I hadnt realized the technology for windows had progressed so much. When AJ came out to show us how much of a difference these new windows would make to keeping the house cooler and lowering our electric bill I was hopeful. Well the company and windows have exceeded my expectations. Now I can sit in the dining room with the sun shining right on the windows and its not hot! They installed them so quickly and well I was just floored! But the biggest surprise was the noise reduction. These windows block out a whole bunch of the noise. We have some neighbors across the street who like to throw parties with live mariachi bands and if we close the windows we cant hear them. Its awesome!

From the initial scheduling over the phone the company was very customer oriented, polite and responsive to our inquiries, they did an amazing job keeping us updated, even with the scheduling conflicts they were very understanding of our needs.AJ the representative came out today, he was very professional, kind and informative. While he is a sales rep he didn’t make us feel pressured into buying. he was very understanding that we had to care for our newborn during the meeting. He definitely had no problem taking his time to make sure we were well informed and that he was able to provide us with the best product for our needs, and while he did inform us of other services his company provided, he did not push up selling for other products when we did not seem interested in them at this time, but we will definitely be going back through him for any other in home improvements for the future.

What I liked was that the presentation and discussion with Jason went as long as we wanted to continue. Im not going to kid you, windows of this quality are expensive, but we did manage to make a few adjustments to the scope of the project to keep this closer to our budget. So far things are 4 star for us, but after todays final measurement of the windows, and after installation well see if things move up to 5 star.

If any of you are looking into having your house painted, if you have stucco recoded, you need to look into text coate. AJ from CATT exterior came out explained everything. It’s a 40 year warranty. You don’t have to paint your home every eight years and cost thousands of dollars do it once be done. A J was so helpful to Erick and I. He answered all our questions. I would recommend this company all day every day. The same company put our HVAC system in and it is great to have a comfortable house.

Great experience with CAT! We purchased a whole new heating and air conditioning system with only $100 down. It was installed in 2 days. The workers were a delight to work with. The next week we had an engineer come out and test everything and today I am waiting for the final inspection. This company is very efficient and quick. The Padilla family of Duarte is very happy!

We had an appointment today with Aj and I must say that he has been the most professional and just down right AWESOME person to have come to our home and give us the run down on what we needed. What he had presented us with about the H-vac was very detailed and he also broke it down for us to where it was easier to understand. At the end of everything we were sold and very pleased with what Aj had presented us with.EDIT: Cat Exteriors took care of stabilizing a portion of my roof and removing my super old HVAC unit and replacing it with a new unit. Mike and his crew came early... they were organized and got to work right away. I climbed up and took a look at my roof when they were done and my roof looks much better and the new HVAC unit looks great and works great too. Communication was good and they were friendly!They also cleaned up and hauled away all the trash.

On 09-07-2018 we were given an estimate on painting the exterior of our home from Bryan Wilson. We were very pleased with how informative and knowledgeable he was about the TEX COTE product. At first we were just looking into estimates for painting our home, but since he gave us such a great quote, we were sold after he finished with his very impressive estimate. He even went as far as to show us some homes on his laptop that were painted in the same colors we were interested in painting our home, which I really appreciated because it has been years since our home had been painted which made me a little hesitant in my decision making.
