During the installation, there was a slight mismatch with the pipe sizes and a newer technician, Todd, endeavored to adapt it, but it wasnt perfect. Upon contacting Malachis Rapid Plumbing, they responded immediately and effectively addressed my concerns. They clarified the issue at hand and Pedro promptly rectified it while offering his apologies. Jay then followed up with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Both Jay and Pedro were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Their commitment to their craft was evident and their desire to achieve total customer satisfaction was clear. I particularly appreciated the communication system they use to keep us informed about schedules and other details. Ive been a long-term client of Malachis Rapid Plumbing. Its an incredibly well-organized company where customer satisfaction is their top priority. Recently, I had a major drain blockage that literally brought all household activities to a halt. I contacted them the night before and received a callback immediately when they opened. Initially, they informed me that all their slots were booked for the day but they could attend to me the following day. They, however, advised me to call back if the upstairs plumbing was also affected, which it was. True to their word, they responded to my distress call within the hour, promising to send a plumber that very day! Todd, the plumber they sent over, was both courteous and mindful of our new carpet. He was very informative and did a terrific job clearing the drain. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. As can occur with any service, Jays timetable got delayed due to an unexpected emergency he had to fix - this is certainly unavoidable and can happen to anyone. However, Jays professional approach in informing me about his delay, along with updates on his expected arrival time, was very impressive. I appreciated being kept in the loop about his delays rather than wondering all day, Where is he? When Jay and Eduardo arrived in Port Richey, they quickly got to work, tidied up the work area in the furnace room, and even returned a few days later to ensure that the system they installed was functioning correctly.

One thing to note for those with natural gas heaters - they might not have the correct connection for NG detection in the stack. If youre planning on installing an NG unit, discuss with them about a compatible probe that wont void the warranty. Their team is knowledgeable and dependable, truly masters of their trade. I wont hesitate to contact them again if I have any plumbing or heating issues.

Ive been a customer of malachis rapid plumbing for a few years. my first experience was when i needed new flappers installed on my toilets. one of my toilets was wobbly, but jay quickly fixed the issue and ended up spending more time on the job than expected. he was extremely polite and professional. jay even took the time to clean my bathroom floor before he left. on a subsequent occasion, jay came to install my new dishwasher. he was once again very professional and courteous. he ensured the dishwasher was level, working correctly, and not leaking. jay even took the initiative to clean my floor before installing the new dishwasher. i dont find their services to be overly expensive as some people might suggest. comparing it with my previous experiences, the cost here is significantly lower. a job that only cost me a few hundred with malachis rapid plumbing would have cost me thousands elsewhere. plus, other companies tend to leave a mess behind, unlike jay. i appreciate his strong work ethic and the excellent services provided by malachis rapid plumbing.

Malachis rapid plumbing is fantastic! theyre professional but still personal when it comes to the job theyre handling. they discovered a damaged pipe underneath my house. the cost to replace it was high and they suggested that i should, but i just couldnt afford it right now. so, they came up with an ingenious solution to fix it temporarily for a few months and then todd, pedro or bryan will come back to replace it. im lucky they took the time to find a temporary solution with a plan to replace it when i can afford it. they spent extra time explaining everything to me. they even snapped some photos of the pipes under my house, so i could see the issue myself. im really grateful for their help. cheers from port richey.

Hes a terrific communicator and wed be thrilled to have him return to Port Richey. That being said, we hope not to require his plumbing services again soon. Im absolutely thrilled to have found this fantastic plumbing service. Their customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. Weve always understood the benefits of having soft water in our home. In the past, we usually settled for whatever service was provided through a large retailer, but their customer service often fell short. Our new house in Port Richey came with a recommendation for a certain water service, but I didnt feel like Id be appreciated as a valued customer. After getting in touch with them, Eduardo was able to provide just the right amount of information to help us choose a water softener unit that suited our needs. We decided to add on a Reverse Osmosis (R/O) unit as well. The technicians, including Todd, arrived on time, and they installed everything quickly and professionally. Two weeks later, Bryan came by to check on the water, give us a refresher on how to maintain the units, and ensure there were no leaks. I cant recommend their services enough! You wont be disappointed, and Ive already started telling my neighbors about their excellent plumbing services.

I cant express my satisfaction with malachis Rapid Plumbing enough. we discovered a leak under our houses slab, which was originating from the main water line. To prevent potential leaks in the future, we decided to replace the entire main line. levi arrived the next day after we got in touch and was very detailed in his assessment. his suggestion to reroute the line through the garage rather than tearing up the slab in the house was simply ingenious. It saved us from dealing with the chaos that would have ensued. Their rates were quite reasonable. The team, including pedro and eduardo, arrived promptly and finished the job very efficiently. We simply cannot express our gratitude enough towards malachis rapid plumbing. each time weve reached out to them, their response has been nothing short of phenomenal. recently, we decided to go ahead with a long-cherished dream of ours, an outdoor shower installation. it was completed on the very same day we made the request, and the cost was quite reasonable. the best part, however, was their attention to detail. were a pretty tall family, all standing between 510 and 65, except for my daughter who is just 51. when bryan, one of their workers, saw how thrilled my daughter was about the outdoor shower, he followed her to gauge her reaction. noticing that the shower was installed a bit too high for her to reach comfortably, he immediately instructed his team to lower the entire shower setup, making it accessible for her. her face lit up like a million stars in the night sky when she saw this. its these thoughtful gestures that have us swearing by their service. not only do they offer top-notch service, but they truly care about their customers. todd and levi, their other workers, have also shown us the same level of dedication and professionalism. were definitely going to be lifelong customers.
