They did a great job. I came back from a weekend away with no hot water. They came Monday morning, quickly identified that my sump pump had died which was causing the short to my utility room, ordered everything in and fixed it two days later. Very kind and respectful as well!

I noticed some problems with my electrical and called early bird , Mike came diagnosed the problems worked with me on cost and explained the issues clearlyStan and Jonathan the electricians came in and replaced outlets added new outlets , replaced old wiring , new lights with fans a-three way switch in my basement they are kind considerate and trustworthy. They explained and showed me what they were doing as they went along and worked very hard. Thankyou . I would highly recommend early bird

The quote for the work was a bit higher than I expected, but the technician and his assistant did good work. I would’ve liked for the dirt to be reground better but it did rain. They completed their work in the rain. All in all I’d recommend them again. Technician was very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Downside was the cost (although they do finance at 0% for 18 months), and the dirt that was left.

Both the team that came out for our initial issue, who applied a temporary fix, and the team that came out to permanently repair the issue were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They clearly were not there to rip us off, going the extra mile to ensure the problem was what they assumed, and ended up being able to make the fix for less than a third of the initially quoted cost once they were able to get the box taken apart and further root cause the issue. They kept me updated throughout the work, and the timeline from issue to permanent fix was less than one week, with the initial visit being able to be scheduled the same day. I would definitely reach out to them again if we have another issue.
