I just want to say thank you to MNK for making our dream come true . After 2 years with a horrible contractor and a huge loss and disappointment. We found MNK at the home improvement show in Virginia Beach and from the moment we met them they understood the problem we had faced and helped us make our dream a reality. They were very professional with everything aspect of the job and made us feel comfortable .They did their best to put us as a priority and listened and made great suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to build a deck or room or whatever you’re thinking about building. The workers were so polite and cleaned up everyday before they left . And informed us as to the schedule would look like . We recently had the pleasure of working with MNK for the construction of our 3 seasons room/EZE Breeze room and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. MNK Unlimited is the go to if you are looking to add a deck/outdoor area. The team Bo, James and Steve were nothing short of amazing. Through the design phase to finished product, they were exceptionally well to work with and on time. They were upfront and honest about expectations for our privacy panels which they quoted would not arrive until next March. They surprised us when they somehow found away to install them about a week after the deck was done this November. Absolutely surpassed my expectations! My neighbors came by to check out the addition and now they are getting contacts to work with MNK. James and Steve, you guys are rare gems in today’s way of things, thank you for the laughs and impressive work!!

Composite deck with aluminum rails and recessed lighting. We also had them skirt the existing sunroom to make it match the new deck. Bo is a great salesman to go through, and the build crew (James, Joe, and Jake) were fantastic. We are completely happy with the outcome and how it transformed the back of our house. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the work MNK did for us. We made a significant investment in our backyard and it turned out better than imagined. The entire process wasn’t without issue but how often do things go off without a hitch? Our issues were addressed quickly, professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. Our neighbors have all commented more about how hard the deck and patio crews than our new living space! Would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our deck rebuilt that includes a screened-in sunroom with composite flooring, aluminum rails and recessed lighting. When we initially met with Bo, he captured everything that we had envisioned. From the demolition crew to the installation crew, we were impressed with every step of the way. James and his team did an outstanding job on rebuilding our deck. They were very professional and answered any concerns we had. Shannon kept us posted on the schedule and accommodated any changes we had. We are enjoying our new sunroom and would highly recommend MNK Unlimited!

I have absolutely no regrets about choosing MNK to build a deck in my backyard. A lot of contractors install the same and top of the line materials. How MNK is better than other contractors is their people. I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with their office staff and more importantly their field installers. Their people were very accommodating, even when I had to delay my project. They were all very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. The communication was very open and I always knew what to expect in regards to the job timeline, specifications, and payments. They kept my property very clean during construction. I will be contacting MNK again when I have an opportunity to do another outdoor project. Choose MNK for your outdoor project, you will not regret it.

MNK just finished our two level deck last week. Old deck plus foundation removed and new deck and foundation installed. Even with bad weather and holidays work was done quickly.Workers were absolutely the most professional and friendliest group we have ever had here. Every morning they would stop at the front door just to say hello to our dog. Every afternoon they cleaned their worksite prior to leaving. After leaving on their final day the yard looked like no one had been there.The finished project was perfect. From our first meeting with Bo to the final walk through with Steve every person we dealt with or talked to were very professional.The old saying “you get what you pay for” definitely applies here. You pay for a professional job at a fair price completed in a reasonable time and that is exactly what you get with MNK Unlimited.Absolutely recommended!!!

MNK built a small deck in my backyard and did an OUTSTANDING job. Their salesman, Bo, got to my level with me and helped me pick out lights and railing. * The material they use is of highest quality as well, beautiful clean boards! Bo was extremely polite and professional. The workers were very accepting of my last minute, small changes on the ends of the boards. The office personnel was very nice and helpful and worked with me on the billing and provided me up to date information on deliveries and deadlines. Truly an outstanding company. Would 10/10 recommend!!!! Love my set up now.

Working with MNK unlimited was a positive experience from start to finish. From my first impression when Bo came to do the estimate and their helpfulness as I made several adjustments along the way to the skill and talent of Joe and Wayne and the rest of the crew, I’ve been more than satisfied throughout the process. I was kept informed every step of the way. The crew showed up every morning at 8:00 am and worked steadily and diligently all day. Everyone with whom I came in contact were personable and professional. The estimate was very fair and for the quality of the work and the quality of the people, I’d say it was a bargain! I can’t wait to start using my new deck.

We recently replaced our old deck with a large, beautiful screened porch. We opted for the EZ Breeze windows and this truly makes this a 3-season room. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result and with our experience with MNK. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional, top notch in their work and the result is an addition that doesn’t look like an addition....it looks like it is original to our home. This is what you strive for in adding on to your home. Mike, the owner and Bo, the sales rep went out of their way to make sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied with the entire process. I have a three floor town home and hired MNK Unlimited to replace an existing deck with a paver patio on the ground floor and decks on the second and third floors. The original deck was poorly designed and constructed and felt very unsafe. MNK completely tore down the old deck, moved the posts out to create more stability and rebuilt both decks. The decks decks are completely solid and well built, which addressed my major concern regarding safety. In addition, the new deck looks great. They gave me really good advice on the material. The work was done well and completed in a timely manner.

MNK Unlimited goes above and beyond! My father in law lost his leg this past year and we contacted them for advice on material and design for building a ramp for their home so he could get in and out safely. MNK donated ALL of the material for us to build the ramp and the owner Mike even came by to help guide us in building the ramp. Thank you MNK Unlimited!

Bo came out and he was really helpful. Wish we could have hired them but since our damage was outside scope of what they could do (dealing with interior), he came all the way out for nothing. Despite not being able to make money off us he took a minute to talk to us about our problem and possible solutions. You dont find businesses that are genuinely decent people enough these days and the fact he was still willing to talk to us after learning they wouldnt be making money off us speaks volume. Ill be reaching out to them when we are in need of any decking needs.

MNK Unlimited is an awesome company!! We had them install no maintenance windows called EZ Breeze on our back porch to turn it into a sunroom in 2019. They did an awesome job! However two years later we noticed that there was a small gap next to the house wall. I emailed Shannon to request a quote to fill in the gap. The guys came out and filled in the gap and did a great job!! Call MNK Unlimited and they will treat you right!!😊
