I recently built an in-law suite on the back of my daughter’s house. Russ and his team were great to work with. They arrived promptly as scheduled. Their work was top notch and they even vacuumed up when the work was completed. It was a pleasure working with such a kind, knowledgeable, professional team! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. I had an issue with the switch and Russ was on it in no time. He got back to me promptly, returning my call/texts, and was out himself to make the repair. I couldnt ask for a better response from any company. Now its in the 90s and my pool is running great! Thanks Russ! I recommend these guys to anyone needing electrical work, from small jobs, to bigger jobs.

Russ and team are total professionals and Id recommend them to anyone looking for electric work done on their home. Huge props to Amanda in the front office who was extremely responsive and helped us through our situation (shes also super friendly!).We came to Loria after purchasing our house and finding out that we had didnt have the appropriate service line running to our home. (The sellers who flipped the home neglected to upgrade the service from 90 Amps to their 150 Amp panel). Russ worked with us to get our 1920s home updated to 200 Amp service & it was a pleasure working with him. Cant recommend them enough.

Amanda at Loria Electric helped me to understand my electrical situation and patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take to address my issue. Even when it became apparent that I would need to use a different company, she went beyond her job and gave me a referral as well as specific instructions to get the best outcome. Though Loria was no longer involved with my electrical issue, I went to Amanda at least twice after that to help answer some additional questions I had; she followed up twice after that. I’m impressed with the caring nature of this company that their rep Amanda displayed, and will be sure to go to Loria for any future electrical issues.

We called to get recessed lighting throughout the house. Russ was very professional and very polite. He worked with us to get the most out of what we needed. Its nice to see service again. Live person answered the phone and set up appointment for estimate. Russ showed up on time to do the estimate and sent estimate to me. I sent it back with deposit. Work was scheduled and I was kept up to date with progress. Everyone showed up on the agreed date and even though there were some additional problems that were not obvious at estimate time, they were addressed and completed. All work performed was done by a very personable professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom was professional, friendly and thorough. He handled all of our electrical issues in a fast, efficient manner. They were on time (actually early due to a cancellation) keeping their word when they said they’d be there. Loria Electrical Service was wonderful to work with. I recently purchased an older condo and needed to update lights, and add outlets. Mike came and walked through things with me, gave me great ideas and guidance and sent an estimate for me to review; pricing was very good. I needed time to find the light fixtures and the office staff was very patient and helpful letting me reschedule the work. Raffe (I hope I spelled that correctly) showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was effiecient and professional and friendly. I am so thankful I worked with this group and I will call them again whenever I need electrical work done at my home.

All of our lighting & outlets in our foyer and living room stopped working. We tried to fix it ourselves, with no luck. The owner of Loria Electric went out of his way (on a busy Friday evening) and fixed everything within an hour. We are so glad we have lighting & TV back! Highly recommend!!!!

These people are wonderful! They werent able to provide service in my area but Laura was kind enough to refer me to someone who can provide service at an reasonable price. Mathew came right out and fixed my problem with no issues. A special thanks to Laura for her referral and also following up to see if everything went ok. They go above and beyond to help out whether you are their customer or not. I highly recommend them!

The power in half of our house was out. I called Loria expecting them come and charge us for a house call and tell us it was a problem with a breaker or something. Rather, I got a very persistent Amanda who encouraged me to take advantage of the free services of RG&E to check their equipment first. While I was frustrated that this was just going to take longer for what I was sure was the eventual end, I reluctantly followed her expert advice. Sure enough RG&E found something in disrepair, fixed it and then left. I called Amanda again because we were not restored. This was it, house call plus whatever, right? No, Amanda was so sure that it was RG&E equipment that she offered to call RG&E on my behalf. She got them to come back out right away. It turned out the gentleman assumed that the first fix was the only issue and never tested the lines. The second fix required a crew. I called Amanda back to let her know she was right and to thank her for advocating for me. It was the end of the day, she then offered me her personal cell phone so if we were still without power after the crew left, she could dispatch someone first thing in the morning.WOW! Just amazing, so refreshing to receive that level of customer service. I would use and recommend Loria based on their customer service and integrity.Thank you Amanda!

I was very impressed by the entire process of dealing with Loria Electric. First, the owner Russell stopped by to evaluate the job pretty late in the day. An estimate and scope of work followed soon after. Sam was mentioned as our installer. Sam and Mark arrived early, and had a full understanding of what was needed for installation. Long story short, Sam and Mark did a great job. Im very happy with the clean setup that was installed. I would certainly recommend Loria Electrical Services to anyone in need of a professional contractor. And yes, I am an actual customer

Mike & his team did a spectacular job replacing our outdated service with a 220 amp upgrade including service relocation, new panel & updated grounding They coordinated the whole process from start to finish with RG&E permit/inspection. They also installed new circuits to lighten the load, added/updated some outlets & added a generator plug. They were organized, thorough, communicative and on time for every appointment. Couldnt have asked for more. Loria will be my electrical service provider moving forward.

Russ from Loria Electrical Services came out to our home after our 150 amp breaker failed (unbeknownst to us). RGE had shut off our service and left me running around borrowing generators. Russ came out to check out the problem and explained everything clearly and helped us understand what occurred.He returned an hour later and verified the issue and made a game plan all while keeping me updated and assured it was safe.He went out and purchased the needed equipment and called me to give me his ETA.He was extremely helpful, kind, polite and worked quickly to solve the issue.This was my first experience with an outside electrical company and I will never call another electrician.Thank you Russ.
