Such a great experience throughout the entire project! Kevin was great to work with in getting things set up and scheduled. Alex was so awesome during the initial visit making sure that he listened to what we wanted and helped figure out the best way to meet our goals. No selling...just focused on our interests and he provided various options to help come to project decisions. Alex and Cam did such a great job with the work as promised and on time. When we discovered that there was another small project that we needed done that we forgot about, they were able to stop by that same day and took care of that as well. I WILL definitely reach out to Krueger again for any future electrical projects that we might need done! Super friendly and customer focused!

Alex and Cam were friendly and professional. They explained all the work they were going to perform and the expected cost. After completing the work they walked me through everything with great detail. The company even does a full diagnostic to let you know if there is anything that needs to be updated. Alex and Cam went through the list that my older home could use to be updated to code with no pressure to do the work. I would highly recommend!

Kruger electric even tried too save me money- when I called a few days before Alex a fixed my problem - I HIGHLY recommend Kruger electric and Alex if you have any electrical problems !!!

Excellent service! Alex helped us and he is knowledgeable, thorough and nice.It was overall easy to schedule, Alex was always on time (a couple of times he was ahead of time, actually) and he left our house spotless, even after cutting through drywall.Highly recommend their service.

Alex was the best. We had two other electricians come before him and they were unable to diagnose the problem with our door bell security cameras and door bell chimes. Alex was the only one who was able to figure it out. Now the cameras, camera/cell phone door bells, and door bell chimes all work perfectly. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in his analysis and testing. I would highly recommend him without any reservation. He restored everything to its original condition, cleaned up well, and made sure everything was working properly, including all the devices attached to the transformer in addition to the security system. The problem was that the wiring from the manufacturer was incorrect/labeled incorrectly, and we needed a more powerful transformer.

Having little to no knowledge of the electrical world, I contacted Kruger Electric after I had seen a ton of positive reviews on Nextdoor. I could NOT be happier with that choice! Alex was professional, efficient, and explained everything to me so it was easier to understand. He installed new outlets in my kitchen as well as the living room above the fireplace, hardwired the new fireplace insert for me...he even helped me when I needed help mounting the TV! He kept me updated, and got the work done within a week of me calling. It all looks/works fantastic; you can definitely see the pride and quality in his work. Alex truly went above and beyond...I will definitely be calling him for my future electric needs :)

Alex arrived on time was willing to wear a mask and take off shoes... he was very professional in going over the details of the repair that needed to be done. I am usually very comfortable with installing outlets and switches myself, but when I opened it up I noticed the wiring being to short and there being play in the electrical box as a result of a poor previous wiring job by previous owner. As the current homeowner I like to know what is going on and as Alex was working he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what needed to be done. He stuck to the price that he quoted me at the beginning and guarantee his work. He took the time to clean up after his job and I would definitely without hesitation, recommend this company for electrical work!

I worked with Alex. They were able to get me an appointment within a week of my calling, and were able to give me both a bid (standard pricing system), and do the work all same-day (morning). My need was 240V wiring for a garage heater. The wiring was very low-profile, and Alex left everything cleaner than when he got there. Would definitely use again.

After being ghosted by an electrician we had used before, friends recommended Kruger Electric. Let me say we were not disappointed. Kruger was responsive, from the moment we made our appointment through their confirmation and then letting us know Kevin was on his way, we never had to wonder whether someone was going to show up. Kevin assessed the services we requested, did a quick examination of the house, and then provided three options from which to choose. He was upfront about costs -- no hidden fees or surprises. Kevin did excellent work, quickly and thoroughly, and went above and beyond (with little things like swapping out a light bulb in the garage so we can actually see in there now). We are just beyond satisfied with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Kruger (and Kevin) to anyone. (And if you see this review and decide to go with Kruger, give them my name, please.)
