T Milburn Construction was the contractor I chose to complete work on my house through the Norfolk Rehabilitation Program. When I say that they went above and beyond what I imagined. All work was done well, and quickly. T Milburn was communicative, and took time to understand what I wanted and executed it masterfully. I highly recommend their services, and look forward to working with them in the future.

Amazing work. Workers came at promised time cleaned behind themselves and were very respectful..My bathroom remodel was exactly what I asked for. My roof job took 1 day. And my whole house was painted inside and out within 2 days. Happy customer. Will definitely use them again. 👍

T Millburn Construction recently put up a private fence around my home as well as built a gazebo for me in my backyard. This company does amazing work. Everything from their work ethic, professionalism, technical skills, mannerisms, etc. were unmatched. Ive never had the enjoyment of any other experience with other companies. And the owner of the company is drop dead gorgeous. When I laid eyes on her it was love at first sight.
