeroed in the problem (A broken fan) and returned in short order with the correct parts to replace the fan.     This company has 3 important elements that make me wanting to spend my time to finger my thoughts and give them their deserving outstanding stars …1- Customer service. It was a very hot week. Our AC went out. I called 3 different companies and got turn down due to their unavailable open schedules. Same Day Appliance & Electrical Service was the fourth company who took my call and served my AC the next day. The service window was scheduled between 12:00pm to 4:00 pm. On that next day, the Technician was able to finish his other jobs earlier than expected so he called me to obtain my permission to show up at my premise before the scheduled time. Their service arrangement and communication were super clear.2- Professionalism. The Tech showed up next day right on the dot that not only solved the issue within half an hour but also explained and educated me well on the cause of the problem. If the issue ever happens again, I believe that I can DIY as a small project. The Tech’s knowledge and skills were excellent.3- Satisfactory. A day after the work was performed, the company called and texted me to follow up and make sure that everything worked well. Honestly, I was very pleased with their services.It seems to be a very simple courtesy and professional rule that every business should follow. However, not a whole lot of small companies out there could apply it. I believe that with your outstanding services, your company will be around the great Sacramento County for many more years.

Company has great communications to keep you informed of arrival of their repairman, the repairman can also be tracked to see where hes at on the way to your home and our repairman always communicated with us letting us know how soon he would be arriving.     The technician that served my microwave was great... knowledgeable and communicative. The company kept me apprised of the status of the repair part-they had to order it. The only thing that makes it four star rather than five is the scheduling window. Not the technicians fault that the 2pm to 5pm window turned into an arrival time of nearly 6pm. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning since I had to take off from work to be there for that window.

    Repair was done and completed very well once things got rolling. I felt that when the technician showed up he should have ask about the problem. Instead he just said it was my ice maker that needed to be change, he was right. However, I had an issue with the water flow. I tried to tell him the first time and felt like I wasn’t heard. Ice maker was changed, he said the reason for poor water flow was because the line was frozen. Fridge was unplugged for 24hrs. Anyways, had to call them again. They came and sure enough the filter housing was not working properly so that needed to be replaced. All in all, it took 4 visits and 6 weeks to get it done. Repair however was done fast and no issue there.

    SameDay Applicance repair saved the day my clients who just purchased a home in October and on December 23, the oven would not work. They had over 15 people over for Christmas Day they submitted a claim to the Warranty company they could not get anyone out until after the holiday. I called over 30 companies and no answer. On Christmas Eve morning I called a few more with no answer then last call SameDay Appliance finally, a company that picked up. They were out there by 2PM Christmas Eve Day and fixed the problem, My Clients & I are forever Grateful they were able to have all of their Family for Christmas Dinner! Thank you Again!!

    Timely and respectful service...but did not check carefully what parts the dishwasher came with. So he opened the extra drain pipe that we have bought separately even though there was a drain pipe included in the dishwasher package. He did perform the installation well and was very courteous.

The technician (Amitesh) arrived on time, very professional and friendly and promptly repaired my refrigerator.     Only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star rating was the attitude of the technician. Extremely condescending and haughty. Despite these character flaws he was good at his job and fixed my microwave.
