    Working with Farrell is a pleasure. Our first meeting for an estimate was on time. Anthony responded with price quickly. We then met with Anthony and Nicole to view products - all before we signed contract. There is no high pressure.Chris came to measure for our walls as we are replacing tub with shower. Today, Chris, Anthony and Justine came for preconstruction. I like the thoroughness. Justine inspected each part I ordered. We are scheduled to begin project within days. Very excited so far. I researched many companies and decided on Farrell as they are a family owned and the reviews are excellent. The one day installs of other companies have many complaints. Will add photos of completed job. This photo is before with a tub.second photo shows the beautiful shower install. Each step from tear down to cement board and finished product - Sentrel is perfect. Very professional job. Rusty is the drywall king, Adam super with plumbing. Very happy with job and company. Today faucet was installed. Perfect job. Ryan did outstanding work, cleaned area before leaving. Farrell is 15 out of 10!!

    We had clogged toilet and back up problem. We needed them asap. They did not disappoint, they were here within a couple hours. Our plumber was courteous and professional. Did an amazing job.     This was the second time that I used Ferrell. I was so happy with the first Time so they were the only ones that I even thought of when I needed my kitchen faucets replaced. I used to be able to do this stuff myself, but due to numerous injuries and ailments, I can’t do it anymore. I have always said that I don’t mind paying extra for good quality work and that is precisely what they did this time and the previous time. These guys are officially “my plumbers”. They are the only ones that I would ever recommend. Thanks again!!

    After my 16 year old water heater broke, I decided to replace it with a new energy efficient hybrid (heat pump) one. I quoted 5 different professional plumbers in the Tampa area. The quotes varied widely. Farrell offered me a very fair price on the install (I decided to source the unit myself) and had an excellent communication/quoting process. When the day arrived, the team was on-time and very professional. When the county inspector (permit) requested a change, Farrell was back out to make the change with zero hassle. The whole process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

    The day before Milton arrived and we are all frantically preparing, my shower and toilet backed up! I made acall to Farrell Plumbing and Adam and his partner (I think Ezrah?) were here in 30 minutes.     My shower drain cover was sinking!?!? I contacted Farrell and someone came out within a day to evaluate the issue. The service tech was very knowledgeable/professional and advised it was not a serious issue but nut one that would be better handled by a handyman rather than a plumber.

    We just had Shane come out & fix our leak that was in the very middle of our trailer. He was very professional, courteous & did a great job! They sent a picture telling us which plumber would arrive for the service call. He arrived promptly for the appointment.Shane made sure everything worked properly as should when he was done.     I called Farrell Plumbing yesterday afternoon and they had someone out first thing this morning to help figure out what’s wrong with our septic issues. My husband had to work so poor Shane had to explain things to me and then was so patient and explained everything again to my husband over the phone. He was extremely detailed and very thorough in investigating the situation. I can’t thank Farrell and Shane enough for getting us through this awful experience quickly and efficiently.     We had Farrell plumbing out to check a clogged sink line. It led them out to the septic tank and drain field. At first the technician shane thought it was the leach field. He called his supervisor Justin to confirm. After further inspection it was confirmed that the leach field was fine and the septic tank just needed to be pumped out. That saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you so much Shane and Justin at Farrell plumbing. I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing issues. They were honest and and straightforward in there dealings with us as the customer.

    We had a pretty bad leak due to the hot water valve in our laundry room. After seeing a ton of referrals for Farrell Plumbing we decided to give them a try & they did not disappoint! Nick, our plumber, was extremely thorough and professional! He had to replace the entire valve panel and did a fantastic job! He worked quick, was very precise, and we were charged a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and will definitely use Farrell Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

    Thank you so much to Shane and Elijah who came out today after I called this morning to fix my leaking toilet. They were very polite! It ended up being a small issue where a piece came dislodged from where it was supposed to be so they put it back and place and did not charge me for the visit. I really appreciated that they didn’t take advantage of someone who did not know it was a simple fix. Very reliable company and highly recommend them in the future.     Farrell Plumbing really has all of your concerns covered, on time, quick, incredibly courteous, informative, pricing set on their hand held device (so you know they arent assessing your willingness to pay whatever they say). My tech arrived within minutes of the notice he was on his way, the early side of the set appointment (didnt have to wait for him to show up, so many companies could learn from this alone), quick walk thru the job, great personality and exuded the pride of working for a company he has nothing but great things to talk about.10 out of 10.Also, they beat the other company by less than half without charging for simply showing up since Im local for them.I forgot a house I turned on in the yard to help drain the piping, he found the hose, turned it off, only mentioned it to make sure I turn every faucet off in case I forgot any more.Highly impressed.

    Farrell was extremely responsive when I called for a pipe break and no water to my house. Shane was the plumber they sent and he was very professional and did a very clean job sweating pipe in the pouring rain. The price was fair and I would highly recommend Farrell Plumbing. I also had another leak at a hose bib and Shane was honest and didn’t try and upsell and do unnecessary work, the hose bib only needed to be tightened and no charge to do it.

    Initially had Farrell Plumbing come out for a second opinion for a leaking acrylic tub. Another plumber stated it was cracked and would need to be replaced. Ryan diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a reasonable estimate to remedy the issue. It turns out the drain was leaking and was repaired quickly! Thank you very much Ryan and Team Farrell!

    I was flooded out from the hurricane, just like so many others. Team Farrell arrived first thing in the morning and went to work. Baseboards, doors and door frames were all removed as well as carpets and foam padding. Quick work was made of a mess that would have taken me days to complete.     Our sink stopper fell apart and we thought we found all of the parts that fell into the disposal, but when I turned it on, it made a terrible noise. So I looked online for a local plumber with good reviews. I called and to my surprise they said someone named Shane was available and could come in 15 minutes! And she said they dont charge a service call. We were expecting to pay for a new disposal, but Shane found a small screw that we missed! And he was so nice and didnt charge anything! We are keeping their info in case we have any plumbing needs! Great service!

    Shane was excellent. Looked at my washer box problem and we decided the best approach would be a whole new box with both valves replaced and gave me a reasonable estimate. The work only took about an hour. He was very friendly and explained each step. I would definitely recommend and ask for Shane again.

    My toilet was starting to seep water out from under it, so I replaced the toilet but that didnt stop the seeping...I called Farrell Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a number of people on Next Door . Shawn was amazing...and patient as I ask lots of questions about all the diagnostics and what was wrong and how to fix it. I was afraid my 3 year old great grandson had managed to flush one of his toys and it was plugging the line. Or that someone had flushed baby wipes. After finding no plugs in the line and no impingement by tree roots that would require having to replace all those lines Then the next step was to find the septic tank...finally we figured out that we needed to flush the septic system and that should take care of the issue...     Nick was my professional plumber today. I am so impressed with how quickly he assesses and explains exactly 💯 pipe problems that need updating. He even wore Booties over his shoes!!! When walking around in my house. Nick was smoothly in and out working with Farrell Plumbing fixtures get done the right way. He even showed me that my effort using Drano failed, but has a GUARANTEED or its Free!!! I will be sure to use avenues for a refund. I used two 80 oz Drano Max Gel SCJohnson a family company.     For the most part, great professionalism from James and his crew. However, they did leave some leftover old pvc but the excavator operator that came back later to fill trench took them with him.     I tried to contact 2 different plumbers and never received a call back. I saw a Farrell Plumbing truck in the area and decided to call. To my surprise, I imediately spoke to a person not an answering machine who sent a representive to provide a free estimate within hours. The next day Nick contacted me and asked if they could come earlier then scheduled. They completed the job within estimated time frame.     Had a main water leak between the meter snd the house. Shane bypassed the pvc pipe break because it was located under a large Live Oak tree. He used an upgraded flexible hose that should last 50 years and is guaranteed for 25. I was very satisfied with the work he did.I have used Farrell in the past for our hvac issues (different division of same company), and was very satisfied.Cannot comment on the price, as i didnt bother to get quotes— didnt feel like they would take advantage, and they didnt know whether or not I got other quotes. Considering the amount of work that was involved, I felt like I got good value and a job well done.The thing i dont understand, is why our neighborhood requires two live oaks in the front yard, one of which is on top of a water line. As an added bonus, the electric supply is 36 inches deep and runs directly under every live oak on our side of the street. No problem yet, but hard to believe it wont be eventually.

    The last review I did for this outfit followed the installation of two Kohler toilets . . . an excellent experience “.This time, we had an issue with a shower faucet. I called in the middle of the morning and Ryan showed up around 12:30pm. He was soft-spoken, polite, very tidy and professional. He assessed what was going on, discussed worst case/best case scenarios and we decided on a plan. We came in best case, relative to cost and he even gave us a valuable pointer so we could cover the access opening he had to create. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and this is the third “Home Run” we’ve hit with Farrell Plumbing. Give them a try!!!On to number three . . . my wife and I replaced the refrigerator that was in our kitchen with a new bottom freezer model (it’s simply no fun having to get onto one’s hands and knees to get something from the back of the bottom shelf in a bottom refrigerator model). We put the old model in the garage and wanted to be able to continue making ice in the freezer. You know who we called and the work was done quickly, efficiently and very neatly. Zack and his co-worker (can’t recall his name, but know he’s a Packer fan) were personable and professional while getting the job done (they even had to make a trip to the supply house to get a part that they didn’t have). He explained the process what he was going to dogo up on the roof snake out the line remove any obstruction and then run a camera and do a pipe inspection, he came on time he was very friendly, very knowledgeable very courteous.     Our water would not get hot and I called Farrell plumbing. Not only did they come out the same day, they came early. The two technicians that came out were very knowledgeable and professional. They checked a few things after initially seeing a code. After researching the code and the warranty on my one year old unit, they turned the heater on and off and it started to work again. They also told me it was still under warranty and to check with the manufacturer if anything happened again & they would be more than happy to come back out. They were so honest and helpful! I would definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family.Update 1-15-24Thank you, Shane!! We had to repair our water heater today. It was not getting hot and we did not hesitate to call Farrell plumbing again. Shane came out and was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to point to the source of the problem. The problem was fixed and everything put back in order. When I called Farrell this morning, I did not expect such a quick response time.     Had a leaking backyard spigot. Googled best plumber near me and Farrell plumbing had the best ratings so i gave them a shot.The appt schedule was pleasant on the phone and quickly set up for the next day, even working around appointments i already had.Plumbers showed up an hour earlier than expected which was great. They texted before to let me know they were on the way. After looking at the issue, have me a rate to approve and once that was done, completed the work in about 45 minutes without any hassles.     We had a leak at the pressure reducing valve coming from the meter to our house. Eric came out promptly to evaluate the situation . Then, after speaking with Justin, we worked out a plan and he sent John and Elijah out to my house immediately. We had two elderly people living with us. One is post surgery, so we appreciated getting the water back on ASAP. John and Elijah worked quickly, and efficiently, they explained everything that was done which was exactly as planned.     Beyond satisfied with this company and their team. I had a shower issue in my home. Being a fist time home owner I felt completely lost on the issue. But I was able to call and talk to an actual person on the phone. Trish was so helpful on the phone and with an hour I had to team members at my home to not only diagnose but also repair the issue. Between the initial call and having the problem fixed was roughly around three hours. They were quick, affordable, friendly, knowledgeable and clean with the repair.
