    I called Sunrise plumbing after realizing that our foundation repair company had referred us to a plumbing repair company that had 1.4 stars and multiple complaints from previous recent customers and after we had already paid that plumbing company $600 to do a diagnostic camera test after our post foundation repair sewer test failed. I called Sunrise Plumbing for a second opinion and they sent out Andrew Avalos. I was so angry at already paying $600 for a diagnosis from a company there was no way I would use to do the repair work. Andrew’s demeanor was so calming and he was clearly very knowledgeable. He completed preliminary testing to confirm and isolate the location of the leaks for a very reasonable price and showed me everything he was doing and why. Andrew confirmed the leaks and performed the diagnostic testing. Then the crazy work started-jackhammering up our floor and digging down 10 feet and tunneling to the leaks-turn out there were two. Dirt was everywhere. But now everything is fixed and cleaned up. We were treated very well by all the contractors and are grateful to Andrew for being so patient and meticulous and for taking such good care of us!

    I cannot recommend Andrew from Sunrise Plumbing enough! He recently installed an aqua sauna smart reverse osmosis system in our home and his service was exceptional. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure to thoroughly complete the job and ensured that the system worked properly before leaving.     Mitchell at Sunrise did a great job of flushing and checking our 9 yr old water heater. He chatted with us about tune up services they could do and costs to replace it. What I appreciated most was his honesty and thoroughness. He let us know it was in good shape but was reaching end of life so be prepared for the day it goes kaput.     I called Sunrise for a kitchen faucet replacement due to a leak I couldnt fix. The receptionist was very pleasant and set up an appointment for later the same day. Mitchell Salas responded and he was fantastic. He was very personable and professional as he explained the issue and offered options. He worked hard in the tight space under the sink and completed the project with no problems. I was very pleased with the overall experience and both employees represented Sunrise very well.     My pier and beam foundation home had a broken Toilet pipe. They identified the main issue which ended up being the whole sewer line. It was a cast iron pipe which was leaking sewer water damaging my foundation. I must say I was not the easies person to work with. However, They were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with price and service they provided. I am very happy I hired this company! Also. Dakota and Travis did an outstanding job. However, I must say Dakota went above and beyond as he was always calm and very communicative to what was being done at my house!

    Andrew was awesome to work with. He was able to walk me through exactly what was needed to get the drains under our slab replaced. They worked all day long to get everything completed before the inspection the following morning. He was able to spot an additional leak in the drain leading up to the upstairs bathroom and we got that fixed before filling the tunnel back in which saved a lot of money for future repairs.I am very happy with the results and would recommend Sunrise for any plumbing repairs you need completed.

    What a wonderful experience! I was being neglected by our home warranty process. Our hot water heater needed a simple repair, which was taking weeks through home warranty.Sunrise Plumbing was not only empathetic to my situation, they even apologized for the experience I had of their profession! Talk about taking ownership.They helped solve my water heater problem in less than 30 minutes!! This had taken already two weeks with home warranty. Waiting on service, waiting on parts, waiting on more service. With Sunrise Plumbing, Christmas came early.     Andrew is a man of strong character and Sunrise is fortunate to have a young man like him on staff. We had a stubborn leak in our house and he and Nic worked hard to locate the issue in the foundation. Here’s where his character shown through. Initially he did everything to work hard to fix the leak and we thought it was remedied, the issue unfortunately came back and he came back out to the house pretty promptly. He worked just as hard to find the issue alone this time and found the true cause, it was not easy to find. He made things right with us, worked very hard, never complained and was so professional and extremely courteous throughout. I’m not sure who will read this but plumbing issues are never cheap, if they are you are going to get what you pay for. I can’t speak for any other plumber of Sunrise but Andrew was Golden!

    We had a pipe break in our yard and I called around 6 the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was sent multiple messages about arrival time- very good communication. Andrew did a great job and was very informative- he gave us videos and pictures of the damaged pipe and worked efficiently. It was not cheap, however, to have the issue taken care of during the middle of summer by a professional made it worth the cost.

He was honest and did not try to scare me to give him the job. He actually gave me advice and tips to self diagnose the problem. I will definitely call him back if I need his services.     Zane did a great job working with me on diagnosing my hot water heater problem. Due to the age I need a replacement and will be deciding on which of the provided estimates I will be going with. I recommend Sunrise Plumbing. They also removed roots from the water lines a few years ago. No problems with the lines since then. Great company.

    Love this company! The technician Andrew was fantastic. He came prepared with everything, even shoe covers for inside. We had a leak, but couldnt tell where it was coming from. After taking a look around, he was able to give me a cost for locating the leak and once that was done, he was able to diagnose it as the hot water heater needing replacement. The price was a bit higher than we wanted to pay and we were seriously thinking about going to purchase our own and have someone install it, however, Andrew was kind enough to speak with the manager to see if they could give us a deal closer to our price point. We were able to come to an agreement and now we have a new hot water heater. Thank you Sunrise Plumbing for being flexible and working with us! We would definitely use you guys for any future issues.

    I initially called Sunrise for an estimate on some kitchen plumbing repairs and Zane was dispatched. He arrived in less than ann hour. After considering the total cost, I decided to do the repairs myself. Within 10 minutes after Zane left, I panicked and called Sunrise back. Zane was again back at my home within 30 minutes, took two hours to do the repairs including a very difficult task on the faucet replacement. I will definitely use Sunrise again and will recommend Sunrise and Zane to family and friends.

    Jeff did an excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet (a big job in itself as parts were corroded) and installing my new one.     Sunrise Plumbing and Jeff were so very helpful and amazing. Our electric water heater was overheating and over flowing and started at 10pm. Sunrise made sure to have someone at the house as early as they could make it the following morning. Jeff was informative, professional and personable. He was also instrumental in making sure that I was put in contact with additional services that I needed due to water pouring down to the bottom floors.     Update to our last review- they are still amazing!! Jeff Davis assisted with a leaky kitchen faucet that ended up needing to be replaced. He promptly arrived the same day of our call, assessed the issue, and sized it all within a couple of hours. We will continue to use them for our plumbing needs!!Our clean out was broken due to a piece of concrete/movement in the soil. It was just slightly misaligned, but had roots from a bush growing down in and around it. Julian came out once when the toilets, tubs, and shower first backed up and cleared the line, but instantly recognized something wasn’t right. The next day, it happened again and Julian was back on the scene. They dug down, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. The job took about half a day (in the Texas July heat) but Julian and another coworker were hard at work. They kept us updated, checked in, and gave us very helpful feedback and tips on plumbing in general. Although the bill wasn’t cheap (doubt it would have been anywhere), I am glad we went with Sunrise plumbing and feel like they took great care in making sure things were done right. I will certainly be contacting them again if another issue arises! Julian was also very prompt and very professional. Thank you!

    Rating wouldve been 5 stars but due to the fact that we contacted a manager several times about an issue we were having and received no response was a little irritating. So we attempted to reach out one more time and thankfully Joe (another Manager) was very quick to hear and help us out!! Joe and Austin (Tech) were able to come out the very next day to fix the issue and made it even better. Overall, I did enjoy the service I received, my house feels amazing with our new A/C Unit and I greatly appreciate Joe and Austin for coming out on short notice and being able to fix our issue and for giving us such great customer service. I am highly satisfied with everything and look forward to still using Sunrise Plumbing & Air in the future. I would recommend to my family and friends.

    First off, the most amazingly nice people work for this company. From the time I called and spoke to someone to the very end nothing but great attitudes! Fast service called and within two hours had someone at my door to help fix outside faucet. My tech Jordan was AMAZING! VERY POLITE, explained everything he was going to do before he did it and worst case best case scenario that way there werent any big surprises. Jordan worked fast and accurately. The price was very reasonable. Then, there was a followup call to make sure everything went well and was working.     First things first, Customer service was super pleasant on the phone and super helpful. The lady I spoke with was able to get a technician out to our house within 40 minutes. Second of all, Matthew was our technician and came through in clutch. Fixed this and fixed that. Figured this out and figured that out. Matthew was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable.     Jeff was great. I have trust issues with service people and I was really stressed on the day he came out. Truth be told, once he found the leak I believe that it was caused by the plumbing company that put in my new sewage line earlier this year. Of course I didn’t realize that at the time, not knowing where the leak originated. The reason I didn’t use the before mentioned service is because I didn’t like the way the plumber had presented himself to me on the day they did the job (and it was a seven thousand dollar job). He was friendly, professional, and great to work with - plus he did a fantastic job on the work itself.     Dylan was a pleasure to have working on my house. He was courteous and professional throughout the repair.I was very upset that I had waited two days for an appointment with another company only to find out that the appointment had ever been scheduled. I went to the inter web to find someone quick and found Sunrise, in the end I am more than pleased, So glad the other company messed up. When I called them at the start, the young lady I spoke to was very understanding of my issue and that I had been without water for two days. As soon as we hung up I got a call from the dispatcher, I am sorry I do not remember her name but she was super sweet, told me she would keep me updated on the arrival time of my repairman. She then called me back to let me know Dylan was on his way and sent me a text with his name and a picture of him so I would know who to expect.I could go on and on with the things that made this whole unpleasantsituation so much easier to bear.     I called Sunrise Plumbing for a leak detection service and they were able to come out within 30 minutes and checked both my irrigation and home for a leak. They determined the leak was coming from one of the toilets and no leak was coming from the irrigation or the rest of the house. Highly recommended. They were very professional and reasonably priced based on some other quotes I received.

    This was my first time using Sunrise and found them through a quick Google search. I needed someone to come out immediately as I suspected a gas leak and needed it repaired. Andrew was able to come out the same day and was very efficient, informative, and professional. After finding and repairing the leak, I was having many issues with the gas company coming out and turning my meter back on but Andrew as well as Reagan (in the office) were especially helpful in helping navigate the problem and getting my gas turned back on.     I had no hot water pressure in my home. Plenty of cold water though. It turned out that the batteries on the flood stop had died on the new water heater Sunrise had installed for me. I could have fixed this myself if Id read the information that came with the flood stop package. But Mitchell was so nice. Not condescending in any way. He even explained other things about the flood stop I wasnt aware of. In addition, he offered to flush my hot heater while he was there instead of me having to make another appointment in a few months. Mitchell was so professional and polite. Very helpful. He talked about different programs Sunrise has to save me money. He arrived at the begining of the two-hour window I was given and stayed until I had no further questions. I was impressed by his work ethic and the pride he took in his work. There were no short cuts, he took his time to assess the issue, perform diagnosis and explain everything in its entirety. Once complete, he made sure the area was even cleaner than when he arrived and reiterated all his findings and repairs. I called Sunrise in a panic and spent a very sleepless night worrying (I live on disability and Social Security so money is very tight). Early the next morning Sunrise returned my call and sent out a technician within just a few hours. Andrew Avalos. He was a dream come true 😄 polite, quiet, kind and really knew his stuff.     I’ve had sunrise out 3 times over the past few years. Every time they were easy to get a hold with - the scheduling lady is awesome! They send appointment reminders, a confirmation call when they’re on the way and text you a picture/info on who is going to show up at your door. They showed up on time and all of there plumbers have just been great to work with because they were honest, fairly priced, and did a great job. Most recently we had Chris out to change a single vanity sink to a double sink and I am so happy with the results! Chris went above and beyond and helped us carry the vanity upstairs when my husband and I couldn’t lift it alone and helped me fix a silly mistake we had made when installing a different faucet ourselves. We’ve also had different technicians out to unclog a toilet and install a water heater years ago and had great experiences those times too. Definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends!

    Technician was courteous and prompt. He delivered as promised. I do have an issue though with their business model. To tell somebody it’s $39 for the service call, but the service call is waived if you get them to do the work. Their work scale app is way overpriced. I spent almost $250 to have one P-trap replaced.They count on you taking whatever price is offered because the plumber standing there and they know you need the work done.

    Sunrise Plumbing was very accommodating on scheduling and sent confirmation texts and emails to keep me appraised of the arrival of Andrew and his picture. Andrew was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He gave me great advice and answered questions I had about other potential plumbing issues.     Jacob was wonderful to work with! Sunrise matched another companys quote and they came out immediately to replace a water heater for us. Everything was done in a timely fashion and there was no problems with payment. I will certainly use them again!

    It would be 5 stars but took a while for them to believe me what the main issue was. They were professional about their business and overall did a good job. Thanks for the help with the home warranty company as the prior contractor caused more harm then good. Issue since 07/03/19 on hot water finally resolved on 08/27/19.

    I cannot say enough great things about Dyan! He is very professional and such a nice person. He spent all day with his apprentice RJ (Robert) working on our plumbing, they worked very hard and took pictures of everything and was very thorough in all they did. We would not hesitate to call them again if we ever needed work done!! Trust now days is hard to come by, Dylan and RJ have restored our faith that there are still trustworthy people out there doing a wonderful job!!     Sunrise was assigned to us based on a home warranty service call for a backed up line. I was very happy with their customer service, professionalism and quality of work. Dylan was our plumber and I appreciated the fact that he came with a face mask, shoe covers and hand sanitizer. He resolved the issue and didnt try to upsell us on anything.     We had a 1” pipe fail (leak) from the water main to our private cutoff valve. Sunrise was able to provide a same day visit from a Tech. Tyler came out to diagnose and quote the repair at around 5:00pm. He was able to quickly identify the issue and provide us repair options. He was also clear and professional in his communication with us throughout the quoting and repair process.On the same evening, Tyler completed the repair that included excavation and valve replacement. While here, he discovered he needed an extra part. At that point, he could have very easily decided to start / finish the following day but went the extra mile to get the part and complete the repair, even in the dark.Overall, we’re happy with our experience and — while we would never wish the need for a plumbing service on anyone — would highly recommend Sunrise.

    I had a leaking water heater and after calling, Andrew the technician showed up in an hour. He explained me about replacing the water heater. Also gave me best price among other service providers and great discounts too. After signing up the contract, the work was started immediately and was completed in couple of hours. I will definitely give them a 5 star rating for their immediate response, price, replacement work and warranty period.

    Chris & Jonathan installed two electric 75 gallon water heaters and replaced a valve on a filtration system. They diligently worked over 12 hours the first day and finished up on Saturday. There was a bit of staining on the carpet from the water tank removal and they scheduleda carpet cleaning service to come out and clean it a few days later. As usual, the work and employees are outstanding. Highly recommend!!

    2nd time use:The tech that came out this time to repair and unclog the sewerline was fantastic. They took the time to explain the issue, explain the tools he used, and allowed me to review the camera footage of the clog.First use:Tech was friendly, but beware they do not repair water heaters over 5 years old as mine was 5 years and 2 days old they would not replace a control valve for the pilot light.Even after the person on the phone scheduling the appointment asked the age of the unit they still were happy to come out and charge the 40 dollar trip charge.

    I have used Sunrise on 2 different occasions. Mitchell was able to get to our house in a very timely manner. When he arrived he got right to the problem, told us the expected cost and performed the work necessary. Dylan and Jeremy were great very friendly and funny, on time, professional, and explained everything in detail even cleaned up when they were done. Plumbers are not cheap so when spending money to fix an issue it helps when the people fixing it are so courteous and understanding. I believe I finally found my pluming company going forward.     Tyler came out and delivered excellent service. He took care of a leak in our guest bathroom toilet at the base and diagnosed the problem for us.     After a failed attempt to replace an outdoor water spigot we called Sunrise in a a panic because it was late on Saturday and we were unable to turn the water main back on. Dispatch added us to the list and promised to call as soon as a technician became available. Imagine our surprise when less than an hour later we got a call that Andrew was on his way. Andrew was professional and open about what he would be doing to repair the faucet and ensured the price was agreeable before beginning any work. In the wake of all the repairs being done here in Texas after the freeze, we are very grateful Sunrise was able to take care of us so quickly.

    I highly recommend Sunrise Plumbing and Air. We have used their services twice so far this year. We had our AC serviced by them. The technician they sent out, Karson Lawrence, was on time, worked efficiently, did a thorough job, and explain everything very well. He was friendly and very easy to talk too. We were also in need of their plumbing services. We needed some repairs made to our outdoor gas firepit. The plumber that came to our home, Matthew Simpson, is a wonderful person. He was on time, worked efficiently, and explained the work he had done. He even did some research for us on the type of firepit we had to help us with some further changes that we are wanting to make to the structure. He was easy to talk too and very kind. He even took the time to talk to and interact with my son, who has severe autism. These men went above and beyond my expectations and I feel very confident in their work. Thank you Sunrise for hiring such exceptional employees that do great work!
