We are in dire need of new windows. So we had Nic Banks of DaBella come over for a presentation of new windows. Since he had already sold us a new roof and we are so happy with it, we figured we are sticking with DaBella with everything that they have to offer. Nic was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed us everything we needed to know about how the windows were made and how the installation would happen.As great as it all sounded. We did have to decline, due to money constraints. As soon as we can do it though, we will be giving Nic a call.

DeBellas sales representative Nic Banks is very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable of their products and installation processes. He answered many of our questions about the various grades of roofing shingles and the California Title 24 cool roof initiative. He gave us detailed information on what is covered under the company warranties and the ability to do one transfer during the 50-year warranty if property ownership changes within the warranty period. He helped us with purchasing gutters and skylights as well. He was very considerate when going through the contract phase allowing us plenty of time to read all the fine print and answered all our questions very professionally even when our questions were kind of obvious.Since we just completed signing the contract and financing, the actual construction will not begin for at least four weeks from now, we currently cannot comment on the installation of the roofing that we just purchased.We would not hesitate to do business with Nic Banks as the company representative again!

Ill get to the point by stating that I am very impressed with Kyle, who we have been working with to get things started. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Hes professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Kyle is a model for how all sales and service reps should be. He exhibits customer service skills that are second to none. Give this guy a good bonus and a raise; hes crushing it! Whatever DaBella is doing to train their family of employees, keep it up! It was a pleasure to meet Emily today. I didnt know what to expect but once she arrived I was going to reschedule because I had a lot to do but she convinced me to talk and see what they have. After that I was hooked, she was never leaving. She has the best customer service skills Ive seen in a long time because she was listening to me. She knew I was passionate about this project because its for me and not only do I want it, but i need it. I havent purchased anything for me in a long time, but I have chronic pain and it has no cure. This walk In Tub is going to make my life a whole lot better:) Emily explained everything in detail and was always concerned if I had questions. I feel like a bath expert now. Today we had two individuals from DaBella, Fernando and PJ I believe, come to our house to discuss windows. We had just purchased our home and are in the process of some significant renovations and wanted to include the windows in that process. We were presented with a very thorough explanation of their processes, company standards, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that the windows that they could provide would have been a wonderful addition to our new home. Unfortunately, since their windows are custom fit to the existing structure of our home, their timeline doesn’t work for the current renovation projects that we have already ongoing. Perhaps down the road we can circle back with them and utilize their products. Great presentation, just didn’t work out at this time.

We were seeking a quote for new window replacements and filled out a survey online. A representative called to setup an appointment and let us know the Name of our customer care person. We worked with Jose Lopez. He started out by introducing himself and asked what our expectations were. We replied, we wanted long lasting quality windows that will be more energy efficient and also aesthetically pleasing. We also need a product that comes with a warranty because we had a bad experience replacing windows in our previous home. He assured me there was an extensive warranty and showed us some examples of the windows they have manufactured to fit our sized windows. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns very professionally. So far we are very pleased with Da Bella and look forward to getting our windows installed soon.
