I needed some outlets put in my kitchen for new appliances. Charles came out and was prompt and very polite. He explained which circuits things were on; and now I can use my double air fryer and my microwave at the same time!! Great Lights Electric will always be my, go to, for electrical needs. I highly recommend!

We had a new outlet put in and grounded an old two prong outlet. Were happy with the service, called on a Thursday and job was done by noon the next day at a reasonable price. They are very communicative in advance about when they will be arriving, its all very professional. Easy recommend if you are in the area.

Charles and Chris showed dedication and determination when troubleshooting multiple non-routine electrical issues in our older home. They explained each step of the process thoroughly. The owner, Kenny, consulted on the project as well and came to the house after regular business hours to ensure the job was completed. Additionally, the quoted price did not change despite the job taking much longer than anticipated. Great, honest family-owned business. Would highly recommend!

Katrina is most impressive. At 12 feet in the air installing a chandelier she never lost her cool and did a perfect job. She also was amazing doing a whole house inspection. Tremendous detail and time taken. Great at explaining how and why. Highly recommend. I will hire her again soon for more work and have already recommended her to several friends.

Charles and his assistant were awesome! They were very thorough and found the problem by being diligent. Im grateful, I could have had a fire and lost my house, due to a bad electrical outlet in a room that I wasnt even concerned about. They were friendly, contentious, and professional. I will be using them in the future.

I made a call to Great Lights Electric. I can not say enough good things about them. Even though they already had a job lined up, I called and explained I needed work done on some outlets that were not working. They sent Charles to look at the problem. He was awesome. So nice, kind, and really knew exactly what he was doing. He managed to fix the problem within a short time. I will continue to use them in the future for any electrical problems that may arise.

Great, courteous and reasonably priced. I had called them to have two outlets installed in my garage for my new plugin hybrid car. Ken was able to suggest the most cost effective way of doing it. When I wasn’t sure about what amperage line to have put in, I had to call the car dealership and wait for the salesperson to get back to me. While we were waiting, Ken took the initiative to call someone he knew that would know, so we had the answer before I even heard back from the dealership. At the end of the job, everything was put back into its proper place and the garage cleaned up. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.Julia

I can not speak their praises enough! We had a flood in our basement that was over 4 ft deep and required the power to be cut. Ken and his team came to my house on short notice. They pumped out my basement, replaced my electric box and even connected my new sump pump for me all in less than 24 hours. The crew was professional and friendly. The owner was very helpful and also compassionate in understanding our needs during this tough time. There is no doubt I will be doing all of my electrical business with these guys going forward and will also be recommending them to folks. I am grateful for everything they did
