I used Pur Plumbing in May 2022 when our house flooded due to a water filtration line leak and they were very responsive and came within an hour. Riley was efficient, professional and took care of the problem very quickly.Fast forward to Jan 3, 2025 we called again due to a plumbing back up. Again, very responsive and Lisa was able to have Riley come out same day!Riley again was very efficient, professional, friendly and had the issue resolved within an hour and a half!Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and definitely take care of their customers!I will always use Pur Plumbing for any plumbing needs and highly recommend to family and friends!Thank you Pur Plumbing for being a stellar, customer focused company!

We purchased our brand new home a month ago and we had the same boring new construction sink everyone gets. Not only did we have that awful sink, we also had some of the push valves that are absolutely unreliable.We called Pur Plumbing to get all of the above issues addressed. George showed up to my house, changed my sink out and also those valves. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.George was honest, professional and respectful. When someone asks who I use for plumbing, my first and only response will be George with Pur Plumbing.

Chris was sent to my home on one days notice to replace 2 shutoff valves and hook up a new faucet in my laundry room deep sink.Although the space was very tight and awkward, Chris did an excellent job and is a credit to the company . He was able and very competent in explaining just what he was going to do and he did it with a minimum of inconvenienceI would definitely recommend PUR plumbing do all my future plumbing needs

I had issues with my toilet running and my water line leaking. Called Pur plumbing this morning and Patrick came out at 3p that same day and was quick, polite, and efficient. I am happy with his work and their prices seemed fair, however, I did not shop around as I needed someone urgently. I would recommend them.

We were in a rental home, and the landlord was not responsive. Whenever we would flush the toilet, poop would come up in the tub. When we washed clothes, the garage would flood and the dirty water came up in the kitchen sink. The landlord was not responsive, so we called Pur Plumbing at 7 pm on Tuesday night. At 8 pm, he was there, and he came back the next day. The price was reasonable, although he had to honestly tell us that the problem couldnt be fixed without tearing up the walls and digging up the foundation (a previous tenant had apparently put concrete and rocks into the system).We moved out of the rental house, and purchased a home. Every home has a few issues, and we wanted to find ours and deal with them. We called Pur Plumbing again. Again, he came right out and got to work. He fixed several small things and also replaced the water heater, which we knew was at the end of its life when we purchased the home. He actually talked us out of the more expensive continuous supply water heater and made sure that our needs were met for less than half the cost.He is honest, responsive, and always pleasant. He even wrote a report about the issues at the first house that convinced our landlord to let us out of the lease.

I am the maintenance director for a skilled nursing home in new port richey and had the good fortune of finding PUR Plumbing about 2 years ago when having issues with hot water in our facility. Doug was able to find the issue that several other reputable plumbing companies in the area were not able to find. Pur Plumbing is honest, dependable, pricing is fair, and service is always prompt. They have the tools, the knowledge, and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. I have since used PUR Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from emergency drain clearing, minor and major leak repair, and equipment installation. These guys came out in the heat today and worked their butts of and did one heck of an excellent job!! My yard where they laid the new lines looks better than it did before. The main guy was Chris I believe and man him and his helper did some of the best work Ive ever seen!! Very decent pricing considering they were here for 4 + hours!!! I would highly recommend Pur Plumbing again to anyone!!

Doug, with help from Bryan, installed a large water heater in a closet that also contained an air handler. Where other plumbers either refused to touch the job due to the tight space or pushed for a smaller water heater, Doug took the job on and installed the large water heater. I couldn’t be happier with the install. Also, Maryann was a pleasure to work with while she scheduled the install appointments for Doug and the county inspector. The inspection passed with flying colors. In a New York heartbeat I would highly recommend Pur Plumbing, Thanks Doug.

Cant say enough good things about this company and its owner. Woke up to a leak in our dining room ceiling, coming from the upstairs bathroom. Doug arrived fast, on a Sunday, quickly found the problem, fixed it and saved us money. Got us back in business for Super Bowl Sunday! We have used PUR Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink had leaks under the counter and I did the usual mister-fix-it., and the problem grew larger. I reached out to Pur Plumbing and Chris was amazing! My elderly Grandmother called me while I was away on business with a plumbing emergency; water was spraying from behind the refrigerator. Normally I help with general maintenance but this time I needed someone I could trust...someone that wouldnt take advantage of a 83 year old woman that knows nothing about plumbing. One call to Pur plumbing did it..they got there fast, immediately shut off the water to prevent any further damage and then fixed the broken pipe. Then they even helped her clean up and referred a great water extraction company! My Grandma cant stop telling me how nice they were. Id highly recommend them.

What a great company. Was on the phone with Paul about a plumbing issue with my sink and the advice he gave me helped get my drain unclogged. It’s great to see business’s that really do care about there customers. He didn’t even have to come to the house but with his service over the phone he has created a customer as long I live the area. I will be calling anytime I have a problem.

We had an issue that came up late on a Saturday where we could not get our shower to cut off. After trying to fix it myself unsuccessfully, I called PUR and Chris answered. He was on another job almost an hour away, but that did not bother him...he said hed be done in 10 minutes and he would see me in an hour. Sure enough, an hour and 10 minutes later he was at my door. He quickly identified the problem, and even ran to Home Depot to get the part. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor even though we were job number 7 on a 12 hour day, and the price was very reasonable - especially considering it was a Saturday evening. I highly recommend PUR and if you get Chris, you will be very happy.

I am highly impressed with the service and quality. I had PUR come out and Doug was actually the man that came out. It was Sir Yes Sir the entire time. I was so impressed with how polite this young man was. You dont find that kind of service with a smile in this day and age anymore. Not only that, it was such a tight squeeze for the new tank to fit and Doug really had to work hard. I watch as he and his other guy worked a good solid hour to try to fit it and successfully got it to work. I was highly impressed they didnt break anything or even feel the need to cuss or hollar. They are a dream team! I would highly recommend them in the future and will use them again and again.
