Ellenwood Electric was recommended by the place where I purchased my antique fixture. They are talented, personable, fast and reasonably priced. I am thrilled with the work they did at my home, and they handled the antique fixture with expert care. They switched out two ceiling fans for two fixtures and repaired a light switch and two wall plugs in an hour.

We had Ellenwood Electric install our ceiling fans in our older (1925) house and are really pleased with the job they did. Lewis and Jack are two very pleasant guys and were very professional. We hired Ellenwood Electric to do several odd jobs in our 30+ year old house. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. Mark was prompt to return my phone call, and was both knowledgeable and prompt on his estimate (he is also a hoot and a half if you get him talking, he has some fun stories to tell). Luis and Jack were polite, professional, and efficient during the install process, and the final results are still wowing us months later. If you are looking for a job done right on an older house, call Ellenwood Electric, they are truly pros at what they do.

We had a great experience with Mark and his team. Mark was quick to respond to our request for a quote and came back with a reasonable quote for our 200 amp upgrade.I also came away feeling like he had a solid plan for dealing with some of the quirks of our house. I also had to reschedule this large job and Mark was able to accommodate that.Luis and Diego performed the work and they were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and professional at the same time, they performed high quality work and kept us in the loop the whole way. We also had a separate sub panel upgraded and wiring put in place for an EV charge. Everything came out working well and looking great. It was a pleasure having them take care of the project for us.I would definitely recommend Ellenwood Electric and will not hesitate to call them again for any of our future electrical needs.

My husband and I have been very happy with Ellenwood Electric. We were referred by several neighbors on the Nextdoor app.We had them come in to fix some electrical work that was done by a previous electrician. After they completed that job, which we were very pleased with, we have had them come back to do several other jobs.They have been very prompt, courteous and reasonable in cost.

They replaced most of the really old outlets in house and repaired the issue we’ve had for years in our kitchen. Very grateful to have our full kitchen back. Prices were reasonable and they were nice and professional. I will definitely be contacting them soon for more projects.

I had a feeling pretty quickly during the estimate that we would choose Ellenwood Electric for the job. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and listened openly to our questions. One company we had called for an estimate still hadnt gotten back to us two weeks later. Mark contacted us the same day, gave us a set day the work would start and offered 24 hours to decide without pressure, but we didnt need it since his quote was within our budget and timeframe. On the day of the installation, September 25th the team was on time, ready to go and took care to keep us of the progress. Imagine my surprise when the power was back on in about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up. RGE came today and did their inspection of the work. Not surprised there were no issues at all. Thank you Mark and Ellenwood Electric for the work.

Called for a quote a while ago and left a voicemail. Owner himself responded right away and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and take a look. Unfortunately, life happens and WE were the ones who had to call him and cancel the day before and he was super understanding and patient with us! Fantastic! Two guys came, I think one may have been more in training, maybe an apprentice (which is a good thing). They were on time, personable, and good with the dog. They wore masks and got right to work. It took less than half an hour, and the price was reasonable. Very pleased, will use them again.

Ellenwood ELECTRIC to the rescue! They found a short in an outlet installed by the crew who put on the addition to this 150 year old city house last year. Moral of the story? Always hire a certified electrician for home repairs! Ellenwood ELECTRIC is the best!

After searching reviews for Electricians in my area I came across Ellenwood Electric. Every page had great reviews and now I can see why. I had a lot of work done in my new house, and nothing was too big for Mark and his team. Mark came out in a timely fashion to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable about what was needed and how it would be done. He set up the inspectors and any permits that were needed also.I had my old and dangerous panel replaced to a 200 amp service, multiple plugs added throughout the house, others updated to GFI, ceiling fan installed and the wiring needed for that, LED lights added to office, new vanity lighting in master bathroom, dedicated outlets for appliances set, outdoor security lighting added and ring doorbell installed.Luis and Andrew came out a few weeks later and knocked it out of the park. They were courteous and friendly, Luis was able to answer any questions or offer solutions to other issues I may have had. They worked fast and efficiently and I have the highest trust in their work. I highly recommend Ellenwood Electric and feel safe knowing I now have an updated panel and a new electrician I feel I can trust for any more work I may need done down the road.
