Koosha replaced my electrical panel today. He came promptly at the agreed time and the work he did was wonderful. Replacing the panel fixed issues in my home. 2 of our rooms the lights stopped working and after Koosha worked his magic all is good again! Koosha fit me in as I had only a week before my new tenants would arrive, i didnt realize this apartment did not have an outlet to install a modern, beautiful kitchen wall mount light fixture, he not only came and in reasonable time frame, installed the outlet and fixture. I also decided my walk in pantry could use fresh coat of paint, he brought in one of his painters that day, and he painted 2 coats of paint and came out superb!, nowadays, you have to wait for contractors, he took the time to fit me into his schedule to get all the work complete, very much appreciated his timely response. I will use him again, an already referred him to friends. **updated review, he sent some guys over to install the ceiling fans, did not know how to install the light cover with them, and then, my handyman had to come back and fix their poor install, and take it apart to do this, they left out one screw, and used one that wasnt correct, so in the long run, cost me more money to have their error corrected,.dont use.

Koosha was honestly amazing and we can’t recommend him enough! We had some really weird things in our house left behind by the last owners. I hate having to shop around for contractors and never knowing what we’re getting ourselves into. Koosha’s work is high quality and his quotes are reasonable and honest. He is clean and FAST! And he always explains things as he goes. He fixed a grounding issue with a pipe in our basement, fixed an issue with an underground wire outside, fixed all of the GCFI issues in our bathroom outlets, fixed a polarity issue in 12 outlets, and put in a new outlet for and mounted our 65in TV above our fireplace (we’re very excited to have the wires hidden!)

Great Job! I have a home built in 1900. RocTech wired and installed a vanity light and gfci plug in a bathroom. Upgraded electrical plugs to 3 prong and GFCI.
