Found on the Better Business Bureau website and requested an appointment online. Mr. Staggs personally called me found out what was going on and then had his scheduling person call me to set an appointment. It was evening and they were able to schedule me the next morning. They showed up first thing in the morning with convenient text message updates about them being in route.They showed up in a company truck. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. I needed some new pipes and disposal. They were finished with the job in about an hour. They were EXTREMELY clean!!! They brought their own trash bag and paper towels... the only way I could tell they were here is all the new stuff under my kitchen sink. Josh and Matt are absolutely great guys and very professional. I will definitely be using this company again.

Outstanding!This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses. April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me. Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done. They are very knowledgeable and affordable. They clean up after themselves and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean. Will definitely use them for future projects! Be sure to ask for Matt!

Staggs Plumbing is wonderful! Randy is very professional and does a great job, both times we have used Staggs the job was done correctly and was reasonably priced for the service. They are able to assist you at any time and Randy, the owner is very communicable on getting the appointment set up and also gives you a call to let you know when he is on his way. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs and will be using again in the future!

My AC line was backing up in master sink. They came in and did the job the same day I called. Very responsive would recommend. Cant comment on pricing because I did not shop around for estimates. I probably could have gotten a cheaper deal if shopping around but wanted the issue dealt with promptly.

I had an issue with a shower drain in a rental home the previous owner did not install properly. This was easy to schedule. The guy arrived on time and was very professional and the job was done quickly and reasonable. I had a great experience.

We had the luck of our hot water heater blowing last night. Randy from staggs plumbing came to our rescue and installed a new one. They worked quickly and effectively to get us up and running again. They explained everything they were doing clearly and provided quality work. I would highly recommend this plumbing company!

Randy came over to my house to inspect my shower, it appeared that water was leaking out onto my patio, and i was thinking that i had a VERY expensive repair bill fast approaching. Luckily after his inspection, and after he suggested that the caulking be replaced, my shower problem was solved! I wouldnt hesitate to call him for future plumbing needs. I also appreciate him being so respectful of my house and cats while he was here. Super nice guy!

We did a full sewer line renovation. They did an excellent job and made sure to let us know when our water would be off. It only took a week to reroute all our drain lines. They also offer financing which was helpful. Highly recommend!

Tech arrived not only on time but early. I explained my problem. The Tech checked it out and explained why a part needed to be replaced and showed me the the replacement part. He also went so far as adding an additional part to improve the replacement at no extra charge.Ive used Staggs Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Derek was very professional and informative! He also showed up with mask and gloves on which we highly appreciate in these times as we are at high risk for COVID-19. He explained that the problem is at the street level and pulled out what looked to be dead animal hair - EW! - and recommended we call the City of Plano to get this resolved once and for all. You guys have the best crew and we will always recommend Staggs ;)

The gas company needed us to get a plumber at short notice, after calling 6 supposedly emergency companies, Staffs was the only one who really made an effort. From the call center person to the technician they were responsive to our needs, speedy and very professional. They will be our gobto plumbing company in the future.

I had rented a drain cleaner/rooter from Home Depot which got stuck in the pipes. Matt and Juan showed up ready to work, solved the problem and cleared the drain with minimum invasiveness and for a reasonable price in in less than two hours.

Staggs was the first company open (7am) on Monday and despite being fully scheduled, was able to get a team to our house within hours. They were very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend their services for emergencies or non-emergencies alike.

Randy and his crew were so fast and efficient. I called and got the call center but I had a call back within 2 mins. ( no joke) when does that ever happen! Plus they were able to come out to my house the next day and fix my busted faucet that was behind a brick wall. I felt the price was a reasonable price as well.
