This company was very flexible with timing for my htwt install. I was closing on a house but didnt know the exact day. They just wanted a couple days notice and then they could fit me in the schedule. The only complaint I had was that the product I received was slightly different than on the invoice and the time of day they were supposed to come was a little delayed. But they were very communicative and willing to help figure out the problem together. I’m very happy with the experience I had with these guys and will recommend them no question!

Super pleased with the service I received from George “Smitty” Smith of Adams Plumbing!We had a leaky pipe in the wall that was starting to seep into the floors and we needed someone to come out right away. Everyone else we called were booked up for several days or wanted to charge an arm and a leg for after hours service, but Adams Plumbing’s rates were very reasonable AND they were available right away. Mr. Smith came within a half hour of our call and was able to fix our problem in about an hour to my great relief. For a very small additional fee he even fixed a separate issue we had that had been a minor annoyance for a long time!All in all, I would definitely use Adams Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

David was our service man. He stayed until our dishwasher was installed and tested. He repaired the pullbar on bathroom sink, and he made sure our drains were all free-flowing in house and wash basen in garage. David was both courteous and polite. He didnt waste time in conversation. Thank you David for coming on short notice. Not cheap but got it all done the first time RIGHT!

I have been using Adams plumbing for a few years now. The first time I had them come over was to confirm that I needed to replumb my whole house. Another plumbing company had told me that I had a slab leak, and that I needed to spend $5,000 to have it fixed (all new pipes.) It didnt seem right, and I called Adams. Jason came over and let me know it was as simple as my water softener needing to be cleaned (algae). They came out and made a repair on the unit. It was a rainsoft system - I dont recommend. Its a waste of money. They replaced the motor and it worked excellent for a few years after. Fast forward to today. I moved, and wanted another system installed. They communicated when there was a delay with the supplier, were very open about the cost, and got the job done quickly. I recommend them to anybody in the area looking for a plumber, and my one friend said they are best company he has worked with in the area. Highly recommend - even if its just for a second opinion.

Nick disconnected faucets and removed reverse osmosis filtration system in preparation of a new countertop/sink install. Nick will come back out the day after the install and reconnect the new sink with a new disposal, filtration system and new piping & quarter turn cutoff valves. Nick also replaced my hot water heater roughly two years ago. My kind of people. He’s knowledgeable, professional and speaks my language. Our street looks after each other and have our own “Angie’s List” and Adams Plumbing is absolutely on it. After we find good quality & professional services, we quit shopping!!

Being out of town 1,300 miles away, this threw me into a panic. One quick call to Adams they had someone there in 2 hours, had the line dug up and repaired in less than two hours. I actually worked for Ben Franklin Plumbing and would never think of using them.Adam has been my plumber for years....even when I worked for Ben Franklin. Which by the way is a really stupid name for a plumbing company.Adams Plumbing doesnt try to sell you items you dont need!
