Doug was fantastic to work with! I was in a bind with a freshly installed dashwasher, it was a weekend and not an emergency so finding somebody to come help was not easy until I talked to Doug. He said hed be out next morning. He gave plenty of heads up when he was on his way over and was very friendly when he arrived. Looked everything over, showed and explained the issue to me, and fixed it quickly. Will definitely come back for future electrical work!

Multiple Solutions added recessed lighted in my bedrooms and replaced a bunch of light fixtures for me. Loved Doug and Jess. It was a lot of work and they were cheerful and pleasant. Could have cleaned a bit better up afterwards, but I would use them again. Communication was on and off, sometimes great, sometimes not. Oh yeah, they are pretty expensive.

We used multiple solutions to install a French drain and regrade our massive backyard. Upon meeting Myles I knew he was the one to handle the job. His communication from start to finish was outstanding. Hes extremely knowledgeable and just a super nice guy. These guys really work hard. Myles , Corey and Mark all worked very long days to complete the job while always having a positive attitude and coming up with a solution to every obstacle! Fair pricing and amazing work! Doug was extremely friendly, polite, and professional from our first conversation. He was able to fit in the work quickly and immediately called when additional items were uncovered to provide both cost efficient and safe guidance on how to proceed. My aunt was so appreciative of Doug’s work and friendliness. By the time Doug completed his work with my aunt, I told her Doug was so kind and generous with his cost & time, I felt like we made a new buddy. I’d rehire and recommend Doug and his crew without hesitation in the future!

Doug worked with me to figure out a way to get my enormous swim spa hooked up when other companies werent willing to think outside the box to get the job done.They were responsive, caring, and timely. He also threw in an outlet in addition to the electrical box we originally got quoted for.I will be in touch again to have more done in the future as upgrades are needed.He also mentioned that he is willing to do things other than electrical services, so I will keep him in mind whenever I have new issues arise.Thanks guys!

Doug was great to work with! We recently bought an older home. He replaced all of the two prong outlets with three prongs and installed an afci breaker and whole house surge protector. He explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what he was doing. I will be calling him for all of my electrical needs!

Doug just completed several jobs for us.1. He replaced outdoor outlets, in our backyard, that were old and not working and added an outlet on our front porch.2. He removed a ceiling fan that stopped working and installed a new fan.3. He reinstalled a whole house surge protector that was installed improperly and added a separate surge protector to our furnace.4. He replaced the burned out ballasts and bulbs on the ultraviolet air cleaner units that are attached to our furnace.5.Lastly, he used a device which allowed him to identify the circuit each outlet, switch and appliance in our home is on. Our electrical box now makes sense and I feel safer with it being labeled.Doug is very thorough. I especially like that he explained everything he was doing in a very understandable manner. He, and his workers, cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done the way I expected.I wish that other tradespeople were as easy to work with and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Multiple Solutions Pittsburgh.

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and we were very pleased with the result. They were professional and ensured everything was clan and tidy when they would leave. The communication was efficient and effective and the pricing was competitive. They were also very quick to come out to see what needed to be done and to order what we needed. We have low voltage wiring from the 60’s. Our touch plates needed replaced, as well as many of the relays. We needed an electrician who was familiar with this type of system and knew where to get replacements. Doug assured us that he was our guy and came out to do an estimate for us. He was able to find what we needed, Within a week. He was also conscience of cost. He and his associate did a great job! And they also cleaned up afterwards. He also updated the outlets in our living room. And updated the breaker box! He definitely loves what he does! He is so knowledgeable! We have also gotten GFCI’s installed outside on our rental property! Highly recommend!! A++

The Multiple Solutions crew came to my rescue, removing several tons of wood from trees that fell during winter storms. Other contractor said it would be too difficult to get the wood off my backyard hillside, which has no vehicle access. Miles and his crew scoffed at the challenge, slicing the trees into small pieces and carrying them across the yard to the street. It was brutal work, on a tick-infested hill in the full heat of summer…and they got the job done. The hillsides is now cleaned up snd my neighbor and I can start planting replacement trees. I’m so grateful to Multiple Solutions for the great work on this project.
