    Called and spoke to Nancy who helped setting up our appointment, super helpful and very kind. Called at 10 and had Nick here by 11:15! After having to wait to have our water shut off by the city, Nick was very efficient, and we had the water turned on by 12 and Nick was finished by 1, installing both shutoff values. The price was extremely fair, Nick was friendly, and he left the area cleaner than he found it! We would definitely recommend and will only be using Cummings Plumbing in the future. We appreciate you!!

    Gave a review a few months ago, but want to add to it. Brandon installed a new toilet in our main bathroom. He was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of our additional questions. I would use Cumming’s in the future and I would request Brandon again, nice guy, knew what he was doing. Fast forward to the day after Christmas when he came out for an issue with our kitchen disposal. Thankfully, Brandon was sent to our home again. Came in, diagnosed the problem, installed a new disposal and we were back up and running. I highly recommend Brandon for any plumbing needs, he and Cummings have my complete trust.

    Great experience with several items on our repair list including a shutoff valve replacement, sump pump replacement, toilet tank flush lever, kitchen sink faucet.Dan came on time, did a great work, was professional, efficient, had all the parts available, cleaned everything after job completion, and provided answers to all our questions.The appointment was done easy and we were able to schedule the job much faster than with any other company in the past.We will come back to Cummings Plumbing in the future when we will have any plumbing issues.Lucian

    I called right before the holidays to book an appointment for a new hot water heater and some small plumbing repairs. I was pleasantly surprised with how soon they were able to fit me in. Brandon called before his arrival to confirm everything, arrived on time, and worked very efficiently. Brandon explained everything to me during the process and made sure that I understood what he did for each repair and how to work my new water heater. I always use Cumming’s for my plumbing needs and have never had a bad experience. All of the plumbers are always on time, courteous, and efficient.

    Our water heater was leaking heavily and not only was Cummings the only company who could come out same day to replace it, they were the best price (I received 4 quotes). Brandon was on time and had the new unit installed in less than two hours.     I always try to support local businesses. I am always so pleased with the work and service provided by Cummings Plumbing! From calling in to the office to the on the job technicians, the service is always outstanding. Today I had a new sink, faucet, and disposal installed. Branden called ahead to let us know he was on his way (as promised). He was kind, professional and extremely courteous.     We called Cummings for several plumbing concerns we had. Brandon came out and addressed them quickly and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. While he was here I asked for a quote on a new sump pump. He explained our options, had the office call to schedule and then came out the following week to install.     We have used Cummings Plumbing for years for all of our plumbing needs. They are first class. Whether you have a major plumbing problem or a faucet installation, they do excellent work.     We have been using Cumming Plumbing for many years now. When I call the office, the secretary is very nice, polite and helpful. We had Brandon Out on Friday.10/18/24 He looked over everything and told us his honest opinion that we needed to have our septic Cleaned out. So we did . Wednesday .10/23/24 we had Brandon out to snake out our bathroom toilet and fix our problem. I think they are a great company and has a wonderful staff very polite, friendly and kind.     Contacted Cummings Plumbing to install garbage disposal. Brandon was courteous, thorough and professional and installed the new disposal quickly and efficiently. Prior to leaving he cleaned up and tested the disposal to make sure it was working properly. Again, professional! We will definitely call Cummings again for our plumbing needs.

    Cummings plumbing is amazing! Tony and John came out today and replaced my leaking outside faucet.They were on time, they even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The job was done quickly but not rushed. They do quality work. Im very pleased and will use them again when I am in need of a plumber. I hope the boss gives them a nice raise. They deserve it!!!

    We had a clogged drain in the kitchen. My snake only goes 20 feet, and that did not clear it. I googled plumbers near me, and found Cummings I called them that morning and they were able to schedule someone the same day, and even agreed to the time slot that accommodated me. Brandon called when he was on his way. I remembered Brandons name from a good review I read about him on their website. He was friendly, fast, and efficient, and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Cummings, and if hes available, ask for Brandon!

    Cummins was my third choice at helping me install my new gas dryer. The problem I had was my gas shutoff valve needed replacing along with the copper gas line to the old dryer. Dan arrived mid afternoon and got me up and running in a hour and half. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Dan relocated the new shut off valve behind the dryer. Loved it! The cost was very reasonable. Cummins is now my go to for plumbing. Thank you!

    I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a broken garbage disposal. Tony was able to diagnose the leak and fix the disposal and Brandon returned and installed a new faucet to fix the leak. They were both great! I have used this service consistently since I moved into the house in 2020 and will continue to do so.

    Nick @ Cummings Plumbing replaced the hot water heater in my basement on 10/8/2024. The work was professional and Nick was very efficient. He installed a level kit that wasnt under the previous hot water heater, so now the hot water heater sits level on a sloped basement floor near the drain. Ill call Cummings Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing needs.

    Brandon was great! He called beforehand and showed up on time. He was honest about the leak coming from my toilet and I ended up needing to get my subfloor replaced but he was professional and answered my hundreds of questions.     I gave Cummings Plumbing a call to get a quote on replacing the cast iron plumbing in the house. It was starting to leak, so we figured it was time for replacement. I sent some pictures of where the leak was and mentally prepared myself for the worst. The day of the appt, Tony called to touch base and get a better idea of the problem. He gave me a heads up on some possible holes in walls, which I appreciated and was already preparing for.Tony and John arrived at my house at the scheduled time and were very kind and courteous. I showed them where the issue was, then flushed the potty overhead so they could see where the leak was. To my surprise, Tony said I don’t believe it’s an issue with the cast iron (not yet anyway) and that the wax ring/seal was failing and just needed replacement. We discussed some options and decided to replace all toilets and fix shut off valves (which were badly corroded). I ran off to Home Depot to pick out a toilet while Tony and John got to work pulling toilets and fixing the shut off valves. Upon my return they were ready to put together and install the new toilets. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely be calling Cummings Plumbing with any future needs. They are top notch.

    Ive been using Cummings Plumbing for years - their work is always exemplary. Needed someone to correct a previous shower faucet install (the previous installer used plastic shims that were loose and the faucet stuck so far out into the shower, it was almost 3 too tall). Daniel got things sorted in no time, was a pleasure to deal with (very polite and professional), was able to correctly shim with a wood 2x4 as well as strap the pipes in place so they didnt wiggle, and he re-sweated a new spigot on to account for the additional length needed. Ignore the dripping solder - that was from a previous technician not affiliated with Cummings Plumbing. Highly recommend them - Daniel was great and hes been with them for decades. Solid service and fair prices!

    First time using Cumming’s plumbing and will definitely be using them again. Great communication while I made an appointment for two toilets installed and fix my outside faucet which was leaking.     Thank you to Cummings for your efficient response to our recent sewer line issue. Tony arrived early Monday morning and worked diligently until late in the evening to make sure our issue was resolved that day. Josh also joined him for most of the day to assist. They also had to work in crawl spaces—not the most pleasant of circumstances. However they got the job done and we are grateful to be home again 24/7. The work was not inexpensive, but the price was fair for what they needed to accomplish. They were honest and up front about the cost. Highly recommend!

    My plumber Tony did a fantastic job on a couple maintenance items we needed to have done to our 1966 house. First, our water shutoffs were still original and needed to have the old gate-style valves replaced with ball-style. And second, I had an external hose bib that has seen much better days and needed to be replaced. Our new hose bib is frost-free and has a vacuum breaker.By the way: If you live in Plymouth Township you will soon be required to have a built-in or add-on vacuum breaker on each of your external hose bibs. The township is divided into multiple zones, all of which will be inspected in the next few years.

She held a conversation with me while scheduling my appointment. I called on a Saturday morning about my kitchen sink not draining very well and that the pipes were dripping. She scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, which I was fine with but did ask if they had something sooner. She said that if one opened up sooner she would let me know. I got a follow up call from her on Monday saying that nothing had opened up on Monday but they could come sooner on Tuesday if I was available. I really appreciated the follow up.A plumber named Tony came to fix my drain. He was very polite, got right to fixing the issue, and cleaned up after himself so it was like he was never there. He also explained everything that he did and why.I did have to call back the next day because my sink was still dripping. I called towards the end of the day and they were able to send Tony back that day to fix it. Despite that one small thing, Cumming’s is still my favorite plumbing company and I will continue to call them whenever I have plumbing problems.

    Very satisfied with the service and quality. Dan and Brandon from Cummings came over to repair an accumulation of plumbing issues we had. This included changing the frozen shut-off valve on the water meter in the basement. The work required the city shut off water to the house which Cummings took care of with no effort from me. In addition to the water meter, we asked them to replace a leaking multi-turn water shutoff valve to an outside spigot with a quarter turn ball valve, replace a chipped sink in the master bathroom, and fix the hot & cold leaking water shutoff valves in the laundry. To my pleasant surprised Dan replaced the water meter valve with a quarter-turn valve which I forgot to request. All the work was completed in less than two hours with quality parts and work while respecting our home. We will stay with Cummings for all our plumbing needs.

The first time I had a new kitchen sink installed and the plumber (I was told he now is no longer with the company) was very thorough and the install looks good.     Excellent service from Dennis my plumber. I had an issue with my disposal plugging and leaking, likely indicating replacement. I called promptly set up an appointment during the week. I got a friendly reminder the day prior, along with a confirmation the day off when Dennis was goin to show up. I got an earlier appointment and Dennis was very amicable and thoughtful. Able to efficiently replace my disposal, clean the area, and also investigate other smaller plumbing issues. Cost was what was agreed upon prior to my scheduling (which was fair and actually a little more than if i were to buy a disposal itself). Overall excellent experience and would recommend Dennis and his team over at Cummings.
