    Continental Plumbing is the only plumbers i will use going forward and you should too. Tabor replaced my hot water heater and its a work of art, square plumbing, level tank positioned perfectly. BTW i had texts from the women (and men) in the building asking who the smoking hot plumber was and the jokes of laying pipe and damaging their own plumbing for a house call went on into the evening. Tabor definately is handsome, charming tidy and just the perfect amount of chit chat charming the customer. He made the experience personal, professional and a pleasure. I paid for the entertainment and got a hot water heater as a bonus in the deal. Made my day. Hes great all around, thanks Tabor. Great job Continental.

    Our hot water heater started leaking badly yesterday morning. I called Continental Plumbing at 9:30 am and a technician (Tyler) arrived within the hour. Tyler quickly diagnosed the problem with the 10 year old water heater. He was able to discuss options to replace the hot water heater. Within a half hour we had a new hot water heater and a little past noon yesterday we had hot water. Service was excellent the process for replacing the hot water heater is well thought out and very customer centric. I highly recommend Tyler and Continental for your plumbing needs and emergencys.

    One day, when my water heater was malfunctioning, a technician from the company showed up at my house. Without any high-pressure sales tactics, he recommended the best plan for both cost and efficiency, including a membership plan.Yesterday, my water filtration system stopped working, so I called them again. They asked, Sir, would you like us to service it today? I replied, Yes. Just 43 minutes later, I received an email confirmation with the service technicians picture. She arrived with the most melodious voice and sweetest face imaginable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and thanks to the membership, the visit was covered. We arranged a plan, and were so lucky shes coming back to install a new system.

    Several bumps in the road were encountered on the road to fixing my plumbing problem but Continental did the right thing every time until the problem was fixed. They could have tried to take advantage of the situations that arose but they did not. They were very honest. My only issue was the initial high price but they worked with me and we easily came to a very fair agreement. Everyone at Continental was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

    I had a very good experience with Continental Plumbing. I called and they were able to come out the same day for me. They texted us when they were on their way with a short bio of the plumber coming out. Hannah arrived and was very helpful, she explained everything she was doing to us and gave us a reason as to why our hot water was not working in our kitchen sink. We will use this company again!

They cleaned out my bin, set my timer, added fresh salt and checked for water hardness. They were helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile if I needed any additional help.

    We needed to find a leak in a commercial building that was hiding in a wall. I called the advertised number and set the appointment. They came early and notified me. Got to work ASAP. Cut a hole in the wall and found the issue. Also installed 2 new traps the price was within my budget and no issues at all. The only people we will call for our home and commercial spaces now. Also fair and fast competent work plus produced the gen liability and work comp we required. They are the real deal

    Fantastic company. Had a leak in my kitchen of an unknown origin. Was not coming from the sink area, from the refrigerator line or from any place visible. Just water all over the floor! Chad suggested I first call a leak detection company (he provided me with the name of a great company in Dunedin) to pinpoint the leak quickly and efficiently. It was determined the leak was from an exterior water hydrant located just outside the kitchen and was migrating through the wall onto the kitchen floor. As soon as I notified Chads office of their findings he scheduled his service rep (David) to come out as soon as possible to make the repair. What a great group of guys! Would highly recommend Continental Plumbing for your needs.

    After 32+ years, the faucet on my garage laundry tub was getting very, very tired. And leaking. A quick inspection of the original installation confirmed that this was no DIY situation.Enter the team of Jason and Jacob from Continental Plumbing.One call to the home office, J & J arrived the same day, provided an estimate, and proceeded to install a commercial quality faucet replacement --- much better in every way that the original installation when my house was built.This was a very challenging project, due to the cramped quarters and the less than ideal original installation.     I was very pleased with Ebbie and Bo. Very knowledgeable about my sewar problem (tree roots in pipe). Continental Plumbing is not out to rip anyone off. One plumbing company quoted $2500 just to get started. Continental Plumbing is half that. Very glad I called them.

    The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that Matt, the manager, returned my call and not only answered my questions, but asked questions about my water heater so he could give me accurate information. The plumbers, Jake and Jacob, arrived on time, were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job descaling/flushing my 81/2 year old water heater that had never been cleaned before.     The several plumbers from Continental that came to our house on different days were all friendly, straightforward, and seemed honest (a rarity for this profession, sadly). They even told me ways to try to fix it myself before having to pay them. I had three other plumbing firms come to my house (big, complicated, emergency problem) for evaluations & bids, but there were generally less confidence-inspiring and they recommended MUCH more expensive repairs. I chose to wait an extra two days to work with Continental even though it was an emergency (no working toilets or drains in house) rather than work with the other firms.

    Business having issues for last 6 months. My plumber, Accurate Plumber referred me to Continental as we needed to have the lines Hydojetted for a blockage. They came out same day and found the blockage and was here first thing next day with equipment to fix problem. Would highly recomment both Accurate and Continental depending on your needs.

    If you care at all about who is coming into your home and performing repairs, these guys are who you want to choose. Theyre always honest, reasonable in price, and quick! They actually answer the phone... All of the other plumbers Ive called have either not returned my voicemail or they just dont ever answer. Continental is reliable--which is why theyre now my go-to. After using handyman after handyman and getting nowhere, Ive realized its better to just make one call and get the job done right the first time. You live and learn!

    Let me start off by saying that the person who came out was extremely efficient and professional. Nothing against him.When I spoke to the company on the phone, I was told they would come out and take a look and inform me about the charges prior to doing ANY work.Literally all what I needed was for the gas valve to be turned on (and I didnt know). I was charged 145 dollars for this! If I had known that was the issue, I would have turned it on myself.I was NOT made aware that it would cost this much prior to them switching the propane gas valve on.If over the phone I was told this would happen, I would have never hired them. Very disappointed by the fact they didnt tell me anything about the charges until the work was done. Work only took one minute to turn the valve on.Will update this review if anyone from the company reaches back out.UPDATE:Well, that didnt take long. After a quick phone call, Matt, one of the managers called me back and apologized for the fact I wasnt informed theres an 89 dollar diagnostic fee.     We were having an issue with one of our toilets, thought it would be a simple snaking job. They sent Bill, and we are happy they did.     The bearings on my garbage disposal were worn out. I called and Tim was dispatched immediately. He arrived in about 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and concluded it needed to be replaced.     Our water heater had a pretty bad leak. My husband called all sorts of places on his way to work at 6 am to have someone come to replace it. Nobody could come until the next day. We couldn’t wait; we were sucking up large amounts of water every 2-3 minutes. I called Continental Plumbing and she took down my information. Maybe 5 minutes later Jill from scheduling called and said there was someone coming at 2 pm. (It was 1:45 when I talked to her). Sure enough, I got a courtesy text with a picture of the plumber coming to my house, his name, and a little about him (which I thought was super cool that they send those texts out). He quickly took a look around and told me the options for pricing. What I like about him is that you could tell he’s been doing this awhile and he explained it very simple for me to understand. Him and his partner Matt, had the old stuff out in no time at all! To save on waiting times, he called some co workers at the supply shop to bring the new water heater over while he was taking the old stuff out. I was very impressed how smoothly the process went. The two gentlemen that brought the new tank, were very nice too. Jake and Jacob. They too offered to help to make it go quicker. It was installed quick and easy. I’m so thankful they got out here so quick and saved my day!

    I wish I could give them 100 stars. We get the actual work done tomorrow but if the work that gets done is half as good as the service I received today, it will be 1000 stars. After being given the run around by a competitor ( and by run around I mean told someone will come between 8a-12p, to have them need to run to get parts then get booted by another call), I finally gave up at 1:30pm and gave Continental a call. Not only was the lady that answered the phone an absolute peach, they had a tech on the way to the property within an hour of the call. THE BEST PART is that unlike most other companies, you get a pic/info about your tech AND link of the drivers car. So you get to see how far away they are. It was like ordering dominos. No wondering when theyll show up or multiple calls to dispatch about an ETA. Our tech Nick, was prompt, polite and went above the call of duty to explain everything and make us feel comfortable with his assessment. And unlike most competitors, I do not have a cable guy window time frame of 4+ hours. They said they will be at the property tomorrow between 8-10am. I will update this review with the actual work that gets done. But I am so pleased and feel so assured. I look forward to my appointment tomorrow. I wish all businesses took pride in making their customers feel heard and like we will be taken care of. Cant say the same for R.J Plumbing. Call Continental first. Theyre are a cut above the rest because they care, and you feel it.

I was able to book online and get an appointment the same day for my non urgent repairs. Joan was out on time and was extremely friendly and professional.     I will definitely use Continental again! After the flooring company refused to reinstall the toilet that they removed, Continental came to the rescue.     Called about 10AM on a Friday. We had overnight guests and shower was inoperable (bad cartridge?). Hanna arrived about 11AM. Scoped the problem; replaced the cartridge; removed and cleaned shower head (full of grit) put everything back together and was gone in about an hour. Did an excellent job, was personable, friendly and neat. If we have any further problems will ask for her.

    Call the day before 6 pm spoke to a person who was one of the nicest person I ever spoke and told her a was in need of a leak repair and that I needed it the next morning because I had a new floor going in and she told me no problem we have someone there in the morning by 10am. The Plummer that they sent his name was Bill a very knowledgeable person with great skills and fix the leak and the floor was installed.     After another plumber bailed on us at the last minute, I got in touch with Continental Plumbing. The person answering the phones was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She checked with her dispatcher and found someone available to help us with our broken pipe. Jake arrived within 20 minutes of my call.     Great Friendly serviceWhen I called to schedule for someone to come out for an estimate on work I needed the lady on the phone asked me to hold on and returned to let me know that someone will be at the house within an hour. I then received an email informing me that someone was on their way and described a little bit about him along with a picture of the service guy. When he arrived he was clean cut respectful and listened to what our problem was and informed us of everything before and during working on the issue.     We had a plumbing situation on a Friday evening just before we were heading out to dinner. The shower drain in my master bath was not draining and the toilet in my master bath was not flushing. We could not stay home to call a plumber, so I called on Saturday morning . I checked the reviews of various plumbing companies and came across Continental. Their reviews were very good. I called the company and the owners wife answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable and when I described my situation she assured me that her tech would find the problem. I asked how much more a weekend appointment would cost, and she said $67 which was less than what I was expecting. I agreed and made an appointment. I received a text from the actual plumber with a photo and a little bit about him. He texted again and asked if he could come earlier. He worked on my problem for a few hours and finally cleared the clog. The shower drain ran smoothly and the toilet flushed perfectly. He also told us exactly what caused the clog so that we dont make that mistake again. Unlike other companies, who dont tell you anything about what caused the clog so they will have to come out to the house again the next time the customer clogs the drain by doing the same thing as before. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, prompt and honest. I believe their prices were competitive for a weekend appointment and I would use them again should I need a plumber.

    I had to have my entire home replaced. I received three quotes. Two of the companies couldnt answer questions or said they couldnt repipe without damaging my interior walls.
