Setting up the appointment was super easy, and they sent text messages that kept you updated on when they were on their way and estimated time of arrival. Daniel listened to what I wanted and presented options at different price points and help me decide which option best fit my needs. He took the time to install my new GM Energy PowerShift Charger and tested it before leaving. Excellent service, will use Bacon again without hesitation.

Wow, incredible service by the entire company. Jimmy and Tristan came out to install my Tesla charger, replace my panel and complete other various projects. The pricing was extremely reasonable and they were extremely professional! I am absolutely grateful for them because now I can charge at home!!! We were without power with no plausible explanation and he dove in and had us back to normal. I had an excellent experience with Blake, a technician from Beacon Plumbing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, which made all the difference. I needed to replace the shower handle cartridge, but during the process, I noticed that the cartridge broken inside the pipe, which made it impossible to fix without professional help. Thats when I called Beacon Plumbing, and Blake came to the rescue. He handled the situation with great skill, providing high-quality service and making sure everything was done properly. Top notch service! I live in an old house and was having an issue with a continuously tripping breaker, and they took care of me, same day. Tate and his partner (didn’t catch his name but he’s also awesome) were professionals, showed up early, even, and made my home safer to inhabit. I’d give ten stars if I could!Also, the customer service is top notch. I’m very happy with everyone I spoke to.Edit to add: they came out a week later to look at my nasty old HVAC system, and Reese quickly identified issues that I was having. He really helped me out and explained pained everything in full detail. I decided, based on his assessment, that it was fine to replace everything.He and his crew were professional, quick, and very personable. I highly recommend!

I needed my garbage disposal changed and Bacon sent me Blake. He came and was very friendly. He provided me with different options that would fit my household needs. Every question I asked regarding the job he answered quickly and without hesitation. I also had issues with my kitchen faucet, even though it wasn’t on the original work order he also fixed that issue as well., if I ever need any plumbing issues resolved I would use Bacon Plumbing again and request Blake as my service provider.

We have used Bacon a couple of times and have been satisfied with the company. Andrew Brown with electrical went above and beyond during his visit today in fixing my power outage and adding an outlet. He took his time explaining everything and I felt very comfortable the entire process. He even made sure my fire detectors all worked and replaced a battery- he said he had an extra in his truck! I really appreciated his kindness in helping me with that, as he didn’t have to. I will be requesting him next time I call Bacon. I highly recommend this company to anyone- they’re the real deal, won’t screw you, and totally know what they’re talking about! Thank you so much again Andrew, and the entire Bacon Staff!

Let me start off by saying if I could give making the appointment, a tech coming out to assess the damage and repair the leak alone the rating would be five stars. However, this is where bacon has fallen short and why I have given the rating I did. I called them a week ago (9/12/23)because we had a water leak in the front yard. They did exactly what the commercial states they do, they are very prompt and the client service Keep you up-to-date on where the technician is. They promptly located and fixed the problem which I was very thankful for because my mom was going in for bypass surgery on Friday that this happened on a Tuesday. Again for this alone five stars listen up Bacon because this is where you’re fallen short and you’re leaving your clients in the dark. When I came home Tuesday they had replaced the pipes, they had water restored but they couldn’t bury the pipes until the inspector come out to inspect it,then they were going to come back either Wednesday or Thursday to bury the pipes. and then they ask for payment which was over five thousand dollars had I’ve been in my right state of mind and not worried about my mom. I would not have paid that money because I am still waiting for over a week for them to come out and bury the pipes that they fixed. I understand they may be waiting on the city to come out and inspect it but that should be relayed to the customer. Which is one of the reasons why I’m giving you three stars after getting home from the hospital three days later from my mom’s surgery( 9/18/23) It still looks like a graveyard in my front yard. I have called bacon three times to find out when they were going to come out to bury the pipes two times. My call went unanswered. Apparently the person I was supposed to talk to was not there. I did receive a brief text the day before yesterday, which is 9/18/23. I also received one yesterday 9/19/23 stating they were in contact with the inspector, and if he got out here early enough, they would bury the pipes. I have not heard from them since. my pipes are still not buried and I will attach a photo of what my front yard looks like I normally do not pay before the work is so future bacon customers do not pay your entire bill until your work is completed. Bacon you need to do better once the clients have paid you money you kind of dropped the ball and that whole bacon warranty thing is not looking really good to me right now. Since I signed up for the warranty and I will be charged a monthly fee for that I’m starting to wonder why I even signed up.Up date 7/5/24Our AC was down Hector came out and did a wonderful job helping us decide what the problem was and what our next step was to be. I Changed my rating to five stars because this time my experience was amazing. They were all professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did great work. It’s experiences and people like these that will keep me coming back. Great job! Thank you Alex & Amanda. Everyone was really awesome!

He explained what, why and how this happened. This was my first time dealing with a water issue. My bill jumped 3 to 4 times the normal bill amount. I called the water company, and they said they could see that my home showed water usage constantly every hour of the day. I remembered seeing the Everyone loves Bacon vans around town, so I called them. They came within a couple hours to do a check and give an estimate. They lady on the phone I spoke with was very professional and kind. I dont remember her name, unfortunately. Conner was the tech that came to my home. He also was professional and friendly. He let me know my upstairs toilet was running due to warped parts in the tank. He explained all my options so I could choose what best fit my needs and budget. He also offered to sign me up for their friends and family. He explained in detail about the program. He was knowledgeable and wasnt pushy. I did sign up for it. This was my 1st experience with a plumbing issue and using Bacon. I dont need to look for any other plumber for future needs, Because of the great experience both on the phone and with Conner, Bacon will be my go to.

We are part of the Friends & Family at Bacon Plumbing and have been for years. We always have a great experience, but I have to recognize Marco & Bailey in particular. They are AMAZING and did such a fantastic job! They spent the last three days working late into the evening caring for our home. We had leak in one of our copper pipes that ran through the slab under the kitchen. Yes, a homeowners nightmare! We decided to repipe our entire house because with Texas soil and copper pipes, it was just a matter of time until it happened again. When you are dealing with a stressful situation like this, having a great company actually care for you is everything, but Bailey & Marco took it to a whole other level. They went the extra mile to communicate their progress throughout the day, they were meticulous in cutting out the sheet in the walls (several contractors even commended their work), and cleaned up every night and throughout the process. They also navigated around my office based on the meetings I had scheduled that day since I work from home. Reasurring me what part of the house they were working on so I could change work locations if needed. They were kind, thoughtful, professional and truly made this stressful process so much easier. I cant describe enough how much we appreciate them and the care that they put into their work. Not only would any company be lucky to have them on their team, but any client would be blessed to have them work on their home or office space.

We had a need for emergency plumbing service around 1am on Tuesday night. Called 5-7 different 24/7 emergency companies only to get answering services to leave a message and and find out that could not provide services until the following day. Bacon answered the call from me immediately and had someone come from Rockwall to Celina by 3:15 am. Issue required the need for a camera to see blockage and they were back on site by 9 am and resolved my problem very quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Join Friends and Family plan for multiple services annually, for a minimal monthly fee. Technicians and Office personnel were World Class with timely responses and follow up. I highly recommend this company 24/7!

I called Bacon about finding/repairing a deficient smoke detector in our home this afternoon, and Toshia immediately connected me with Andrew who arrived within a couple hours. After walking through our home for about 5 minutes, Andrew found and disabled the one (of 12) detector that was beeping, and gave us solid advice on replacing our detectors, which ones to purchase for the various areas of our home, and offered to check out any other electric issues we may have been having while he was here. We have been in our home for a year and have been unable to figure out why the jets in our bathroom tub were not working, and Andrew immediately found the switch behind my clothes that was tripped in our closet. He was so patient, kind and informative to both me and my husband who arrived toward the end of his visit. I contacted Bacon Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning to review a problem with a circuit in my garage. Office administrative staff handled my inquiry quickly and efficiently setting an appointment within a day of my call. The technician responded on time, carefully considered my situation, recommended a dedicated line, and made a return appointment for the following.day. He appeared as planned and installed the dedicated circuit and also upgraded the amperage without delay, cleaned the area, and returned everything to the positions in which they had been previously. All-in-all, I was impressed by everyone’s courtesy and professionalism. While I am unfamiliar with their services, other than electrical, my suspicion is they are equally adept at handling plumbing, heating, and air conditioning problems, as well. I appreciated the very thorough discussion I had with Jorge when he came to evaluate my situation (a leak in the main water line between the water meter and my house). As he went through the process of determining that there was a leak and how he would be able to pinpoint the exact place where the leak was and how he would fix it, I was reassured that he was very knowledgeable and forthright. The next day he was here early to determine where the pipe was buried in the yard and dug up the homeowner shut-off valve that I didnt even know I had. Later, he joined his two-man crew to finish the work of exposing a portion of the pipe so they could pull a new pipe underneath my driveway. They encountered a coupling in the old pipe which could have cost me much more money to deal with but eventually tunneled a few feet under the driveway and cut the coupling out. This enabled them to pull a new pipe and stick to the original cost estimate! Brad and his apprentice Clay were super friendly and answered all my questions about what they were doing as they completed the fix. I would highly recommend these men to anyone who has a plumbing problem!

They can do everything and fast! Yesterday SethC came and replaced my under sink garbage disposal which stopped working after a recent storm and power outage. I watched how-to videos and tried everything. He had more tricks up his sleeve. And he gave me options. Seth was able to get the old disposal going, but it did leak. And it is old. So I had him replace it with a new one, which had in his truck and did very quickly. I am so happy now. That disposal has been a problem for a couple years. Now I dont have to worry.

I had an issue with the doorbell not ringing and was charged $293.25 to reconnect a loose wire in the home which took all but ten minutes.I was connected to Bacon Plumbing through a third-party source. I had a great experience with Desiree who explained that this was nothing that was uncommon. I agreed to a $39.99 trip charge. She was very pleasant. The service tech was also pleasant. The issue I have is due to lack of understanding of the mechanics of a doorbell works, I only checked the wires on the outside neglecting the wires inside the home. Once the tech checked outside with a voltmeter and found power, he immediately checked the box where the sound was emitted from. Instantly we both seen a dangling wire. He reattached the wire - problem solved. He magnanimously agreed to waive the trip charge in lieu of $293.25 total charge. Essentially, I was charged between $897.75 and $1759.50/hr. I was promised a call back to discuss the charges which to date has not happened.After receiving a call, a few days later, and having the miscommunication explained, I have updated the comment and my rating to reflect my satisfaction with the outcome and resolution provided.

Not only is this a small and family owned business, but I absolutely was blown away by Josh. He was absolutely incredible and makes me want to give this company 20 stars. Not only did he check everything out, but was so much more thorough than almost anyone else I have ever hired for any sort of work related to my plumbing. This company blows almost every other company out of the water. They should have platinum awards for professionalism, customer service, and quality of service. Dylan and Aaron were amazing electricians and provided an excellent experience when replacing our home’s outdated electrical panel. We knew when we moved in that the electrical work from our inspection was going to be top priority. Dylan came out to give the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. What really stood out was his excellent customer service skills, we wanted to hire a team that was personable and we knew would do a great job. When getting quotes from other companies, we immediately knew that Dylan and the Bacon team were going to be the ones. I called about 20 companies to come out after hours at about 9pm last night due to the capacitor failing/failed. I have tenants in the property and could not wait until the next day as hot as it is and Bacon came through! Austin was thorough, explained what happened and commended my tenant for knowing what was wrong! Repair was completed within 30min of his arrival, system back up and running! I can not thank Bacon enough as all other companies said open 24hrs but they all said no availability until Monday or Tuesday, sorry... I signed up for their yearly plan because they came out and I felt very confident they will do right by me moving forward as I will do the same! Thank you Austin Lewis & Bryan S... superb service!!!

My AC was out and the tech that was sent out to me was incredibly professional, friendly, and educational. I am an insatiably curious learner and I ask lot of questions. He didnt have to answer or entertain my company, but he chose to anywayBy the end of it, we became friends. Thats service! Whats more, the charge, while not exactly cheap, was fairly priced for the work. Ive done similar repair jobs myself, but it would have been far more harrowing and taken much longer. To have someone out within an hour or two of my AC failing and having it fixed in ~40 minutes is well worth the cost!

Used these guys for electricity issues and plumbing issues.Both times, ive had to call Bacon theyve been able to get someone out either the same day or the next day.Each time the techs have been helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer questions.Cost is comparable to other companies in the industry, and they do have a family plan that takes off 15% from any repairs done. Which i think is worth it.
