    BC Artman just helped us purchase our first home. We went into the process with little to no knowledge about how to buy a property. BC Artman, Jordan Kelly, and Gary Kelly guided us from start to finish. Before the house hunting even began, they helped us get into the best position to purchase by briefing us on the process, teaching us all our options, and referring us to an amazing mortgage lender. We submitted offers on several homes and BC Artmans expertise made sure that we put our best foot forward with each offer. We were able to trust this company entirely throughout the whole development and they made purchasing our first home an absolute breeze. We are extremely thankful to have had them on our side.

    Awesome, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy!Awesome realtor...second time that I used BC Artman to buy a house and the first time to sell my house.Brandon and Gina were awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They both took their time, viewed multiple houses with us and provided their professional opinions to help us decide. We are extremely happy with the house we bought and the process was relatively painless.When it came to selling our house, it was under contract within 24 hours of hitting the market. We didnt even have a sign in our yard before the first offer came in. Gina took her time to explain what she thought the price should be and why.The awesome thing about BC Artman, is that they help with the maintenance that needed completed for the sale. Instead of having to find my own contractor or handyman, Brandon was able to find the right people needed to do the work needed to finalize the sale. That was very much appreciated during a hectic time.

    Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling a piece of property for a family member. She handled all the extra paperwork for power of attorney execution like a pro.     I called in on a day I wanted to see a house and the Lord blessed us when Tony answered the phone. He showed me that house along with 100 others any that I had requested without any hesitation. He was not afraid to wheel and deal on the houses which is SO important. He has the knowledge that only one could pray for when house shopping and overall the best person we have ever had the honor in doing a business transaction with. His heart is pure and and he truly has a love for who he is working with.
