Cute Rate did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond doing what was to be a routine job of cleaning out my septic. When they sent out their first guy to locate our buried septic tank covers and couldn’t locate them as the property schematics were off. Heather sent out Dan. He was able to locate the septic tank, cleaned it out, and install risers with lids. Very thorough. Thank you.

The whole team has been absolutely amazing and helped me though what most would consider the scariest reality of homeownership, a full replacement sewer line. They were so helpful and I felt the quote for what they had to do to completely replace the line was more than fair. They understood the emergency and got me back in service as fast as possible! Of course they had to dig up my yard but they put fences cement and rocks back and once the grass grows you wouldn’t even know! They have done all of my line clean outs for the last year and make sure they kept everything clean!

He did a great job of coordinating with Paul (719 Plumber) for the inside plumbing and we were without sewer service for only a few hours. The crew was very skilled and efficient. I had another company come out and they gave me a quote that was very high, cutrate came out that same day and gave me a quote that was way more reasonable. Not only did they go above and beyond telling me what issue was and explaining it to me but the work they did was fantastic. They sent a tech out on a Sunday to see if they could open a line which could not be opened and determined I did need a new sewer. Dan was here quickly even though it was a holiday. He cleaned the blockage out of our drain quickly when he arrived. He gave us good advice on not using liquid plumber in the drain. He said that stuff isnt good for our pipes. It does cost 1 1/2 the cost on a holiday and if you use that cleaner they have to charge you an additional fee because it messes up the equipment. Im thankful that Dan came out and took care of us. Very efficient company.

My sewer line backed up Saturday, 30 September 2023 and I immediately called several 24-7 sewer drain cleaning services. Two of them could not schedule me until Tuesday, one of them scheduled for Sunday night and never showed, putting me off until 2-4 pm Monday, and one of them scheduled me for Monday morning, 8-10 am, and it turns out they mis-scheduled me for 8-10am Tuesday. I found this out when I called them at 8:30 am Monday morning to ask them when they would be out. So all my options spent, I called Cut-rate at 8:45 am. The young woman who answered said, Oh we can certainly help you. I can have a technician to your place in an hour-and-a-half or two hours! I said, Do it! An hour and 15 minutes later she called and said, a technician is on his way, and ten minutes later, Dan showed up. He diagnosed my problem and pointed out potential repairs needed in the plumbing in the basement (where the blockage had occurred, as it turned out) and proceeded to clean out my line in both directions. He was gone in 90 minutes. Fast, clean, expert. I paid $146 for a job that in Colorado Springs would have cost at least $179. I recommend Cut-rate to anyone.

Im not going to lie they have not even come to do the job yet but I will also be updating once they finish the job this coming up weekend. But I am already impressed by there professionalism and honesty. I called a higher named company to come down and see what was backing up our main pipe. Cost me $263 to do that. For them to lie to me move too fast on the camera and give me outrageous prices. Cut Rate came down and did the exact same thing he did that I paid for for free! How amazing is that alone. To be willing to help somebody out for free for a simple job and now it will cost me half the fraction to pull the roots. The other company completely lied about a break in the line which is just awful cut-rate said they didnt see that and they think it may just be a problem with the roots and if not they can go back in and fix it for still less money.! Their prices are amazing. The ladies that work in the office are amazing as well their honesty is exactly what people are looking for. Plus they keep in touch with you! I highly highly recommend this company to come out and check out any problems that you may need that they can fix. I feel extremely lucky to have found Cut Rate Sewer & Drain. The tricky job I needed done turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. But the crew including Roger, Daniel, Carlos and JJ took it all in stride and kept their good humor intact throughout the process. Luke quoted a fair price initially and even after the amount was increased due to the extra work needed, the cost was very fair and reasonable. So much so that it seems obvious to me that if you are living in the Pueblo area and need drain work done, its a no-brainer. Cut Rate is the place to call. I called and explained the issue I was having with my septic tank, the tech asked if I would be able to take a lid off and send a photo as he thought it may be a clogged line. After sending the photo he called right away to explain it was a clogged/backed up line and gave advice on how to clear it myself. It took no time at all to clear and everything is working like normal again. Thank you for your help, your honesty and saving me time and money. When it comes time to pump or a more significant issue arises, I know who I will call.

I was told by another company that the sewer line was broke and would need a repair that would cost 14k to 16k. Heather was extremely helpful and did research to locate the plumbing prior to having Dan the technician arrive. Dan was able to snake 150ft and clear the roots from the clay pipe. He then ran the camera to verify the pipe was not broken and the line was now cleared. They saved me 16k of unneeded work. I cant thank them enough.

If you live in Pueblo or surrounding area these folks are your next phone call. Heather and Luke saved us when we were selling our home in Pueblo West. First, when we failed the PDPHE inspection the Cut Rate team removed our septic tank and replace with new in time to put our home on the market. Second, the inspection by our Buyer revealed our main sewer drain line to the tank was failing. Again, Heather and Luke, under a very tight timeline replaced the sewer line. Without Cut Rate service we would not have met our contract deadline and they went out of their way to accommodate our timeline. If you have any service required Cut Rate is your next phone call. Honestly, there are many companies in town that do the same type of work but not with the same level of customer service, courtesy, timeliness, respect and affordability that Cut Rate does. I have called multiple places in town to be lied to (Pattersons especially) if they do show theyll try to charge you $2,000 to unclog a toilet (Pattersons), different companies commit to return my call in emergent situations and never do so, lies and false expectations set from other companies from one end to the other, undependable and EXPENSIVE! Tonight, I was quickly reminded why me and my family continually return to Cut Rate anytime that we need something related to plumbing, sewer and drain! I called this evening and was politely and promptly told by the wonderful lady on the phone that they would have someone to my home asap (most companies that is within 2 to 3 hours minimum, hurry up and wait with a flooded bathroom and such). It was not 5 minutes later (not kidding) that they pulled up in front of our home and greeted us very friendly, fixed our issue in NO time (not trying to burn time and steal our $ like a lot of other companies do), the technician was very friendly and helpful and was more than happy to educate us on what we had going on, resolved it and spoke to my husband about preventative measures that we may want to consider in the future, this was ALL for a very affordable price. If you need plumbing, drain and sewer services, this is your company and trust me...I am a very hard sell! I will refer them to everyone I know and highly recommend them for any related services that you may need. They will go above and beyond, always have and always will!
