    They did a great job replacing bad pipes. There was some problems with a pipe they fed the new pipes to but, with one call back they sent the Service Manager Derek and one other tech to correct the problem. I am totally Happy with the work they did

    Our water heater was making loud noises so we called Patterson.Josiah Horn texted us before he arrived. He was polite, professional, and friendly, plus really knew what he was doing. He gave us good advice, and we added a water softener and other features to make sure our Rinai water heater would last many more years. His team supported him by bringing out parts so the whole thing only took a few hours. Will definitely work with them again if we have problems.

    Friendly staff at Patterson. Both the young men that came out were respectful and knowledgeable. Scheduling was quick and the office staff was also very police and professional.     Robert and the rest of the Patterson Plumbing & Heating crew were incredibly professional and honest. They were recommended to me by word of mouth and I am glad I chose this company. I will be recommending them to friends and family as well. Robert came out to troubleshoot my A/C and provided me with transparent quotes/options for repairs. I hovered more than usual because I wanted to learn about the system and his process and Robert went out of his way to teach me along the way. This made my decision making much easier as I understood what he was recommending and why. Patterson’s allowed my wife and I time to make a decision, then booked us for install immediately after we decided. My wife and I were worried we wouldn’t have hot water and/or AC going into the hot weekend. To our surprise, they spent 10 hours working Friday and recruited more crew members to ensure everything was up and running before they left and that we were comfortable through the weekend. Robert and Caleb came back out Monday for finishing touches and adjustments. Again, they went out of their way and spent extra time running me through the new systems so I felt comfortable maintaining them. While I did not “shop around” and there may be opportunity to save on cost, I would gladly pay their price again for the level of care, attention to detail and professionalism that I was provided by this company.

    I desperately needed help for my 9 month new water softener system. Another company had sold it to me for $$$$$ and then had no one to service it. I was really in a bad predicament. Luckily and to my good fortune, I called Patterson and Mike the plumber they sent out was such a wonderful gift, really. He truly was an exceptional plumber and literally saved my water softener system. I will definitely be calling Patterson For all my plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling needs.     They did a big job at our house. From beginning to end, they were professional and friendly. Kept us informed of everything that was going on. When I had questions about some of the charges, they were quick to resolve it. They even raked the rocks, replaced/raked the mulch and swept our patio when they were done, to get back to its original condition before the job started. I highly recommend them for any job, I know I will be calling them for any future needs.

He worked up estimates for everything and completed the initial work. When he turned the water back on we found 2 more areas of concern and he quickly assessed the situation for solutions. He worked up another estimate for me. He had another company that did other work we will need done contact me. They were able to come right over to assess what they would need to do. Robert really went above and beyond I want him when we move forward with further repairs.

    This was truely the best experience ever with a company here in Pueblo. From the moment when we received our call to confirm, to the confirmation call that the tech was going to arrive, to Nathan drove up, to his detailed explanation, to the pricing, our questions and so much more this was a great experience and worth the price to have our water installed. The quality of the work showed not only in his detail, but when he said it is about artwork of his job.     My family and I just moved to Colorado. Our new house needed a few changes. My husband found Patterson plumbing and heating to take on the job. Before the team arrived they sent us notifications that they were on their way, provided a photo and shirt biography of who was coming, and they wore masks and bootie covers! I couldnt believe it!Our project was quite an ask. Relocating the hot water heater, installing a sump pump, new kitchen sink/faucet, and bringing things up to code.I have to say that Derek and Jacob are wonderful assets to this company. They were extremely professional and friendly. Also, they provided us with three options to choose from. They were also upfront and honest about the cost by advising us of the best case and worst case scenarios!!We want to thank all of you for the hard work you did and for making this house a home!

    We had part of our main sewer line collapse. Which meant no exit plumbing. They got Josiah out to give us an estimate the same day when I explained over the phone the urgency. After they looked at things, gave us an estimate, and we gave them the go ahead, they were back to work on it the next day! Then they had issues with other utilities being in the way of the dig and pipes route, and then our ditch culvert was leaking water over where they were working at the end of our driveway. Cañon City ditch wouldnt turn the ditch water off for them to work on it. So, they thought they wouldnt be able to finish until the ditch dry season. But they worked together to come up with a solution and got the job done! Were so thankful. Were also so thankful that these guys were not arguing, smoking, or cussing on our property and they were polite. We appreciated their hard work and getting the job done for us so we can get back to our daily lives.

    It was altogether a professional experience. We will absolutely use them again in the future. They were prompt, diligent workers who went above and beyond. When you set up an appointment, they call you to make sure youre home before they send out the technician. They also text you a photo of the person that theyre sending so that you dont accidentally let the wrong person into your house. When you set a time, they show up at that time. They keep you in the loop when theyre working on stuff, and make sure that youre ok with any changes before they start on it. We originally planned a large project - pulling out all of the ancient plumbing in the walls of the bathrooms and replacing it. They started by drilling into the cement to find the spot to tie into, planning to work their way from the floor up. After they drilled, they found that the main waste was mostly disintegrated. They stopped their work, and showed us what they had found. They patiently explained the ramifications of what they found, worked out a few different options for solutions, and made sure to work within our budget. My husband and I decided to change our priorities and replace the main waste line instead of the other work we had planned. Mike, our serviceperson, seamlessly switched to the new job. They were tidy about their work, and always tried to leave us running water when they left for the evening. No ones ever thrilled to find new plumbing problems, but they made it as painless as possible and turned it into a great experience!

    After trying several companies in the area, Patterson has been the best company by far. They have provided several different types of services, and each time the staff is not only respectful and kind, but they also spend the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of your questions thoroughly.     Our A/C went out while the outside temps were 100+ Matthew Calhoun, our service tech tried to repair it, but the compressor died right after he left. He returned as soon as we called and identified the problem. Knowing we would have to wait over the weekend until a new unit could be installed, he was able to get us a couple of portable units to tie us over. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and had actually been here before to install a water heater. Patterson and Matthew have provided excellent service and we will use them again.

    Woke up to a broken barn hydrant over the weekend. Called Patterson and a technician was out first thing Monday morning. The job was assessed and a parts list was made. The broken hydrant was removed and the line capped so we had water in our home . A small army of Patterson technicians came first thing Tuesday morning and installed a new hydrant and a shut off valve . Forgot to mention the guys had to dig down in four feet of wet heavy mud ! Not one complaint from these gentlemen completely professional. This is our fourth time having Paterson Plumbing and Heating come out and repair something and we couldnt be happier! They are professional, courteous and know what they are doing and stand by their work! Our Patterson technicians were Robert, Brendon, Gavin ,Croy and Andre. These gentlemen were personable, courteous , professional and do great work !!! Thanks again guys !!!

    May, 2024)Hello everyone,The hard part of the day is knowing that you are having plumbing issues, the easy part is to choose Patterson Plumbing and Heating. Our problem was our washing machine wasn’t draining fast enough in the drain pipe. I had a handheld snake and tried to snake it, but it just wouldn’t drain fast enough and water would be running on the floor from where the drain pipe went in. PPH came out and ran an inspection camera. Our house is a little older so the water that wasn’t draining, was from PVC to cast iron. The cast iron had partially collapsed. This led to having to re-route the drain system from the washing machine. It was all completed in one day.     I had a water heater issue that resulted in a full replacement. I also had a old broiler removed to include the radiators throughout the house. I cant speak on value or comparison of other installers, due to not getting qoutes. I have used Patterson in the past for other issues and I have always enjoyed the professionalism they bring. They fully explain the issue at hand and provide a few options that address repair and cost; to include an option to stabilize the issue. I used their financing and it was quick to apply on the spot. The team that showed up was professional and very respectful and nice. Even among one another, they portrayed strong team work and respect to one another. The team was all over my home completing their tasks and were respectful of my property. Very mature, no foul language and very appreciative of my offering them a drink or candy bar. The entire team worked all day very efficiently. Poor guys didnt eat lunch I dont think. But remained on task and professional. Patterson leadership....dont let these guys go. Great help is difficult to find these days.

    Patterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc is a Fantastic company. They are always professional and helpful when it comes to repairs. I have called on them for several repairs at my home. My last repair was top-notch. The tech Robert was super helpful and went above and beyond to help get everything running the way it should. He repaired my roof-top swamp cooler and had to make many repairs to get it going properly. Even on a 100 degree day he did everything in his power to make sure things were working properly before leaving my home. His helper Domenic was great as well. They were a great team and made the whole process go smoothly, even through all the hick-ups they found with the swamp cooler unit.     We had to have a new Rinnai hot water system installed - our old one was 16 years old and no longer worked properly. We called Patterson due to their outstanding reputation. Nate, Derek, and Josiah came to do the installation. They arrived promptly on time and throughout the course of the installation they kept me apprised of the install job. They were extremely courteous throughout the installation. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area before they left. I was so impressed with all three of these young men, I tried to give them a nice tip but they courteously refused to accept any money. They said that the fact that I wanted to give them a tip was reward enough for them. I was very impressed. In the future, if I have plumbing needs again, I will most certainly call Patterson Plumbing and Heating!

    When I called Patterson Plumbing and Heating Cassie answered with a very warm and professional response. She was extremely polite and helpful while scheduling an appointment for the team to respond. We had 2 toilets that seemed to need a new seal and a slow shower drain that needed attention. Mikey arrived on time and was courteous and polite from the first Hello! Our list had grown a bit from my initial call. He was knowledgeable and professional reviewing each of my concerns, explaining how each worked and what a resolve would be for each one. Mikey worked up a plan with 3 options and cost plans discussing each level with me. He laid out a consumer friendly approach how to resolve my plumbing issues in a comfortable non-pressure way. Mikey was kind to explain and answer my Husbands concerns and questions as well. Once we decided our chosen plan Mikey got his plan together by calling his team to obtain the needed parts and help to execute the plan. After lunch and gathering the needed parts Mikey got right to working the plan. Mike came with the replacement toilets and fixtures lending a hand to the installs. Mike is also a very polite and knowledgeable with a nice and gentle approach. I let both Mike and Mikey meet our cat Frankie who I explained is not allowed to go outside! Both men were very careful while at the doors not allowing for an escape! They went above and beyond with all aspects of their response to our needs.     Not the least expensive, but superior service and quality. I had a leak between the meter and the house. We had to shut the water off. Mike made us a definite priority. I had four trucks, three plumbers and one manager busting their butts in the rain digging up my yard. They fixed the leak, replaced my regulator and shut off valve and got my water back on.They were careful to not make a mess of my yard (laid plastic down), cleaned my yard and sidewalk of dirt and mud. They wore shoe covers when entering my house. They also cleaned up any mess in the house.Highly recommend these professionals who proudly wear sharp looking uniforms.     I woke up 2 days after Christmas, and my furnace was down. I called a place I have used before, but they were unable to get to me until late afternoon, which might have been cutting it close on getting the part to repair it. When I got a hold of Patterson at approximately 8:30 am they told me they would be able to get someone out later that morning. The service tech Bryan was here about 11:45 am, and had the heat back up by about 2:00 pm. Patterson is pricey compared to some other HVAC companies Ive used, but were very good on giving me a reliable arrival time, and also very good on having accurate price breakdowns on the estimates, including model #s on the components they use. I was impressed with the professional attitude of this company.

The assistance I received was immediate, honest and fair. This started with the office staff who contacted me and were helpful and sympathetic to my problem and took care of coordinating everything. Bryan took care of my furnace check and I had help from Joe and Greg with the diagnosis of and repair estimates for what ended up being a massive emergency plumbing project.     This is my first time my A/C has needed any attention and I decided to call Patterson Plumbing and Heating! Everything from the initial phone call with Christina to the end of the job being completed by Bryan and Braden was a very great experience and the best customer service I could have asked for. They insisted on wearing shoe booties to keep my house clean and were very respectful! They diagnosed my issues right away and gave me a few different options on long term things to think about as well as what they recommended to get done right away. They were very busy and almost a week scheduled out but Christina and Bryan pulled some strings to get my house back to being cool and my family comfortable within one day after my call!     Dave and Josh were so professional and very helpful. What started out as a kitchen sink leak became a lot more because Dave took the time to identify other problems. When they finished the job I asked if I could request them for any further problems. I had other appointments while they were working and was very comfortable leaving them alone in my home.     Neil Came out to replace the back outdoor faucet as it kept wanting to keep watering even when we were done. He is very professional, polite and helpful when I was working on the sink hardware as well. He worked quickly and very efficiently as well as pointed out something else that I may need to look at repairing/fixing in the future. When he first came out for the faucet problem, he was able to shut it off until I could schedule a better time to have the work done. And he showed up quickly.     Patterson Plumbing has taken good care of us. They did a huge sewer line job for us 4 years ago and were very professional and honest. This year we were having some issues with the same line and we were worried we would need to pay again to get the same issue fixed. Nope! Joe and his team came out and said when they fix something it should last decades and they redid the entire job to make sure we had no further issues without charging us a dime.They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one and got the work done quickly and to a high standard.     If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. My sump pump went out late on a Saturday night and after quite some time of us trying to get it to work I conceded and called a plumber (Roto Rooter). That was a horrible experience and will never recommend them. I then called PPH. From their answering service to their technician, Derek, everything was fantastic. Derek was here within two hours of me calling and that was just his travel time. When I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay as much as he quoted he showed me how to replace everything myself. That seemed a bigger task than I wanted to tackle (not to mention I couldn’t get past the smell) so I told Derek to go ahead and do it. Within 2 hours he had left to go get a new pump and installed it. I couldn’t believe how quick he was done and everything was working perfectly. A little pricey on the service but well worth it especially for a weekend disaster.

John he has installed various items in my home and after the work was completed he ensured that the area was clean. As to date I only wish to have John provide service, as I feel comfortable with his skill level.     I didn’t choose quality or value only because I have no real basis for comparison and I think it takes time to know if the product works and lasts to expectations.We were not ready at our scheduled time due to some dropped communications. Our technician was extremely professional about the situation and left to work another call.     On a recent visit to my elderly fathers house in Canon city CO his air conditioning quit. PP and H came very quickly diagnosed the problem and made a fair estimate to replace the entire unit. They were very professional and their tech Bryan was outstanding. Also the wonderful secretary in the office gave me the much needed piece of mind that the job would get done in a timely manner so that I could return to my home. You call, they set the first available appointment, they send you reminder texts of the appointment, and on the day of? They not only call to say we are on our way, they text message the same thing with the name of your technician. I have had my HVAC inspected and repaired, and a new hot water heater installed. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend this company to all!

    5 STARS!We had a horrible issue with our sump pump- floor damage, wall damage, the whole 9..... If youve ever had those type of issues you understand the frustration. We were very worried about the cost of all the repairs. We googled plumbers in the area and chose to work with PPH because of their high ratings and reviews, and now I know why they have those reviews!What a great company. They were able to get out here within 2 days but got the work/repairs done within what seemed like minutes. Our technician was Nate Fluharty. He was very friendly and respectful and did an amazing job! He had to cut in our wall to access where the repair needed to be done. He was very careful to protect the floor (even though it needed to be replaced) and we really appreciated how little damage was done to the wall (weve had a plumber come in and just take a hammer to a wall once)! He was very knowledgeable and explained things to us where we could understand and gave us some ideas on how to prevent what had happened. We will ALWAYS use PPH for any plumbing needs from here on out and I hope you give them a shot!Thanks PPH!!!!

    Previous company didnt properly install or vent new gas/propane furnace. Gyasi and the team at Patterson came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired everything the next day. Saved us from possible propane/carbon monoxide poisoning — how do you put a price on that? Second time now that Patterson has come out and done great work for us. They are now the only ones well call. Excellent!

    My wifes house the other day and had huge leak under the house and out in the yard. I called in a local plumber they charged me 200$ to show up and find... nothing. I then called Patterson. They sent Derek out within a few hours. He spent a good amount of time looking couldnt find the problem and kept looking only to figure out it is the water main in to the house from the meter. I received an estimate with in mins and he clearly laid out my options and ideas to help. I hired them and I couldnt be happier that I did. From the time they stepped on to the job they have been friendly helpful and professional. The job has turned out to be alot more work then expected with shale causing it to be a much bigger harder job. They have worked hard and got water back on before the weekend. I can not express how grateful I am to them for making this job personal and getting it done. I can not recommend them enough and look forward to working with them when needed in the future.
