    Tim and Sean were excellent, they explained everything clearly and their work was exemplary. They completed their work in the estimated time and explained how everything works after they finished. They left the space as clean, if not cleaner than how they found it. No complaints at all. As a follow on, Rob Chaves came back on the following Monday, to complete the circuit installation for the water heater. He was here and gone in just over an hour, also worked very efficiently, and left the space clean. All in all my experience with 8th Bend was exceptional.

    I noticed my water heater was leaking all over my floor this morning, and I called and was able to get someone out by that afternoon, and by 3PM had got a new water heater and had it installed. 8th Bend has always been very responsive and their work is always top notch.     I haven’t even paid them to do any work yet and already I can tell you that I’ve had a five star experience with this company. Alex came out and not only gave me a quote, but he was incredibly professional, friendly and the kind of person you want to do business with. The only plumber in the Plymouth county area that gets back to you in a timely manner. I have to reaching out to over four different plumbing services and companies with little to no response, the moment I called eighth bend Karen picked up the phone, was ready to schedule some thing not only that I was able to get text alerts and they have a great application system for quoting. He gave me a multitude of options. He never held back on pricing and is very transparent. I’m still waiting for my quote, but I guarantee you I will be using them to put in a garbage disposal in my new home and any other plumbing needs I need from here on out. Great company, even better people.

    Excellent service. Easy to make appointment on phone. Alex was on time professional and personable. He kept in mind home cleanliness with shoe covers and a large cloth runner was used when he brought in the new water heater.     This is a great company. From my first call to the company to the completion of the job I was informed of all reasons why specific work had to be completed. Matt is very courteous and knowledgeable. He cares. Shawn was just as professional. I was impressed with the blue booties they put over their shoes. After installing my H20 heater they waited until water was at appropriate temperature. Matt went over the cpl of levers this tank has that my past one didn’t. My floor was swept up by Matt at completion of job. Be grateful you have these two men working for you. Very knowledgeable and professional. I referred them to my neighbor.

    We had an amazing experience with 8th Bend Plumbing and would highly recommend to anyone. We built a new construction home and a year after moving in noticed discoloration in our hallway right below our upstairs toilet. 8th bend was responsive and timely in setting up an appointment, they even showed up early and called to make sure that was okay! They gave us two scenarios and outcomes and identified the issue immediately to mitigate extra expense or work. They are a little on the higher end of pricing (IMO) but peace of mind is worth every single dollar.
