Wright-Jones Plumbing replaced my water heater and did an excellent job. The day of the replacement, they were prompt and had the old water heater removed and the new one installed in less than four hours. Travis really knows his stuff and was fun to talk to. Wright-Jones Plumbing answered a lot of other non-related questions and was super helpful and friendly. Each person I met from Wright-Jones was awesome. Great team! Thank you!

Wright Jones was very responsive when I needed service. Every team member I dealt with went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I left a message over the weekend for Tina in the office about some documentation that I would need, expecting to hear from her the next business day, but she got back with me immediately. I was very impressed.Travis came out to the property and was very knowledgeable about what I would need and what my options were. Kyle came out for my service and we actually dealt with him the most. He was very down to earth, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. He explained everything he was doing while performing an extremely thorough job. I couldnt have been happier with how well I was treated and how well my work was performed.Big kudos to the Wright Jones team! I wouldnt hesitate to call them in the future!

Wright-Jones and the Gulley family have been there for my family on many occasions over the past decade! Today they saved the day again for my mother in law, as the pipe to the faucet for her washer broke and she was without water first thing in the morning. I called and they made the extra effort to make sure she was taken care of by the afternoon, at a moments notice, when they had a very busy and hectic schedule! They did the same for me when my hot water heater went out the night before and were at my house within hours to replace it the next day. They are truly people who care about their customers, and work hard to keep the long standing reputation of Wright Jones as being there for those in need with professional, friendly, and fast service! Wright-Jones responded quickly to an urgent need on a Friday afternoon. They were professional and went above and beyond our expectations. Travis got a 3 man team to our home late Friday and we had hot water that night. We appreciate not just the service they provided but the consideration they had for our situation as well. Ken and Travis came to put in a new water heater in my home. They arrived when they said they would and came prepared with all the necessary materials to complete the job. The service they provided was absolutely superb. They were polite, professional, and obviously masters of their craft. After the installation, they went above and beyond the requested service when Ken noted one of the zone controls for the radiant floor heat was not operating as it should. He made some adjustments and it now operates as it should. Both Ken and Travis were both very likable and trustworthy and I will be calling Wrighy-Jones Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. They deserve 6 stars.

We used Wright Jones for several projects on our house and were extremely satisfied! They helped us with changing our oven to gas, installed a sink/drain/garbage disposal, install a new utility sink with drain, and they moved our washer hookup. We were always updated on the progress and the guys did a great job. Everything was done for the price they initially told us. We are very happy and will gladly use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Wright Jones highly enough. Twice Ive had to call. Once when we were told by another company boiler in church had to be replaced. Called Wright Jones for 2nd opinion and they fixed issue for less than $200. Second time, called them because we thought church had a leaking hot water heater. Repairmen stopped on their way back from a job in Trinidad, discovered it was a a leaky pipe and saved us a lot of money again. Quick, honest, reliable, trustworthy. I will only ever recommend Wright Jones.

Great experience with Wright-Jones Plumbing. Had a toilet that was leaking and also a leaky pipe inside my wall. Bernadette & Tina worked hard to get the work authorized through my Home Warranty. Richard, the plumber, was out to my house by the next morning and did a great job fixing the toilet and replacing the leaky pipe. I will definitely use Wright-Jones in the future!

On a more personal note, Ive had work done twice on my 61-year-old-houses aging plumbing. I had a leaking garbage disposal on a weekend and used my home warranty. The leak was assigned to WrightJones and Tina called me back the same day. It was on a Sunday but non-emergency so the work was scheduled on Monday. The technician assigned to me was Kyle and he was open, honest and very quick to make the repairs. I will state that the whole team was to notch and will always recommend WrightJones. Thank you all.
