One of our panels was tripping breakers pretty consistently and eventually got super hot. After shutting it all down, we decided to find an electrician to take a look at it. We called several numbers in our area (Gates) only to go straight to voice mail (as a side note, days later and still none of those called back). Fortunately, Loos picked right up! Garrett listened to our issue and was at our house exactly 40 minutes later as he said he would. He found several breakers that had begun to melt and noted that the panel needed to be upgraded (it was pretty old). He upgraded our panel and breakers all within a couple of hours. He was very reasonable and very professional. We cant recommend Loos Electric enough, Garrett came through and did a great job getting our electric back to not only normal but better than before!

Highly recommend. Garrett was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated as he found and fixed the electrical issues at my house. He restored power to my garage and likely saved it from burning down at some point due to the previous homeowners DIY electrical work. Well be calling him for all of our electrical needs in the future.

Garrett was super responsive when we needed to get some minor electrical work done to some outlets and our panel. He gave us a very reasonable quote and, because he needed to shut the power off for a few hours, he was super flexible to work at a time that was convenient for our family. I highly recommend doing business with Loos Electric.I received 3 quotes to have service panel upgraded to 200Amp from 100, install a 100amp sub panel in the garage, and install an electric car charger. Loos had a competitive rate, and did not charge for the estimate unlike another. They were the only electrician that bothered to take information on the charger, and read the manual. They arrived on time, prepared, and were very courteous. The install was done in a timely manner without issue, the energy provider and inspection was scheduled as such to limit outage and inconvenience. They left the place spotless when they were done.This was a refreshing no hassle contract.

Second time I have used them. I have a 1950s house that didnt have a bathroom fan. The paint was mildewed and peeling and I had a giant dehumidifier running in there nonstop to try and mitigate the damage. Loos came in and installed a fan-- fixing an impossible situation without having to call in a roofing contractor to put a vent in. They found a way! They go above and beyond, even installing a gfc outlet for me when he noticed I didnt have one in my bathroom---and didnt charge extra for the work. They treat your home with respect and clean up, and do things right the first time. I am so happy I took a chance on Loos a couple of years ago and Ill always call them whenever I need any electrical work done!
