    I called Tom Shell plumbing as I have had good work done with them previously. Jack came out , on time, very pleasant . Had to snake the drain, he did and we thought it was done, as he let the water run to see if the line was clear, it wasnt. He had to redo it with longer snake hose and finally got it. I commend his persistence and patience. My drains are free and clear. Great job Jack and Tom Shell. Thank you!!

    Called for an estimate to install a water softener I purchased at Home Depot. Rob came out and gave an acceptable estimate and did the job immediately. Rob was professional and took his time and did a great job.Additional work done 11-27-24Our water bills began increasing each month. Called Tom Shell about a leak in the waterline from our meter. Tom came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and located the leak. He worked to dig in the area and confirm the leak. He professionally completed the repair. He also suggested in replacing our whole house shutoff valve, which we did. Now, no more leaks or wasted water bills. I especially appreciate the care he took with our property. He explained everything and I felt he was genuinely concerned about our situation. I would highly recommend Tom Shell Plumbing.

It was their ad that brought us to Tom Shell.I was totally amazed that the same afternoon I called someone came to our home for an estimate. She had a expert to my house by 10. This expert plumber took the time to listen to what I had to say and then explained what he thought it could be. He also explained that it could be something else.     Kevin was able to come same day and if you have tried to get a plumber same day you know how difficult that can be. Our water to house was shut off because we had a Leah that was pushing water to the street. Kevin was able to diagnose pretty quick. He needed a valve went picked one up and installed in short order and water was back on. I would definitely use this company again. Great job!

    Ive waited 2 years to spend Christmas with my family in Michigan. Last year I spent a week in the hospital and had to postpone my trip.     Upon my first interaction with this business, they took great care of me. I had 2 sink leaks in my house. One was an obvious problem and the other was a mystery to me. They had someone come evaluate 3 days from my call. They arrived within the time window and gave me a heads up when they were en route. The leak detection was quick and precise.     We had a leak in our master bathroom toilet. I usually repair these things myself, but the shut off valve was stuck. The only way I could prevent the toilet from overflowing and flooding the house was to turn the water off at the street. It was a Friday (of course) and we were looking at spending the weekend without water. I found Tom Shell on Google, read the reviews and gave him a call. He sent two very polite capable young gentleman and in no time we had our toilet working and water back on. They replaced the old valve with a new one that two aging seniors could shut off if they needed to. I would not hesitate to use Tom Shell Plumbing again (the only reason I didn’t check, “good value “ is because I thought $400 was a bit high, but, to be fair, I have nothing to compare it to.)

    Right from the beginning I had a good feeling about this company. The CSR (I regret that I didn’t get her name) that took my call was friendly and quick to get my appointment set up.     Very impressed with my overall experience. Tom the owner came out to give quotes for some new equipment. Coming into my home he wore covers for his shoes and was super professional and courteous.And the receptionist that handled my appointment was amazing

    Ive used Tom Shell Plumbing three times. On the first visit, the repairman gave advice on investigating a leak that proved to be spot on, even though it cost him a repair job. Because of this, I hired this company for a second job--replacing a garbage disposal--and I received a fair price.I also used this company to regrout an old, large bathtub and replace/fix the bathtub/shower fixtures. Travis Beasley did an excellent job for a very fair price.I highly recommend this company.

    My hot water heater went out and because I had a previous positive experience with Tom Shell Plumbing, I call them for service. Once again, I had excellent service from Tom Shell Plumbing as they replaced my hot water heater in a very professional manner.
