Brandon came out to give me an assessment and estimate on a job involving broken & deteriorating cast iron plumbing on a house from the 80s. It also had no clean outs and he was able to explain why those would help in the future.Brandon, Alyssa, and the rest of the team are truly wonderful human beings. Every step of the way I felt comfortable, communicated with, and that I had learned enough about what all was being done to my house. They were efficient but precise. They gave me multiple options based on what I want / could afford, instead of trying to force a huge whole home re-plumb that I really didnt need (unlike other local contractors I reached out to). Everything was by the book, inspected, and verified.Brandon is seriously the man, and its rare in life to find a good contractor that you will want to stick with for good. He and Authentic Plumbing have definitely hit that role for me!Absolutely have them come out to assess and impress

He was in and out in less than 30 minutes amd resolved my issue the other plumbers didnt fix in their 2 visits (likely due to their trying to sell me their expensive services). We had a leak in our crawlspace. I noticed it on Saturday, and started calling various plumbing services. The quickest to respond was Authentic Plumbing Solutions, and the individual who answered the call (Brandon) said he was on a job and could come by the evening. I said it was late so I would shut off the water overnight, and they could come in the morning. They came on time Sunday morning - Brandon and Leo. They inspected it, gave me a truly honest, professional and detailed explanation of the problem, and what needed to be done. Their work was truly exceptional. Brandon explained every step of the process. They got it all done the same day, despite the rather tight and difficult work area and having to first pump out the water that had built up to access the leak. They took extra care also to cover all the access areas inside the house, and after the job was done cleaned everything inside and outside. I could not praise them enough for their exceptional work, and their promptness, honestly and professionalism. Without the least bit of hesitation, I truly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for fast, professional and honest service.

Authentic Plumbing in an exact that, a classical authentic plumbing company. They train their workers in each step and it was refreshing to see master plumbers pouring their knowledge into the next generation of American plumbers. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. We had an emergency gas leak. They took care of all the city permit process and found the least invasive way to install the gas line from the meter to the house. They bypassed a large tree root in order to save the tree, tunneled under a walkway instead of breaking up our concrete patio as other companies wanted to do. Needless to say they went above the norm and didnt take advantage of an emergency situation. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone at the company. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out at 11:00 pm to fix our leaking hot water heater. He explained the situation really well. We asked to have the heater installed a couple days later and the other plumber was just as good. They didn’t have the hot water heater we requested so they gave us a free upgrade to the next level up. They seemed very knowledgeable and were able to bring a quick fix. Seriously these guys know what they are doing and aren’t looking to nickel and dime you. They live up to their name as they really are authentic people. I’d highly recommend them to the local Rockwall area!

Brandon flushed our tankless water heater and installed a Pressure Reducing Valve. He stuck with it in spite of multiple downpours, and he cleaned up the mud in the driveway and gutter, even in front of our neighbors house. Very thorough and professional. I will definitely hire Authentic Plumbing again.
