    I would absolutely recommend Kitchen Emporium for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.Our project could not have gone better. It started ahead of schedule and finished earlier than promised. The costs were clearly explained upfront — their were no hidden fees or surprise costs. The cost of the project was very reasonable given the high quality of the work.It was a joy to have Rob as the project manager. He was calm and confident, always professional, and outstanding at communicating. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions that I had with full and understandable answers.Every subcontractor that Kitchen Emporium employed was top notch. The overall quality of the work was excellent.My husband and I could not be more pleased with our new kitchen. Again, we would then give our highest recommendation to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. I cannot imagine a better company to work with.

    Having overseen many design & construction projects over the years, it is rare to have such a seamless and professional experience as we did with Kitchen Emporium! I chose them because of their stellar reviews, and I wasnt disappointed. Dennis was attentive to all our needs and requests, including budget! Every single subcontractor he sent to our house arrived as scheduled, and were respectful of our property. Much of the work was done while we were not in residence, with us granting access remotely as each arrived. We were present when installers Tim & Bo did the initial installation -- they did beautiful work and clearly enjoy their jobs, and were just fun to be around. We are totally delighted with the our kitchen; we wouldnt change a thing!

    We are extremely satisfied with our kitchen renovation completed by the Kitchen Emporium. Dennis was very receptive to both the specifics and general concepts we wanted incorporated into the finished product. His years of experience was evident when it came to his suggestions of things to consider.We were also was very pleased with the quality of work put forth by each of the different trades involved with the actual demolition and installation. These contractors were skilled, friendly and took pride in their work. Dennis made frequent visits to the job site and the work progress flowed very well.Our final bill was LESS than the signed estimate when the amount of work required was less than anticipated.     I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Our kitchen project was finished just before Christmas.Since my wife and I had never worked with a kitchen designer before, I decided to ask folks on the Western Branch Coming Together Facebook group who they recommend. I got several responses that highly recommended Dennis Wieckert at Kitchen Emporium.Working with Dennis he helped us develop a plan for our kitchen – this was a complete remodel. He was very patient with us as we worked through our options, cost and layout. What I learned working with Dennis is that he is not here to sell you a kitchen, he is hear to give you the best customer service experience possible. He did not disappoint. To say he was fantastic to work with, is an understatement. In addition, every one of his subcontractors was fantastic.     We would enthusiastically recommend Kitchen Emporium to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob and his team. The project started on time, stayed on schedule, and was completed with no rework required. The Kitchen Emporium team were like family; they were friendly, courteous, professional, and flexible. They maintained pristine work spaces, judiciously cleaned up at the end of each day, and clearly communicated their needs, impending problems, or concerns. Their proactive and engaged communication kept us fully abreast of progress and made the entire experience fly by.Each time a new contractor was scheduled to do work, Rob came by and introduced the contractor to us and reiterated to both the contractor and us the expectations and timelines.     First of all I want to say that Kitchen Emporium has a well professional team of talented staff. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. From the people who removed the cabinets and countertops did a great job!! The gentle who plastered the wall did great, the electrical trimout was great and they leveled all the new switches perfectly, the plumber did a great job installer the new new sink and faucet and dishwasher and disposal. The cabinet installer was outstanding, he lined up each cabinet and leveled them perfect. The counter installers did a great job!! the backsplash installers did a awesome job! great design. We want to truly thank Rob for his great design and input. Thanks again!!

    When my kitchen and master bathroom needed full update, I went to Kitchen Emporium at the recommendation of my husbands senior partner.Dennis is the best. We started discussing our project with Dennis and then life happened. My husband and I got derailed for some other issues. When we approached Dennis again later, he greeted us with same warmth and enthusiasm back in Kitchen Emporium. He exactly knew where did we left off. Dennis understood what I was looking for in my home. Recommendations I received from Dennis for my home are so much functional for our need and our kitchen-master bath look amazing. Later we met Rob, the owner and I understood that they work for your satisfaction and not just for selling a kitchen renovation.     My 1959 kitchen desperately needed an upgrade and Kitchen Emporium did an excellent job! The remodel was from the ceiling to the floor and the finished job is beautiful.     Doing a full Kitchen or Bathroom remodel is a huge task, We went to several places to compare. We decided on Kitchen Emporium after meeting and talking to Rob. We are so glad that we did, everyone there was so friendly and patient as we ask our many questions. Their craftmanship was excellent and no detail to the wants and needs of ours were too small for them to help with.     I engaged Kitchen Emporium for a kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels and installation of a dry/beverage bar in my newly purchased condo. The company has a great reputation for providing great customer service and I was not disappointed. Dennis worked with me on the kitchen and dry bar projects and provided great design idea options to me. He saw the project through from start to finish and was great at communicating with me throughout. I worked with Rob for the two bathroom remodels and again, was not disappointed with the service provided. The subs used for tile installation, electrical, plumbing, and painting for all the projects were high quality, reliable, friendly and professional. I really appreciated how nonintrusive they were while working in my home and always cleaned up well after themselves. Both Dennis and Rob would stop by periodically to personally oversee the work being done and speak with me about next steps. I have used other inferior contracting companies in the past and had disappointing experiences with them. So I know a quality company when I see one.Kitchen Emporium may be a bit more expensive than some other companies, but I have learned the hard way you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Kitchen Emporium and would use them again in the future.

    We were very happy with our choice to have Kitchen Emporium complete our kitchen renovation!! Rob was very knowledgeable and coordinated every aspect of the job. The Koch cabinets we purchased for installation were of high quality. They are made in the USA and come in. Any different kinds of woods, stains, and cabinet fronts. It took 6 weeks for the cabinets to be made and once they were shipped Rob promptly called us with the demo date for our kitchen. Every trade worker that was sent out to complete their portion of the job was outstanding! They arrived on time and completed their job when scheduled. Each was very professional. Rob was always accessible to us and kept us informed at every step. We paid half down when the cabinets were ordered and the final half was not expected until the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were extremely happy with this job by Kitchen Emporium!

    My sister recommended Kitchen Emporium, and Stephanie Rowe specifically, after Stephanie oversaw my sister’s full kitchen remodel in 2021. So glad I took her up on the recommendation.Stephanie was amazing! She helped guide me through a full kitchen remodel and partial bathroom remodel of a small rental property in Portsmouth. She organized and coordinated anything I asked her to, but let me do any part of the project myself or hire anyone I wanted to hire. Every time I thought I could coordinate a piece of the project and save a few dollars, I regretted it! Just let her handle everything - it’ll save you time (and money) in the long run. She works with knowledgeable, skilled, and reasonably priced subcontractors. If she trusts them, you should too. And if something goes wrong, she’ll make sure it gets addressed immediately. Stephanie also has great, creative ideas on how to design a space. I learned so much! Would definitely recommend Kitchen Emporium, but 100% ask for Stephanie.

    I interviewed four companies for my kitchen and office renovation. I went with Dennis at Kitchen Emporium. It was a great decision. I was not disappointed and I love my new kitchen and the wall of cabinets in my office are beautiful. Dennis was very easy to work with and he made the process painless. He makes sure all the materials are on site before the job begins. Dennis had his things to order and I had mine. We were scheduled to begin the first week in August and end the last week in August and thats exactly what happened. Dennis has a wonderful group of experienced contractors he works with that are not only professional, but have a strong sense of integrity, and wont stop until the job is done right. The few moments of concern I expressed were met with positivity and action.This was a dream come true not only with the finished product but througout the process.     If I could give 10 stars to Kitchen Emporium, I would. I have done business with many contractors in my life and my kitchen remodel was the best experience I have ever had. I did a lot of research over the past year trying to find a reputable, affordable and innovative kitchen remodeler; I found that in Rob at Kitchen Emporium. The job came in on budget (almost to the penny), on time and every time a plumber, carpenter, plasterer, etc was scheduled, they showed up on time and did meticulous work. They were friendly, professional and all were incredibly impressive in their attention to detail and cleanliness. Rob helped me achieve a more efficient, beautiful and functional kitchen, its absolutely stunning! There are NO kitchen questions that Rob cant answer and his knowledge conveys an assuring sentiment that made me confident that I was getting a quality remodel. I am so happy I found Kitchen Emporium, the other estimates and remodelers I dealt with were outrageously expensive and brought no creative ideas to my remodel. The tradesmen/women who worked on my kitchen are on my speed dial if I ever have a carpentry, plumbing or flooring need in my home!

    Our complete kitchen remodel was virtually flawless. Rob and his crew were so well organized and the 4 week process went very smoothly. They actually finished a day early! The cabinets are so beautiful, as are our Cambria Quartz countertops. We have recommended Kitchen Emporium to several of our neighbors, all of whom have raved over our gorgeous kitchen.     I was interested in upgrading my kitchen so I asked some friends for references for a specialist based on experience. I received a strong reference from a trusted friend to contact Dennis at Kitchen Emporium. From the very beginning Dennis described the process, explained the differences in quality, and pricing expectations. I ordered quality custom made cabinetry and upscale granite countertops. I was pleasantly surprised with the total quote. The entire process of working with Dennis and the subs was phenomenal. Dennis told me what to expect along the process. He also told me that his subs are professionals that he uses repeatedly and that I could trust their expertise and honesty if I had to leave them alone in the house.     I met with Rob after checking prices at two other cabinet stores. Not only did he have better pricing but the quality of his cabinets surpassed the others as well. Slow close drawers and doors came standard and no press board here (more durable). The installer was also very meticulous and did a wonderful job with the install. Not a cookie cutter design but one that would work in our space. Second, a friend used them twice and highly recommended them. She was right.The level or professionalism, respect for our property, showing up on time, cleaning up after themselves was just great. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Thats harder to find than you would think. Ours was a complete remodel; new electrical, floor and backsplash, appliances and a redesign of the available space to make it more efficient. All of the subs knew their trade very well and executed their portion flawlessly.I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

    We are very pleased with our remodeled kitchen. We worked with Rob throughout the project and he gave accurate estimates, watched to be certain that everything went well, kept up with the contractors and pushed to finish a week earlier than expected. Our cabinets were replaced, wood flooring refinished, the peninsula removed with an island placed, a new stove top was inserted, and a new microwave and double ovens were placed. We give the company 5 stars out of 5 and will call them again if we ever need to remodel a kitchen.

    Great Creds to Kitchen Emporium!All too often I will not write a review because we have become a society lacking good customer care – call me negative but more often than not I don’t find much good to write about when it comes to customer care. It seems that our customer care standards have diminished and service is always lacking. This is NOT the case dealing with Kitchen Emporium and Dennis.I am giving these people a gold star and great creds. WHY?I received excellent care and performance all the way thru the process of design, planning and Install by the Kitchen Emporium crew. Starting with Dennis’s open mindedness and his patience showing us all kinds of options helped us be extremely successful with a design. That coupled with his installation team and countertop subcontractor made for a huge happy household with us .If I was grading this I’d give it the highest remarks especially in these days when all to often you don’t even get callbacks or follow ups . Kitchen Emporium exceeded every expectation. Good customer care , good communications , accurate deliveries and updates all thru the process .     Completed a bathroom remodel. Outstanding work and attention to detail. Work involved removing a fiberglass jetted tub and installing a new vanity and custom shower, and retiling the floor. Also had significant drywall repair due to previous leaks. Bathroom looks better than when the house was built.Rob and all of the contractors were easy to work with, took time to understand our desires and provided input based on their experience when we were stuck. Will definitely use Kitchen Emporium for future work.

    After 30 years of living with the same kitchen counter tops, my husband and I were ready for a makeover. We had recently had the kitchen floors replaced and they made the counter tops look more dated than ever. We decided to contact Kitchen Emporium to do the work. They had installed our original counter tops and cabinetry when the house was built in 1991. The fact that they are still in business and do very little advertising speaks volumes. We are so glad we decided to work with them. The entire process from rip out to installation went better than we had hoped. We had hardwood floors installed about a year ago in our den and bought the wood from a large retail lumber supply store. They contracted out the installation and what a nightmare that was. Not the case with KE. All of their contractors were professional and on time. Virtually no cleanup was involved on our part. (The folks that performed the rip out of the old counter tops spilled some dish detergent on our driveway that had leaked from the dispenser on the old sink. They even wanted to clean that up.)The rip out was performed in the morning and we had our new granite counter tops installed later that afternoon.We had some minor woodworking as well. Two wooden support dowels at the end of the bar had to be replaced because the new counter tops were not as thick as he old ones. KE ordered the dowels and stained them to match the existing cabinets. The new dowels are even nice than the old ones as they have some fluting running up the sides to give them more detail.Rob also put us in contact with an electrician to install our lights. Once again-top notch service.Rob came by our home to check on the work afterwards to see if we were satisfied. Satisfied would be an understatement. He even brought a goodie bag with two wine glasses and a bottle of wine. The wine was not necessary, but it certainly was a nice added touch!I would definitely recommend Kitchen Emporium to anyone to perform their kitchen remodel.

    Kitchen Emporium installed my cabinets ten years ago and they are still beautiful. I did get a chip in the paint on the bottom of one of them and went in to the shop looking for a repair kit, which they had to order for me. When it arrived, I went in to pay and was told no-charge. Impressive way to do business. By the way, they remembered me from our job years ago--not sure youd find that often.

The agreed to a tight schedule to completely redo our hall bath that included going down to the studs and ripping out our tub and installing a custom wall-in shower. What a great job!!!     Working with Kitchen Emporium in the design and installation of our remodeled kitchen was a pleasure. The owner, Rob Rardon, is a consummate gentleman, very attentive and accommodating to his customers desires and needs. His partner, Dennis, is energetic, enthusiastic, and also a delightful gentleman to work with. KE has a wide selection of cabinetry, from basic to elegant. You can view hundreds of samples of wood stains and finishes, perhaps 100 varieties of glass inserts, and 200-or-so options for handles. If you like hardware you see elsewhere, KE will work with you without a hassle. Their installers and subcontractors are friendly, professional, and efficient. We had a few unforeseen issues pop up along the way and KEs contractors found very creative solutions as they arose. The payment plan Rob worked out for us was very fair and unpressured all the way. Rob maintained close communications with us throughout the selection via phone, email, or visits, and installation process and ensured we were thoroughly satisfied with the project before it closed.

    I am so happy with my new kitchen!! I love my tile floors, beautiful cabinets and granite countertops! It looks so modern compared to my knotty pine cabinets!     Kitchen Emporium is an excellent company to work with. They are VERY capable of handling any renovation you want. We had our kitchen renovated. They removed a wall between the kitchen and den, added a peninsula in place of the wall, installed all new cabinets and quartz countertops. This included the installation of the load-bearing beam (in place of the wall) and all the related electrical and plumbing. The job went exactly as planned, on schedule and on quote, and the results are exactly what we wanted. The contractors have a lot of experience and are punctual, polite and professional. For example, the day the electrician was scheduled to arrive, we requested several changes. He incorporated the changes (at additional cost, of course) and still finished on time.Our renovation experience was excellent. We highly recommend this company.
