Great great company, from the staff to knowledge. I had many issues with a camera system that was installed by another company 3 years ago. Called MSC Intergration and they sent a great tech named Josh - he fixed all of my issues and problems. I was up and going again in one hour! This company is so friendly and helpful. They are my camera vendor for life! Thank you Josh for all of your help!!!

Mr. Security Camera and their highly knowledgeable team helped installed 7 cameras in my house last year. My house is 87 years old, partially brick walls, 3 stories and poor reception. They did a phenomenal job installing my 7 superior quality cameras. The wires were professionally hidden and left no holes or damages on my newly renovated house. Adam, one of their highly skilled technicians is very prompt and helpful. Gabriel, the owner is very honest and competent. I would highly recommend them!

Cannot recommend Mr. Security Camera highly enough. Owners are highly invested in making their customers happy and keeping them that way. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The techs are a dedicated, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual bunch. Appointment times are delivered on, and on the rare occasion they are not, I have been informed immediately and given a new ETA that works for me. Working with this company is an absolute pleasure. I wish I had more hands so I could give them four thumbs up, but since I dont, five stars will have to do.

TOP TIER SERVICE from Carlos Rivera! I am a property manager in the East Bay and had been dealing with a complicated control gate access system. It was down for almost a month, meaning no new gate access could be activated, while we tried to troubleshoot it with other IT service techs. The moment we reached out to MSC Integration, we got an appointment scheduled right away, and the service tech they sent out, Carlos, was right on time at 9:00am.He was kind & patient as he listened to us explaining our situation to him and the scope of work that had already been done. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the connectivity issue we were experiencing and he showed my Service Manager some troubleshooting tips for future use along with some insight to what the root of the issue may have been. Not only was he efficient, but he was timely and solution-oriented. I will be contacting MSC Integration again for any future issues I may have and hope that all their service techs are as knowledgeable and customer satisfaction-focused, as Carlos was. Thank you again!
