Timing is everything! We were told it would take 2-4 weeks for materials and we got it within two weeks. Great communication by the rep as he informed us every step of the way about the products & materials. The crew showed up and worked tirelessly in the 100° degree heat but they got the job done! I love how my awning looks and knowing the quality and workmanship that went into it, it’s even more rewarding. I highly recommend Sun Arc!

Not only did I have an incredible experience with this company, but I also had an equally incredible experience with Bobby. He made sure to walk us through everything regarding this installation, and he made sure to answer every question we had. Hands down the best company for all your patio cover needs. Bobby was so personable and responsive. My husband and I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. We just had a 76 patio cover installed, even with the recent storms it was done on time. The crew showed up at 8:30 and got to work the cover was done by 4:00 cleaned up and they were gone, We are very happy with the results, it has changed our whole backyard. Bobby kept us informed the whole way. I feel this was money well spent

I worked with Bobby and set up my initial meeting but after reading some of the negative reviews on here I canceled that appointment and informed him I was nervous about some of the reviews. He remained polite and professional and agreed to call my husband who is also in construction. After my husband spoke with him we decided to proceed further (my husband understand some of the issues that can arise in construction). Bobby did his best to explain the process to me when he arrived and wanted to make sure I understood what to expect some of the time frames with orders and obtaining materials and gave best and worst case time frames. We signed contract and it took several weeks for our materials to arrive but Bobby answered or responded every time I checked in with him. Our materials arrived while we were going through the recent storms he explained what he had told me at time of contract about not being able to install in the rain and asked that I keep him updated on weather. A few days later he called with an installation date which was expected to be our first sunny day. His team showed up yesterday as expected and did the install. We haven’t experienced the rain yet with it but are very happy with how it looks.

Very professional install, 50 custom patio cover. We got rained out a few times, but they got it done in a single Saturday. They installed the celling fans and added a power plug right where I requested it. All wired up perfect and everything dims. Ill be recommending them to my friends. Well done, thank you guys.

We waited almost 3 months past our install date due to COVID, but it was well worth the wait. Install was done in 1 day. Family & friends have seen our awning and give nothing but compliments. I found this company shared through social media...Facebook of all places! I was nervous since I hadnt heard about them before, but I come from a small town and love Mom and Pop companies so I gave em a call to get an idea of what Id be looking at. I was at-first VERY intimidated by the price and time that it would take since I had already looked at few other bigger and semi-local construction companies to get my backyard done- but the front desk person answered the phone and very professionally guided me through what I was looking for and patched me through to Bobby for the full consultation.I had to wait a short while because of the coronavirus, but it was Bobby who also came to my home to take measurements and reassure me about how fast and easy it would all be. I was still nervous since I work long hours and far away from home.. and I didn’t really want to come home to a half-finished or ongoing project. Fortunately, Bobby and Co. got there right when they said they would for the installation, and better yet, they got it handled in less than a day when the time came! I was pretty damn amazed. On top of that, they didnt even really leave a mess for me to have to clean up! The patio frame itself is beautiful, big and spacious- brilliant during these heatwaves. Honestly just check it out ‘cause It. Just. Fits! Thank you to Sunarc, and definitely make sure to ask for Bobby!

I heard about this company through my neighbor. He had a patio cover installed and it looked great, so I decided to go with this company as well. I can say, Bobby was on top of everything, he came out quickly to take measurements and produce an estimate. 15X35 patio cover turned out very nice. Transaction when smoothly. They gave me a install date of February but they actually came out a month early. Everything turned out great, Happy customer here. Thanks again guys!

We are so happy with the installation of our backyard patio by Sun Arc Construction. From the start Bobby, our Sales Rep, was very personable. He explained that it can take up to three months due to the COVID pandemic. He was right, we signed at the end of July and today 11/11th, our installers, Mike and Brendan, finished the installation in 5-6 hours in one afternoon. They were all so nice, friendly and professional. The patio is so clean looking and we can’t wait to use our backyard! Highly recommended!

I can’t even start to express how impressed we are with our new patio awning. Here was our experience from start to finish. We messaged Sunarc and received an immediate response that we would be contacted by Bobby, the sales manager. Within about 2 hours, Bobby called and we scheduled a time over the weekend to meet. Bobby was on time and super professional. He provided us with options so we could evaluate what was best for us. After going over expectations and timeframes, we were ready to commit but told Bobby that we needed a day to think it over. Sometimes salesman are pushy, but that wasn’t the case for Bobby. By the next day and after a few more questions answered by Bobby, we were ready to commit. Pricing was more than reasonable compared to the two other companies that I had contacted for bids. On the install date, the install team showed up on time and were also super professional. Although it was a 10 hour day for them, they completed the work in one day. Thank you Sunarc for making our vision of our outdoor space actually come to fruition.

We just had our aluminum solid patio installed. They Aldo installed two outdoor fans (we supplied the fans). I was so impressed at how fast we were able to get install done. Alan was our point of contact and he was very informative on the process and answered all our questions. They were able to fit our budget and now we have this beautiful patio to enjoy.They took one day to install, approximately 7 hours. Its a very large patio cover. Super pleased. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

The price was great and they never cut any corners throughout the whole process. Very satisfied with how professional Bobby the estimator was with explaining the contract and installation. The company came from Sacramento area to my home in San Jose to install my beautiful patio cover. Seems really durable by comparison to other patio covers that I have owned at previous locations. Also helps keep it cool. Ok in terms of its overall strength. It is wonderful. Solid construction, excellent binding to the framework. I mean really nailed on the quality of the patio cover. I would absolutely recommend them for any patio coverings. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
