We had a neutral wire go bad, I tried to fix it but couldnt, so I called Saturn Electric and was very glad I did. The electrician was very friendly, knew what he was doing, fixed the problem, and didnt charge us an arm an leg. We were very happy and recommend them to anyone who needs an electricians help.

First time using Saturn Electric and couldn’t be happier. Cameron did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, kept us informed along the way, and very personable. He pointed out an issue on our circuit breaker needing correcting, resulting in converting a 220v outlet (we never use) to 120v which now my wife can use to plug in her piano light more conveniently. Several other electrical companies never mentioned this. Look forward to Cameron’s return to install two new hanging light fixtures once they’re received. Thanks so much!Updated 4/8/24Saturn returned to install our two new hallway light fixtures. As Andrew & Rick began work we were informed there were no electrical boxes which needed to be added per code. We appreciated their carefulness with the installation as our ceiling was recently skim coated and painted.Saturn will be returning to install another ceiling light fixture that’s in for repair, and adding electrical box for that fixture.Thanks so much!

Fantastic electric company! I am thrilled with all of the work that they did throughout the house that I just purchased!!! They updated all of the switches, installed recessed lights throughout, installed a ceiling fan, checked my electric box to make sure it was safe and sufficient and removed all kids of outdated fixtures and unnecessary items.Cameron gave me really helpful and professional advice, he and his assistant’s work was impecable, he was efficient, timely, professional and I am delighted with all of the new lighting!I will use Saturn Electric again for sure and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top notch and reasonable electric service!

Kevin and Bobby were professional and kind. As a single woman I get a little anxious having male service providers in my home, but they set me at ease. They were up front about pricing, quick with the diagnostics, able to explain the problem and the solution in terms a non-electrician could understand, and the work is warrantied! I don’t think they could have done better. I’ve now saved Saturn Electric to my contacts should future issues arise. And would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. (I didn’t know how to respond to “value” because I did not get multiple quotes for the work; I trusted that their pricing was fair)

Saturn Electric is truly the best. Their employees are honest, helpful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I have used them several times at my home and at my dads. Both Denny and Larry have always been great and I trust their expertise. Debbie, their scheduler, is always so helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Recently, Larry came to my house to install light switches and outlets in my kitchen along my backsplash. He was really great in helping me look through the options that were available and then explaining how the job was going to be done. He took his time and made sure that everything looked meticulous and perfect. Larry is brilliant and so knowledgeable. He is very personable and kind. I will always call Saturn for any electrical needs that arise.

I had a unique situation.. I am going off the grid and have a fresh water reserve tank that needs a pump to transfer the water. After days of attempting to get the pump running I contacted Saturn to see if they would be willing to help. Ron personally took on the job and methodically and calmly completed the project in just a few hours .The work completed was first class and the cost was beyond fair. I was referred to Saturn Electric by a friend who had some work done by them. I didn’t shop around so I can’t speak to how competitive their pricing is but I’m extremely satisfied with the work. I have an old house and they installed grounded circuit breakers for my ungrounded 3 prong outlets, a surge protector and replaced my garage fuse box with a new circuit panel. Larry was my main electrician and Phil was supporting him. They were incredibly professional, clearly explained what they were doing and why, and even went out of their way to fix some small issues with loose switches and finding solutions to problems I didn’t even know I had. Phil even gave me a quick tutorial for replacing sockets/switches down the road. Outstanding experience all around!

I consider myself to be fairly handy and competent when it comes to electrical work,but I had an electrical problem that had been plaguing me for months. I had half a circuit that wasnt working. I knew I had an open neutral somewhere in the circuit, but I couldnt find it. I called Saturn Electric, and not only did they immediately answer my call, they sent someone out that same week. Their technician was right on time, very polite and professional. He went through the whole circuit meticulously. Eventually, he found the problem...a 120v outlet behind the kitchen range. The absolute last place I would have suspected. Between all his diagnostic efforts and the repair itself, he had everything working perfectly in about 2 hours. And the price was, in my opinion, aa bargain considering how much frustration this problem caused me before I called a professional. I have a few other electrical projects that I want to get done in the near future. I will definitely be calling these guys again without hesitation.

He investigated the smell and end up finding it was under my trailer and the outlet from my heat tape was black and burnt badly. Five stars all the way. I initially had a furnace problem that required me to have it replaced. When the city inspector came to approve the electoral work don by the heating and cooling company, he told me that my circuit panel box was a fire hazard and it should be replaced as soon as possible. I contacted Saturn Electric, and they sent Jon and another worker out to see what needed to be done. MY house was build in the mid 50s and only had 60 amp service. With all of the electronic in my home I have actually tripped breaker many times. Jon and I discussed what needed to be done as well as the additional outlets I needed in the basement. Two days later they were there with the parts, they were able to replace the circuit breaker panel and add 4 new outlets in the basement, a 30 amp circuit outside for my travel trailer and an additional 20 amp circuit on the outside of my garage. We have a little time with out power, but over all It was a great job by these guys, and the price was very reasonable.

I talked with Ron about smoke/carbon monoxide sensors in the home after they all went off in the middle of the night due to battery failure. I really liked his approach to have these combo units throughout the house and how to maintain them.I learned due to aging of the units and technology changes they should be replaced every 8 years at a minimum. Also, when changing the batteries spray air throughout the unit to ensure no debris could cause failure and/or false reading.I have decided to replace all of my smoke detectors with these combo units to ensure safety in our home, it is a small price to pay to avoid a potential disaster.
