    I have had Keith Brothers come to my house a few times now for pipe issues, and they have always been professional, courteous, and quick. Today, I had them come and fix a sink drain behind our wall, and in the process they found another pipe leak and replaced our toilet as well. Excellent service and well worth the money.

    This was the second time problems in a new home caused me to urgently need service. The first time was for a dead water heater and today was for a bad valve in the shower. From Mia on the phone, to Chris and Grant doing the work, I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and quality service I have experience with this team. If Chris was not doing this work, he would make a great teacher. Each time I have worked with him he has taught me about the infrastructure of my home and how to keep things working smoothly.     Unfortunately, we have had no shortage of plumbing issues at our home due to the terrible quality of the town water. In the last 6 months, Keith Brothers has expertly and quickly been able to repair/replace: a backflow preventer on our irrigation system, Navien on demand hot water heater, and a new dishwasher. They are also set to install a whole house water filtration system to hopefully filter out all of the gunk in the town water supply that keeps damaging my appliances. All of the plumbers who have done work in our home from Keith Brothers have been on time, personable, and skilled. The owner of the company also helped me one other time troubleshoot an issue via FaceTime (at no charge), to figure out why we had no hot water. It turned out that our propane tank had run out due to an exceptionally cold winter, and the fix was simply to have the propane company come and fill the tank — not a true plumbing issue — but he figured it out nonetheless.We’re super glad we found this team, and we will continue to use Keith Brothers for all of our plumbing needs!

    There was no heat on the second floor, navien combi unit showing an error.Keith Brothers Plumbing was recommended to me and it took one phone call to Steve to get results. He texted me right back and said someone would be out to the house that afternoon.Whereas the previous plumbing company that had serviced my unit only 35 days prior and before the heat was turned on told me the unit was working when he left and it’s been over 30 days. There were 22 calls before me.Justin showed up on time and assessed the entire system as well as each radiator.Justin was professional, informative and had a calming presence. He was at ease explaining what needed to be done and got right to it.These guys are now my plumbers.Thank you Steve for wasting no time in scheduling Justin to come out to the house and thank you Justin for solving the problem.

    I had them replace a 50 gallon electric water heater. The individuals that were sent out were very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. That being said, their price was very high at $2,200. The unit itself costs about $750 at most, and the install took about an hour. At the time of install I had a feeling the price was on the higher end, but did not realize just how high until I did a little more research. Normally I use Alvin Hollis, who many would also consider to have high prices, but they were unavailable and did not call me back until I had already gone with Keith Bros. When Alvin Hollis did call me back (the day after the install), I asked them how much they would have charged and the answer was $1810. A smaller operation, or even Home Depot, is likely going to be more around $1500. While they did a great job, installing a water heater is something that any licensed plumber should be able to easily do. So to sum up, Keith Bros were very responsive, nice guys, and did a great job, but if your budget is a big priority, you may want to keep this in mind.

    EVENT #1:I was in a jam! I had a new Dishwasher being delivered with no Plumber to install it. The night before I reached out to Steve and he had someone come the end of the day it arrived. Chris removed the old Dishwasher and installed the new one! Really great service with courteous care to both removal and installation.EVENT #2:My Rinnai On-Demand Hot Water Heater started leaking. Had to shut it down which meant NO HOT WATER! Steve had a two-person crew on-site same day, ordered up and installed the new unit in a day! BONUS: Chris looked over my Water Filtration Tank and fixed the issue quickly. I had disconnected it due to a leak... AWESOME SERVICE LEVEL PEOPLE!Highly recommended, these Plumbers dispel the notion that “ you can never get a Plumber when you need one”.. Rock Stars!!! 👍

    When my gas-fired hot water tank leaked into my furnace room, I sent a request to Angies List at 6:00 AM the next day. By 7:00, Chris called me and asked if he could come by to check. He said he would be there at 7:30. We agreed on a replacement water heater that morning, he picked up the tank that afternoon and came EARLY the next morning with his brother and I had hot water 2 hours later. Best service Ive ever experienced and he used modern technology to beat his competitors. Very pleased with the service, friendliness, promptness and professionalism.

    Water heater let go and so was an emergency situation. They did a fairly good job but were pricey. Water heater they installed (OA Smith 50 Gal power vented) cost about $1100 at Lowes and total charge for installing and parts was $2825. Total time on the job was about 3-4 hours. Replaced the pcv venting pipe, all connectors to copper piping and removal of old tank included in price. Super nice guy did the installation and was attentive to his work. Would use them again but would be more attentive to setting a reasonable price.

Turns out it was my fridge leaking through the wood floor boards and drywall above the garage. Earned my trust and will be using again if a need arises!

    Ive called CMK Plumbing for a couple of different jobs - a minor one and a not-so minor one - and Chris has always been attentive, on-time, and has finished the job professionally and thoroughly.
