They really hold up to the straight shooter name. I had some wood chunks dropped into my sewage line during a bathroom remodel that was blocking the drainage. I felt like they were working to find the best, easiest and least costly solution for me. Rick, Austin and Bronchee came out together and did a great job. Communicated respectfully and professionally and finished the job quickly with no hiccups! Ill definitely call next time.

I couldnt turn my shower off so I called straight shooter plumbing and thank God they sent Zach! He showed up, identified the problem, and couldnt get it fixed until the next day but he left his tool so that I could turn my water on and off as I needed. Called and spoke to their customer service and she was very nice and helpful. I called around 9am and she had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am same day.Zach was at my door at 11:30 and answered all my concerns. Also worked with me on the cost. Super fast, friendly service. I have been very impressed with the service they provided and how friendly and informative they are. They also dont seem to mind all my questions. I am actually making plans for them to come out and do more work.Today they came for the big job I needed done. Replaced 2 toilets, replaced disposal, and replaced shower valve. That is a pretty big job when put together. The guys (2 different guys from before) were (AGAIN) SO NICE, they were very efficient, and cleaned up at the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your plumbing needs! Just give them a call and the SWEETEST girl will help you out!

What’s mess I made on a Saturday with lotsa rice in the garbage disposal….. disposal stopped working, both sinks were back up , & liquid plumber was worthless. Called a couple of friends …… no recommendations. Went to Safari & this company was top of the list…… thank goodness even on a weekend they answered & I was set up for a visit between 3-4 pm. Text messages were shared & I was updated when Bronchee would arrive. What a great company & the people they employ. Bronchee was super nice, assessed the situation, brought a shop vac in to drain the sinks while making sure he kept the floors/under the kitchen sink dry & eventually broke down each piece of the drain as well as disposal. He explained everything to me….. noted disposals are for scraps…. Not an entire container of dry rice & we shared a laugh or two!!! I also received a follow up call from Carlos a couple days later to make sure my system was working & I wasn’t having any issues. Bronchee had nothing but positive comments regarding the owners & even though the safari said 1 yr in business one of the owners has been servicing the Idaho area for a lot longer. Price was more than fair & have already sang their praises to friends /neighbors
